I would give the venue 10 stars if I could. I had my uncle 50th birthday party here a few weeks ago and it was beautiful! Haroot is who I worked with through the entire process. He basically held my hand and guided me, making sure that all of my questions were answered and he never made me feel as if he didn't have the time. The staff was amazing, they were all very accommodating and looked so nice the evening of our event oh and the BAR TENDER!! He is smoking hot. The food was OMG DELICIOUS, the venue is beautiful and clean and modern and spacious. I would highly recommend contacting someone to host an event here. I know that I will definitely be back.

The spread is one of the best. I rarely recommend any banquet halls as most have no culinary experience. This place is great along with service.

My favorite aunt died. After we buried her at Forest Lawn we scheduled a dinner for the repast at Olivia Restaurant in burbank. The food was exceptional and the service was even better! So many places fail to provide great service let alone great service and great food. Im talking perfect!I am truly thankful for Harut because it made the ending of a sad day very special, comforting and fulfilling. I would absolutely have my birthday here, or another event. It was so nice and there is plenty of parking everywhere.

Literally the best banquet hall in all of the Los Angeles area. The staff is all kind and professional. I dealt with the managers there and they helped me set up my event. They went through the entire menu with me and allowed me to pick and choose the foods i wanted. They set up a timeline with me when the food , fruits, and desserts should be served. At the night of the event, both managers stayed there all night and kept checking in on me. They helped make sure everything was ok. They provided 3 security guards so i was happy to know we were all safe . Most banquet hall managers say they will stay all night but do not. These managers were with me till the end. They made sure we were taken care of till the last min. If you are looking for a banquet hall i highly recommend this location. They also have 2 other locations if you needed a smaller or larger hall.

Great service and delicious food! Haroot made everything so easy for us during a difficult time and treated us like family. The service was on point, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Haroot was attentive and compassionate, making sure our gathering was comfortable and respectful. Every dish was delicious and prepared perfectly! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for outstanding service and genuinely caring staff.

Went to an engagement party at Olivia. Their food is really good compared to other banquet halls. If you're having an event, definitely check out Olivia!

From start to finish, Haroot the manager, and his top notch servers took care of our event like it was their own. I can't speak enough about how great the service was. In addition to this, the food! The food was delicious. All of our guests were raving about it.We are happy to have hosted our party at Olivia, and will definitely be back again!Kudos, Haroot!!
