For this place to be in a food hall, you wouldn't expect it to be that great but I was presently surprised that the great food and experience I had. The lady at the front who was manning the register was super nice and she explained the stuff we were looking at on the menu. She offered additional sauces and even refilled my drink for free which is really not that common in places like this. The chicken and waffle, phenomenal. No notes, amazing, watched them make the waffle in front of me. Tasted like the ones your parent would make on a Sunday morning, and the bacon syrup *chefs kiss*The food hall was pretty quiet when we went but still a nice vibe, there was a DJ present playing some fire music.

Meh- it's just okay ish... We had the pot pie, street corn, and ribs. Pot pie - is deconstructed- kinda cool take on a pot pie BUT lacked flavor and that nostalgia that most pot pie's flavor profile embody. The ribs- are sorta cinnamon'ish. Not our fave. Although they were definitely tender and nicely cooked. Street corn- was not a traditional "elote" flavor either. The service was okay although they forgot my main entree but thankfully they saved me the disappointment. Not my first choice for the future.

Honestly you are probably better off getting a rotisserie chicken from Whole Foods. We put in an order for the whole chicken set, and picked up to eat on site and had to wait a bit to get the food. You would expect the bread to be warm if you pick up right when they have the order ready but it's apparent they just throw in cold bread for takeout. The rotisserie chicken itself was a little gamey with no flavor or spices. The most disappointing part of it all was the sweet curry cauliflower. There were barely two bits of cauliflower and it was basically a raisin salad. We were thoroughly confused why this cost $2 more than the regular side with the chicken package. I wish I got a picture of it. The kids did not like this meal at all...

I cannot express my gratitude that there is a dairy-free, allergy-friendly, delicious, and affordable food option at the Citizen Public Market. I have loved Noble Bird for years and followed them since visiting them in Long Beach years ago, so them opening a second location in my neighborhood has been such a treat! The service is top tier, food is delicious and nutritious, allergy friendly and accommodating for all...what is not to love? I bring all my friends here and they love it. Highly recommend this spot!

This is located inside citizen public market. We went here for dinner on a weekend evening and sat at the bar. We ordered the half chicken (traditional) with 2 sides to share between 2 people. Our sides were the street corn and the potatoes. The chicken comes with a chimichurri sauce for dipping that is pretty tasty. We also were offered "g sauce" for our chicken, which I definitely recommend - it reminded me of a Korean spicy sauce and our waitress said they make it in house. The corn was so delicious - a bit spicy but very flavorful. The potatoes were just ok for me, all I could really taste was the charred flavor but not much garlic or rosemary sadly. The portion was just enough to fill 2 people.

Food soooo good you might consider just trying to date the chef regardless of your partner status ha.We got in for an early dinner and were greeted immediately by Jahie who gave us a great rundown about the source of all the ingredients, the restaurant's mission statement as well as a brief history lesson of the creation of Noble Rotisserie. There were so many appealing dishes on the menu we didn't know where to start but thankfully, Jahie expertly guided us in a strategic manner to help us get everything we wanted...DEE-Licious! Chicken was juicy and almost fell off the bone. Steak Fried Rice was delectable. The sides were oh so scrumptious too.Probably the fastest sit down meal I've had to date; food came out with quickness, we made short work of our order, were paid up and out the door in just over an hour...and no we weren't in a rush, just hungry around tatilizing grub; sometimes it be like that. Big shout out to Jahie for her professionalism and mamabear support; we will definitely be back for Round 2 to try those ribs. Enjoy!

Not worth it. I ordered the steak wrap for $22 (it's a decent sized wrap and comes with a side of either potato salad or pasta salad), BUT the wrap was full of potatoes. Every bite was heavily sauced roasted potatoes. Hardly any steak, and the few pieces were sadly cooked to well done.

A week before they opened the owner gave me a voucher for a free appetizer. So when it opened I was so excited to try this place! I loved the corn, fried rice, and a slice of free olive oil cake. I also had the watermelon drink. All very good choices! I hope Noble breaks the curse (knocking on wood) and stays for good! Can't wait to try more.

If you're undecided about where or what to eat, go to Citizen Public Market. Like the name suggests, once you step inside, you'll find a number of great eateries in a clean, open space "marketplace"...everything from American to Asian offerings. It was hard to choose a venue for brunch, but my girlfriend and I got steered by a friendly server named Jahie behind the counter at Noble. She was helpful and convinced me to get the Thai noodle salad with chicken, while my girlfriend got the steak & avocado bowl. The place is known for their pasture raised chickens and healthy local produce. The dishes arrived beautifully arranged like right out of a professional tabletop photoshoot. My goodness, the salad reminded me of how my aunt used to make her Thai chicken salad. It was wonderfully chilled, refreshing and the chicken was bright and flavorful. They had other menu items I wanted to order such as the chicken pot pie or even their chicken fried rice...definitely an eclectic menu that is sure to surprise. All made with wholesome ingredients and bright flavors.
