Pho So 1

Best pho in the area! Went nearly everyday, especially on Saturdays and Sundays. I would go everyday is if wasn't tried after work. Highly recommend this place. The food gets out at a reasonable time. I recommend not ordering take out because the flavor isn't the same as when they bring it out to you in their bowls fresh. The Thai tea is also good! Can't go wrong with pho and Thai tea.The restaurant does get very busy at times, especially on rainy or cold days. It's a seat yourself type of restaurant when they're not busy. You may choose any table that is available. There is a clip board on the pillar inside to the left when you walk in if there aren't any open tables, write your name and they'll call you as soon as there an available table.

Pho Sol 1 is hands-down my favorite pho place of all time. I've tried so many dishes here--the rice plates, vermicelli bowls, and of course, the pho--and every single thing has been incredible. I haven't had a single bad meal yet! The broth is rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I even brought my picky Vietnamese friend here, and she loved it too--and she *hates* everything! That's how you know this place is legit. I've probably been here at least 20 times, and I'll keep coming back. The prices are great, the service is solid, and the food always comes out fast. Pho Sol 1 has my loyalty forever--I'm never betraying them!

Love their pho broth. The service here is quick if you're looking to drop in for a quick bite. They are pretty darn fast! The dining room is a large, clean and open space so you may have to share an 8-top table with others. They can make that into two 4-tops if there is no other place to sit. I don't mind it at all. It's very communal and everyone keeps to themselves while dining. I'm also used to that type of dining in Asian culture. Generally, we're huge families eating together anyway. This isn't the place to go to if you want intimate dining. It's cafeteria-style dining. You won't get your own table or privacy. We like their pho broth. It has stepped up a notch within the last few years. It's pretty comparable to our favorite spot in Santa Clarita. They even serve beer here. We like the texture of their Egg Rolls and can't get enough of them. The great thing is, they give you enough lettuce, pickled radish, cucumbers and mint to roll your eggrolls in. So happy for the that. Even better is their sweetened fish dipping sauce. It's so delicious that you want to eat everything in it. We got 97. Char Gio - Eggrolls, 51. Bun Char Gio Nit Thuong - Vermicelli Noodles with Charbroiled Pork and Eggrolls and 17. Tai Gan - Rare Steak and Tendon pho. We can't get enough of their broth and eggrolls!

I've been coming here for years and hadn't come back since we moved and it did not disappoint! I forgot how delicious their broth is. You hardly need to put more sauce in it. One size for everything and still great price. They have a great menu with different types of soups, pho, chicken broth, rice thick and thin noodles, egg noodles. Boba drinks. Place is located next to the super market. Shared parking lot. Always busy but service is fast. I appreciate the cleanliness of the place including the restroom! You walk in the restaurant and it smells good. Plenty of seating. Lots of take out and dine in. Plenty of parking. The one thing I wish theybhad was oxtail. But they have so many other delicious options that is ok.

Been combining back here for over a decade. The food here is medicine and will heal all your wounds, cure the toughest of your illnesses and then make you younger. It's gone through its ups and downs. Glad the hot chilli pepper sauce is back. Tonight was really amazing. I wish I could give them ten stars. The food, the service are all aces. The Bun and Phö are all so authentic and delicious. Not many compare and or are even real phö elsewhere. This place is legit and as close to the real thing as you could get. Thank you for making this place the gem it is and keeping the doors open.

Upon entering, there was a big wait but it went by quick! This is the kind of establishment that you kinda gotta know what you want by the time you are seated. They don't play around lol. The pho was amazing I got the flank steak and brisket and it was super delicious. I've stopped about 3 or 4 times since my first time coming. It is loud and crowded so if this isn't ur vibe I don't rec. however my experience here was a solid 10/10

We came on a Tuesday night for a double date, and it was quick and easy and delicious! The pho dac biet (house special) was delicious and the bun bo hue was just okay. The portions were reasonable but OH I wish we would have gotten a larger order of the #97 egg rolls which were so amazing! Would love to explore the menu a bit more, but I have this place down as a solid reliable pho place in the area.

Very good pho place in valley. Liked the beef stew with pho. Have a new flavor. Everything was good here. Parking a little crazy
