Nubutes Noodle is a local business in the form of the ghost kitchen that deserves the entire communities support! The food came super super hot and in a large portion. The photos represent the food very well. The food itself is packed with flavor, and the noodles are very authentic. Lots of dishes to choose from, so there should be something for everyone.Don't skip out on the chinese snacks, they are my favorite!!! Many dishes come spicy, which i love, but if you do not like spice, be sure to pick the non spicy choice !

I tried Nubites Noodle after a long day at work, and I have no regrets! While I can't speak to the ambiance since I ordered via Uber Eats, the food was fantastic. The noodles were delicious, and the cucumber salad was a great addition. The portions were generous, and everything was packed securely. They forgot to pack the brown sugar jelly dessert included in our combo, but they made up for it by sending a coupon for my next order. I'd definitely recommend this place!

I was craving dumplings today and came across NuBites! They have a new pork wontons and pork and shrimp dumplings so I went ahead and got that. Best top 3 for me honestly. You can definitely taste that both dishes we hand made. Very awesome!

NuBites is one of the eateries at Echo Park Eats, a ghost kitchen with multiple restaurant concepts. NuBites is a Sichuan noodle concept. The menu includes cold appetizers (e.g., jerky, salads, braised beef), noodles with sauce, side dishes, and desserts. Order online or from the on-site kiosk. You'll get text messages alerting you when your order is ready. The food is packaged and put in a locker. You'll be able to open the locker with your cell phone.Ran noodle ($15.99): Your choice of noodle (I chose thick noodles), spicy Sichuan sauce, peanuts, scallions, ground pork, pickled radish, pickled preserved vegetables. It reminded me of biang biang noodles. The flavor wasn't bad (spicy and garlicky but not burning spicy), but the sauce was too salty and the ground pork wasn't as exciting as something like pork belly or minced pork. The flat wide noodles were nice and chewy.I'd give it a 3.5 but they threw in a complimentary dessert and complimentary bag of Chinese Cheetos. Brown sugar ice jelly: I liked the soft, clear jelly - it didn't have flavor but it was cooling. The brown sugar syrup was too sweet and I didn't like the dried fruit they added. There is no place to sit and eat inside and the parking lot spaces are all limited to five minutes (unless you are an employee). I did see two benches outside but people were sitting on them. soft jelly

My favorite noodle place is back!!! I'm so excited that I've already ordered twice, even though it just opened and it's a 20-minute drive for me. I used to visit their restaurant, DX Lab, in San Gabriel, known for their sweet and spicy handmade noodles. I was really upset when DX Lab closed, but now they're back! They are undeniably the kings of noodles, especially the spicy and sweet noodles. If you want to try authentic Szechuan noodles, this is the place. The magic of their noodles lies in their taste and chewiness, even after a 20-minute drive home. The Bang Bang chicken is another must-try, with incredible flavor and chili oil. I highly recommend the Ran noodle, featuring minced pork and a unique pickled ya cai. Each bite is like a flavor dance on my tongue. If you crave authentic Szechuan food or are curious about Szechuan cuisine, this is your go-to spot. As someone from Szechuan who has visited many restaurants, this one is definitely at the top of my list when I miss my hometown food.

Honestly, really good for being a ghost kitchen. The dishes are quite spicy to be honest, but the pickles help counteract that. Also, I recommend eating it almost immediately because if you wait too long for the noodles to cool down, then they become coagulated together and it's very difficult to eat.

Tried the Dandan Noodles, so savory! My daughter and I shared. I really like that I can adjust how much sauce I add, though we added all of it. Would definitely try more dishes next time I'm in the area.

Ordered from this place twice. The first time I ordered, the food was amazing. They had a noodle called nubites and it was thick and had a great bite to it. I ordered a bunch of other items and they were all great. I was so happy to have found a good noodle spot close by. Fast forward to my recent order and it all just went downhillFirst, they no longer have the nubites which to be honest was the best noodle they had. The thick noodle was good too but the nubite was IT! This time I also ordered the pork noodle and pork rice. In one of the pictures it showed actual meat chunks but when the order arrived it was only minced meat. That was very disappointing. Also I ordered one dish as non-spicy and they all came with spicy sauce. The sauces all came separately and was not enough for each noodle considering that is where all the flavor is. One last thing to top it all off, $8.99 for the "tamale" is just ridiculous. I get it, this is not SGV so I expect to pay more but this thing was tiny and not even filled with lots of meat which would have justified the cost a bit. Overall, after my last trip, I would not recommend nor be returning which sucks because I thought I found my go to noodle spot.
