I was very excited to see an Ospi opened in Brentwood, much more convenient for me than the Venice location. Soon after they opened I'd gone a few times for happy hours and the full dinner menu. Everything was great every time. So great that I even helped plan a 12 person birthday party here. The Palisades fire ended up shutting down the original party date but Ospi staff was very accommodating and we eventually were able to rebook for a couple weeks later. The large party menu is great. There were lots of options to choose from and the food comes out family style. Drinks are not included but we had lots of food to take home. They were also very helpful with members of the party who had allergies.Definitely a great place for large parties, casual dinner, and happy hour snacks.

Finally got to check out this famed pasta joint, and it's 100% worth the hype! Honestly, as much as I liked Jemma di Mare, I LOVE how the prices were much more affordable and less seafood-heavy at this new sister concept. Our waiter recommended the spicy rigatoni, tagliatelle and copione pizza, and all 3 dishes were hits! I'm not typically one to order or go out for pasta very often, but I'd definitely come back for their pasta, which was cooked perfectly al dente with beautifully tailored sauces. Service was very friendly and the food came out very quickly, although I would definitely recommend making a reservation as this beautiful hidden gem does get filled up very quickly! What a great new hidden gem in Brentwood. Tucked away in a small shopping mall you would never know this was here. Taking over the former Jemma di mare Ospi does it much better. We came here on a whim on a busy Saturday night. Service was a bit slow, but to be fair the restaurant was really busy. I'm sure once they get the kinks worked out things will be better. Now on to the food. My friend is a major foodie so he took the initiative and did all the ordering. He did a great job. I had been to Ospi in Venice but nothing really stood out, this time was different.A few of my favorites were the Persian cucumber salad to start. For entrees we really liked the butter chicken paired with the spicy rigatoni pasta and the eggplant was outstanding! I've heard they have an amazing lunch special. Looking forward to coming back for lunch.

I came during happy hour and wasn't offered it as an option which I wish I was. We were then moved outside once I asked if it was available. The only reason I knew was because I've been to a different location that had it. The vodka pizza here is to die for. French fries are okay but cauliflower and the kale salad are so yummy. It's a great price 3 for 30 plus a mandatory vodka pizza. Good service, the food came out super quick and the servers were nice. Looks like a new location everything is super modern.

I have been here several times for lunch. Today, I came for Dine LA and it was a great deal for very good food. The decor of the restaurant is Brentwoody!! It has upscale, yet approachable interior design, which is a great combination. I had the Cesar salad (good) and the Eggplant Parmigiana sandwich (excellent, with spice). When the food came, I was entranced and could not concentrate on other goings on...that says a lot given that I'm easily distracted. The experience was really good and I recommend this restaurant!

Finally got around to trying Ospi, went for brunch and was satisfied. As an egg Benny fan, Ospi does it right, tons of flavor, so good, would come back just for this dish! To add to it, the spicy rigatoni was equally as delicious, can't go wrong with either.Went on a Saturday afternoon, tons of space, pretty empty so the service was so fast. The only downside to Ospi is parking, parking can be a bit of a pain, but worth circling a couple times to try.

I've been to Ospi twice now, but just once at the Brentwood location. I love the modern vibe of the restaurant. We stopped in for lunch and it felt like a really cool date spot. Our server and host were both very attentive. We started off with the crispy provolone. It's definitely a heavier dish considering that it's a thick piece of provolone that's breaded and fried. But wow, it's so delicious. Their vodka sauce is unbeatable, so naturally we also had to order the spicy rigatoni. I loved the al dente rigatoni with the savory vodka sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. Because we ordered two heavier dishes, we decided to go with a lighter third choice, the chicken pesto sandwich. This wasn't the most delicious sandwich I've ever had, but it was light, simple, and fresh. Thus, it was the perfect way to round out our meal! Needless to say, I was stuffed by the end of it.Ospi is one of the best Italian restaurants in LA, in my opinion. I can't wait to be back again soon!

Yum! First time trying Ospi. Happy Hour is a GREAT deal. Everything was as expected. Service a bit slow; we sat outside and the patio had heaters. My favorite was definitely the Pizza!- Caesar Salad- Marinated Olives and Nuts- Fried Mozzarella - Spicy Riggatoni - Spicy Pepperoni hot honey pizza - sooo thin and crispy, a must try!

I already loved Jemma di Mare which was here before but this place was wonderful too! The carbs are definitely worth it here. The mozzarella and bread app was a star because THAT bread was warm, soft, chewy, and comforting. The pizza had the CRUNCH demonstrating what a true thin pizza is supposed to be like texturally. The pastas' noodles were fresh and pesto with those ribbons were the fave. For dessert of course the dessert was divine but DO NOT SKIP the cannolis!

Love Ospi! We love the kale salad, crispy provolone, cauliflower, spicy rigatoni, godmother sandwich, butter chicken and pizza (basically everything). Service is always fantastic and food comes out quick. We also tried the happy hour trio flight recently and it was delicious!
