Grabbed a spam and egg musubi to go in an adorable take out container. Friendly service, affordable pricing, good seasoning, and good rice. Not a lot of seating, but a good take out place. Not sure if the container is a limited time thing but it was very cute!

Cute spot for Hawaiian flavors! I stopped in here for the breakfast musubi, which is rich and packed with spam, egg, bacon, and so much more. It was so filling and good! So much flavor. There was a little bit of a wait for the musubi, but it was worth it.Parking is a challenge on Sawtelle, but this spot is in a complex with some parking available/valet.

It's a small, hole-in-the-wall spot trying to bring Hawaiian flavors into a fast-food style cafe. They offer breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, and other quick bites. I stopped by twice to try their breakfast sandwiches but unfortunately, the food just sucked. It's really average at best, and to be honest, it just doesn't taste great.I always wish small places like this lots of success, but there's just no value here if the food isn't enjoyable. I'm hoping they make some improvements to the menu because I'd love to give it another shot someday. For now, though, it's not a place I'll be returning to anytime soon.

I haven't seen this place before and had to try it. It's a super small storefront with only two people working. It took a tad long, but everything is made to order! Next time, I will order online before. I was going to give this 4 stars because of the wait, but my food was so good.I ordered the breakfast musubi. They gave it to me in a cute little bag and I grabbed some of the spicy mayo to go. The bacon, egg, and hasbrowns were a fun twist from the traditional spam musubi. It looked deceivingly small, but was so filling. I can't wait to come back and try more!

Ohana's Kitchen serves Hawaiian inspired food. They're a small spot next to Artelice with minimal seating, so this is more of a take-out spot. I had high hopes since I love plate lunch, but unfortunately was not a fan of their musubi. For the food: I've only had their musubi. The rice was freshly cooked hot rice which makes the musubi fall apart and way too hot to handle. The chicken musubi is plain unflavored chicken barely brushed with teriyaki sauce, so I'd stick with spam, spam and egg or sausage.

I went into Ohana's Kitchen with low expectations because the menu had non-traditional Hawaiian foods like paninis and Mediterranean salad. I decided to give the Waikiki Beef panini a try as a taste test before spending more on the entrees. I gotta admit... it was a great value at $10! It was a large sando with a generous amount of beef and served on a ciabatta roll. The beef texture was more like bulgogi rather than a hamburger patty and had a good kick to it. It also came with two scoops of mac salad. Ohana's passed the first test, so I'll be back to give the spam musubi and garlic shrimp a shot. It's located in the Olympic Collection next to Alfred's and the UPS Store. There's underground validation parking and limited metered street parking.

This review is based solely on the Musubi as it was the only item I had. I can't think of the last time I ate spam and had never heard of a Musubi until last weekend. But after visiting Ohana's Kitchen, taking another bite of their delicious Musubi is the memory my tastebuds keep coming back to! The perfect saltiness of the spam, wrapped in the umami of the nori and balanced with the rice is culinary perfection! Ohana's is located along a strip of several other restaurants with outdoor seating shared with other establishments.

Ohana has situated it's new place hereIn Sawtelle J Town. It's supposed to beHawaiian.....Spam Musubi, of courseI found theirs one of the best, also themost expensive at $5.00 + tax. Next areSecond-person reviews from my co worker& Shift Lead. They have breakfast items ,but they don't open until 10a. (lunch for(early birds) I don't remember if they servebreakfast sandwich s all day? reported backit was ok...not big enough. The panini is supposed to be very good portion . ChickenCilantro. In conclusion: put thicker slice ofSpam on musubi for $5.00 !

Saw on Uber Eats that they had a buy 1 get 1 free deal so I got the chicken teriyaki which comes with a side of salad and macaroni. The food was decent, nothing amazing. The chicken teriyaki is somewhat similar to what you would get at the mall, which is what I was craving at the moment, but not sure if I would spend $17 just on one order of the chicken teriyaki moving forward. If the price was lower and if I was craving it, I'd consider reordering.
