Over Under Public House

Really cool place! I went because they have a DJ there on the weekends (not sure about the other days) and it was so poppin for a restaurant. Got some pizza and it was soooo delicious! My friend and I almost ate the whole thing! (2 ladies okay, we weren't trying to be stuffed in our cute fits). Gotta love a place where you can eat, drink and dance. This is located on a cute little strip where you can walk around to other little shops and places. The parking convenience is a highlight for me. There's a parking garage literally around the corner of Over Under. And it's free, if I remember correctly. There's drinks were a bit pricey but hey, it's SoCal, I expect no less. I kept having to flag down my waitress to order drinks and my pizza and she wasn't the greatest at checking on her tables and the place isn't that big. That was the only bad part. Other than that, a time was had and the pizza was bomb! I heard their other food is pretty tasty too by other patrons that frequent the place. Cool spot, hope to come back again!

We ended up here instead of Yard House since there wasn't a wait. It's not too pricey, but the food was pretty hit or miss.We started with the nachos and calamari. The nachos were decent, but the calamari portion was pretty small for the price. We also shared the Meat Me Up pizza, and it was a letdown--super dry with a crust that tasted like cardboard. We didn't even finish it.The burgers, though, were the highlight. I had the jalapeño egg burger, and my group tried the truffle and bacon burgers. We all thought they were solid--juicy and packed with flavor.Overall, it's an okay spot, but probably not somewhere I'd go out of my way to visit again. It's more of a sports bar, so maybe the drinks are the real draw, but we didn't try any.

VEGAN FOOD!!!Again Jamie is amazing. Came here with five friends. Happy hour is off the chain. We sat outside. This time we sat outside it was beautiful.We ordered so much food. Everything we ate was amazing. The food is great. Service was amazing.

Burger and fries review!Smash burger 7/10-the bun has good density but comes through as dry and brings the experience down. The beef patty doesn't conform to a traditional smash patty but more on the slider size. There is a beef flavor present but is overpowered by the amount of ketchup present. The cheese may as well have not been there as it only provided a small amount of texture but no flavor. I would compare this to a regular homemade burger and not worth the $15 price tag.Fries 9.5/10-fantastic flavor and the dipping sauce had me eating on double time. The only complaint is the size of the fries are quite small kinda like what you find at the bottom of the fry container. Good crisp, Cajun seasoning is tasty, and the potato factor comes through strong. I'd come here for the fries alone.Service was attentive and friendly. Overall I'd come back but I'll probably look to other menu items outside the burgers.

We came late night. Not too busy. Great music and clean. Seated within minutes. Our server was super nice and quick. She was attentive. Bar food was great and exactly what we were looking for. The best part was the jalapeño dip. It was fire! We will be back!

The food, service and ambiance were absolutely awesome!!! And the waiters were all beautiful and I asked them was that a requirement to work there...seriously!

Happy Hour 2-6 PM, great menu, selection, variety, etc. Plenty of seating inside and out, with a private rear room. A few TVs to watch Pat Harvey on the news or whatever sport you're into. The service was very attentive, friendly, and prompt. Another Burbank Gem.

This place is ok. I was in the neighborhood, and I wanted somewhere to eat and enjoy the vibes. The vibes are ok. I order the Mac and cheese with chicken pizza, and cauliflower wings. The wings were big, and had a decent flavor. The pizza was so-so. The crust had a very crunchy taste to where it was slightly hard to chew, but like I said it was so-so. I ordered the lavender lemonade and my drink was amazing. It was sweet, not too strong and had a refreshing taste to it. I would just come back to watch any sports game and enjoy some drinks. Not so much with the bar food. Unless it's the cauliflower wings lol

We dined here with a reservation at 5pm on Sunday, December 8th with a party of three. We like it here, and sat inside with plenty of tv's to watch the Sunday night game, while chatting with our friend. The food was also great. I had the Spicy Bad Boy, with an upgrade to the lemon pepper fries. The sandwich and fries were awesome. Our server was very nice too; however, unfortunately the three stars is because of the incredibly slow service. There were not enough servers in the restaurant. Maybe one or two more would have been needed. The server never checked in with us for more than one hour after the initial check-in, which was right before the food came out. After more than 1 hour and 20 minutes, we had to ask for the check by flagging someone else down. This was a common complaint between a lot of tables, including the ones to our right and left.Other than the timing of the service, it was a good place. We would probably try it again in the future to see if these issues are fixed.

I visited the bar on a Sunday and was lucky enough to be served by Jonathan, the bartender. From the moment I sat down, his friendly and welcoming attitude stood out. Despite it being a relaxed Sunday, he was attentive without being overbearing, and he made excellent recommendations based on what I was in the mood for. He seemed to genuinely care about making sure everyone had a great experience, ensuring my drink was exactly how I liked it and keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable. Jonathan's exceptional service really elevated the experience, making it a memorable visit. If you're ever at this bar, make sure to sit at his section he's the kind of bartender who makes you want to come back.
