I recently visited this boutique, and purchased my first tin of caviar. They were so nice and welcoming. The associate helping me was explaining the different types, flavors, textures, sizes, prices, etc.They had me try an array of different types of caviar to see which flavor I liked best. They packaged everything so neatly, and made sure I knew what to do, as soon as I got home. Great party appetizer!

CAVIAR DESSERT!!!! The Tarte !! Ordered both desserts offered, Chocolate soufflé and The Tarte.Tarte is crustless- delightful meringues, crème, berries with GOLD LEAF and omg CAVIARs! Well balanced taste, not at all fishy,immersion of slightly sweet, creamy , and caviar texture all amazing !!Both sweet and savory soufflés are excellent here .Better than Paris ! We tried both Lemon soufflé with caviar, and chocolate soufflé for dessert. Superb presentation and taste. Best in LA! Excellent staffs and table service. Love the French Limoge porcelain Bernardaud tablewares. Dining here will make any occasion a special occasion. So chic. Cheers!

An ABSOLUTE GEM! My sister and I had the pleasure of visiting on Christmas Eve yesterday afternoon and I was blown away with the warmth & kindness we received! Eleanor who answered my call for a reservation was an angel! So professional and so welcoming! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Irina and immediately seated! She was so engaging and extremely knowledgeable of all things caviar! Petrossian Restaurant West Hollywood is not just a beautiful place with amazing caviar and delicious food, but the beautiful humans running this enchanting place are so authentic and such beautiful souls!! Chris the GM, Billy our server, Rorei, Irina and Eleanor were truly amazing and made our experience so special!! Thank you so much for making our experience so memorable!! Food was amazing and service was so great! The restaurant wasn't busy when we went and the entire experience was so great! My favorite item was the caviar soufflé. The flavor of the cheese and eggs went together perfectly! Great experience overall.

Great food. The caviar was to die for! I came on a Saturday afternoon for brunch and was welcomed kindly. My waiter was so nice and understanding. You can tell the ambiance was of the highest caliber. Would return !

Petrossian Restaurant & Boutique is my favorite place to grab lunch when I want to indulge and treat myself. The menu is a true testament to the art of fine dining, showcasing a remarkable selection of caviar, smoked fish, and other gourmet delicacies. Their smoked fish is unbelievably good. I've had the salmon in the past, so I decided to try their smoked scallops this time--slightly sweet, with a great balance of smoke, and the texture was divine. I also had the soufflé, which was heavenly. Light and savory, it was the perfect vessel for caviar, elevating each bite to new heights.The star of the show was, of course, the caviar. I tried the Royal Daurenki, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The pearls were medium to large, with a smooth and buttery texture that melted on the tongue. The flavor was a perfect balance of briny and nutty, with a slight hint of sweetness that made each bite incredibly luxurious The caviar was served with the perfect accoutrements: delicate blinis, capers, finely chopped chives, egg, shallots, and my favorite, crème fraîche. These add-ons never overwhelm the caviar and simply enhance the experience, allowing each bite to be savored to its fullest.The service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. They took the time to explain the nuances of each dish and made excellent recommendations that enhanced the overall experience.A quick note: the hours are different from what's posted on Yelp. They're only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11am to 5pm, so I recommend grabbing a reservation on OpenTable to ensure you get a spot. They also only serve wine and champagne at this location. Overall, Petrossian Restaurant & Boutique exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a true gem that offers a sophisticated and memorable dining experience. I highly recommend it for any special occasion or whenever you want to treat yourself to the best of the best. I can't wait to return!

Wonderful experience. What the French would term 'sans pareil' or without equal. Had been on my list and finally got to have lunch there on my birthday. Our waitress Rory was very attentive, friendly and helpful in explaining the items. We had the blinis, the soufflé and the potato rosti. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Was given a box of petit fours to take home. Will definitely come back for their caviar tasting class.

We celebrated New Year's Eve at Petrossian for the second year in a row and the service didn't disappoint. We went later this time, the last slot of the day at 2:45pm and it felt like a bit too late as most patrons were leaving so I would recommend earlier just for the ambiance. I enjoyed the food but my preference is to splurge on the caviar as supposed to the salmon that we experienced this time around. The desert is to die for. The service was incredible and we had the same serveur as last year. He's top notch. Highly recommend the splurge.

One of the best breakfasts that we have had in Los Angeles this year. They specialize in dishes with caviar and although expensive it is definitely the sort of place that is worth the visit. Service was polite and prompt, and parking was extremely easy. They don't have a parking lot however, we are able to find metered street parking directly across the street. We had reservations at 11 when it opened and spent pretty much our entire meal alone in the dining area which was great. They have a lot of great options on the menu, so it was hard to choose what to order because there were so many that we wanted to get. It's really bright and open on the inside. The tables are not too close together, they have fresh flowers all around the dining area and overall it looks very elegant. They also have a large area where you can buy different jams, caviar, smoked salmon, other things.We started off with a couple of lattes and some orange juice, which was a great and sweet start to the meal. For our dishes, we chose the Eggs Benedict and the Caviar Frites. Both had a lot of caviar on them and had delicious flavors. The eggs on the Benedict were cooked perfectly and the sauce was really well-made. The fries were good alone themselves but with the crème fraîche and trout roe it really made them special. Overall a delicious brunch option in West Hollywood. I would definitely recommend to anyone and look forward to coming back in the near future.

This is a very special place...hard pressed to find a more cordial staff. The restaurant is beautiful and you can even hear one another while dining. We did a caviar tasting at their counter...the young woman who was helping us was extremely knowledgeable and generous. After, we decided to share a burger. So glad we did. The burger was the best Wagyu I've ever had. Their wine selection is excellent. Service is superb. Treat yourself!
