Norm's Hamburger

I have been coming to Norms Hamburgers for a long time and so glad they are still around for an honest meal. From breakfast to burgers, and home plate favorites, call it in and be ready to go. This is the place of replenishment after a run in Griffith, a real power packed meal.

Date: 10/15/2024 Well.... My review wouldn't be a shocker to those who read the other reviews. If I was to just rate the food itself 'd give it 4 or maybe even 5 stars. It's good. Been going here for 6 years. I'm a loyal customer. Tried other breakfast burrito for a change but I kept coming back here... I love this place. I've never been let down by the food... but service? Paging Management!!!!!!! You need to either teach the girl who answers the phone what customer service is OR let her go. She's so rude.. in the 6 years that I have been calling in my order - I have never had her answer the phone in a positive way always RUDE! Even your loyal customers can only take so much attitude!

We finally caved in and decided to try breakfast burritos. We ordered two, a steak and chorizo one and a bacon and sausage one. The burritos are long and have a good weight to them. You could honestly share one if you're not too hungry. The bacon and sausage one had egg and hash browns. The steak and chorizo had eggs and beans. My favorite was the steak and chorizo it had a very homey flavor. Honestly can't wait to come back and get another one! Please do keep in mind that they do have a small parking lot! There is street parking available and they do offer a drive thru.

We stopped here on a whim because we were hungry. The staff was nice and the burgers were really good - happy we stoppe

I live down the street from this place and my husband and I leader food from here all the time. It's tour classic burger joint, nothing fancy just good ol quality burgers with friendly service.

Came here today for lunch! Ordered online and did a quick pick up! I had the avocado BLT! Let me tell you. That sandwich was sooo good! The bacon was crispy and juicy. The lettuce and tomato were ripe and ready to go! I will definitely be back soon! This is going to be my sandwich go to shop

I love their breakfast burrito. Corner cottage is overhyped. I love that they accept credit cards, and that you can drive through. Can't say the same for corner cottage lol.

The food here is either pretty good... average or just bad. It hit or miss, unfortunately. This place used to be solid.. you knew what to expect, and it kept me coming back. I definitely enjoyed several items here.. still do, but not.. all.. the.. time. My last three visits were exactly what I said up top. In that exact order. Needless to say, it's trending in the wrong direction.To add to my disappointment, the staff can be rough around the edges. More directly, they give off a bad vibe and act as if they are mad at you for giving them your hard earned money for a meal, and God forbid you ask for Ketchup. This should be addressed by management cause even loyal customers have a limit. There are many other options in the area.I really hope this "attitude" that they have is not a reflection of the management or lack of it, but I'm almost positive it is.Please address this matter.Btw... the 3 stars are only because I remember the good ol' days, and I did enjoy this place.I may return one day down the road to see if any improvements were made.One can only hope.

Used to like coming here but haven't been for awhile. Stopped in and they have no prices listed. Nowhere. I asked for a menu with prices and the girl taking orders practically laughed and said there isn't one. When I asked prices of items the response I got was not firm on a price. More of "it's about $12 or it's aroubd $10". I just gave up and left.

I love this place. What it lacks in ambiance, it makes up for in good food and good prices. My daughter and I got two breakfast burritos - one sausage and one chorizo - for under $20 the other day. Both were delicious. And, bonus, Norms has a drive-thru! They make everything to order though so unless you want to sit and wait for a long time I would suggest placing the order online and then going to pick it up 10 minutes later. Enjoy!
