Pablito’s Tacos

Came here after getting out of Universal HHN. We were in the mood for tacos and burritos and found this place on Yelp. We got here and the parking lot was packed so we knew this place had to be good. They did not disappoint, the food was amazing. The only thing I did not like was the wait time but it was worth the wait. I definitely would return whenever in the area again.

Imagine working all day and you haven't eaten all day. You're starving..,you don't know what to get. It's late, and you just want to pick something and go home.You don't want to go through drive thru because you want something somewhat healthy-ish, but it's late and majority of restaurants are already close. You decide on a chile relleno burrito. You go to Pablito's tacos. Yum. You pay close to $15, and get this ginormous burrito. You're excited and can't wait to go home. You get home, settle in, and take your first bite. It's mostly tortilla, but that's okay.... It's the pay of the first bite. You add your salsa, take another bite. Not much flavor, but that's ok. Just add a little salt. Take another bite nothing but rice.... Hard uncooked rice. Then another bite and you're no longer excited. The burrito is bland with the worst rice, it's probably 70% cooked. You open your burrito because you paid $15 for it, and you'll be damn if you're going to throw it away. You scoop out about a 1/4 pound of the rice because surely it's gonna taste better. It doesn't. It doesn't taste better. The Chile relleno is the blandest hardest one you ever eaten in your life, so you trash it .My experience is this is someone's first cooked meal. I'm thinking the cooks weren't around and all hands on deck started cooking, and this was the result because why would it have a 4 star rating.... Why??

HIDDEN GEM in North Hollywood Mexican Peruvian Fusion stand next to circus liquor. This is my new favorite taco stand! It's not just a taco stand. It's like a pop up restaurant with a wood fire oven and grills using mesquite charcoal! It smells AMAZING!! Handmade Tortillas and fresh bread. Love to see them grilling the meats on site and pizzas are made to order. Top sellers are the lomo saltado plate, Chile relleno burrito with chicharrón, pastor quesotacos and crispy tacos with shredded beef.Taco Thursday specials for $1.99 (crispy tacos with shells made on the spot)My favorites were the rib tacos, rib plate, chicharrón tacos and lomo saltado pizza. They are in the parking lot of Circus Liquor. Check for their hours for that day. There is no seating so it's food to-go. Great customer service. So helpful! When I say this is the best place to order a fresh Chicken Torta in all of Los Angeles , I am not exaggerating . Let's start with the fast amazing service , the fresh baked bread with cheese melted inside . It's cooked in a brick oven with grilled chicken fresh off the grill and fresh veggies . The flavor is so amazing . Very well seasoned with that char grill flavor on the chicken . They have an extensive menu and I will be back to try something different every time I go . The north Hollywood location is outside but that's ok . It's well worth waiting outside for the flavor in their food . 10/10 would highly recommend .

This place is right next to my apartment! Good music, food, and the vibe is incredible!! They are super fast and you can see how they cook and prep the food!!

O M G!! This place is so unbelievably good. The food is just absolutely delicious. We drove 2 hours to try this place and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I was going to take a picture of the middle of my burrito but completely forgot once I took my first bite. Every bite was equally as delicious as that first bite. And the crack sauce was just a cherry on top. SO GOOD. If you are thinking about trying this place just do it. It will be so worth it. I will be coming back!!

Very disappointed. Burritos are expensive and take way too long to make for a street vendor operation. Waited for over 10 min and paid nearly $16 for a moderate sized California burrito with very little flavor...avoid the Al pastor, meat was dry and underwhelming.Won't be returning anytime soon, very surprised they can charge as much as they do.

Definitely over priced. Came here once and no more after that. Got a burrito... There are places that are a few dollars less for bigger portions and a bit tastier. The beef was a bit chewie or at least on my burrito it was.

The hamburguetza was amazing! Their entire menu is great. Love the service and vibe. Check online for daily specials.

Best pizza ever, hands down!! Everything is freshly made. All the juices are refreshing and delicious. This is my new favorite pizza spot!!
