I'm always on the hunt for a good local Indian spot to add to my list. I read reviews about this place & was excited to try it. Got some "basics" to see how it measures up to some tried & true spots. Ordered chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, garlic naan and vegetable samosas. Requested medium spicy in my pickup order.Literally zero spice and no flavor. The chicken tikka masala was "tart," like literally almost as if someone put a hint of lemon or lime!! And I didn't know anyone could mess up garlic naan but guess what, you can. Samosas were okay but overly fried. Literally the green sauce that came with the samosas had the most spice out of everything I ordered.Very disappointed and also very hungry still.

Visiting LA for the first time and meandered into New India's Oven by happenstance but now it's feeling more like fate. Absolutely famished from venturing this bussling city, I was elated to see the words "all-you-eat." With the smooth automation of a regular, I grabbed a plate like I was raised here. Whereas the array of food available was as diverse as it was appetizing, I stuck to business and loaded enough rice and butter chicken to crack the bottom of my plate. The server gracefully made his rounds, never allowing my glass to subcede half, all with the poise of India's finest, and without judgment of my gluttony. Hours passed like seconds as my mouth became a haven for the rich creamy flavor, and by the time I realized I was satisfied, I had 4 plates stacked in front of me like wounded soldiers. Terrified of this City's notoriously high prices, I hobbled over to cashier to pay my dues. $17.95.

It's a beautiful restaurant, conveniently located in a strip mall (easy parking!). We came for the All You Can Eat lunch buffet, available every day. It's $15.95 Monday-Friday and $17.95 for Champagne brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Brunch is 11:30am - 3pm every day. A good selection of entrees, sides salad and even a few desserts. I needed two plates to try everything I wanted. My favorites were the Vegetarian Curry and the fritters. I apologize for not knowing the Indian dish names. The Tandoori Chicken and (spinach) Saag were disappointing. One friend agreed the chicken was dry without much flavor. Overall both of my friends liked the AYCE brunch more than me. I expected spicier, tastier food. I definitely ate my money's worth. Service was good and other customer's' sizzling entrees smelled great. If I go again, I'll order a la carte.

5 for freshness and speed!4 only because the Tikka Massala is more tomato-y than I like. It's good and I ate it all, but next time I'd add a little yogurt. The pea pilauf rice with cashews raisins and peas was good. Had a tinge of a salty taste, the cashews were a little softer than what I'm used to and the raisins were sparse but it was very fresh! The garlic naan was perfection! I love my naan soft warm and slightly crispy on edges and it was just that. I'd come back. Especially around 4:30-5 before the dinner rush when they can serve you quickly bc it's so fresh! Great for groups, tons of parking, casual environment t and chill vibe.

It was my first time here and it was pretty good! We were seated immediately and the service was nice and friendly. It wasn't too busy. The place was clean and bigger than I thought. They have a lunch buffet which I may check out some time. We got the veggie samosas which came out fast. They were hot and tasty. I got the Complete Dinner with Fish Curry. It was very tasty. Next time, I wouldn't do the complete dinner though, as the Fish Curry portion is smaller since it also comes with daal, saag, paneer, yogurt and dessert. The fish was the best and other side dishes were just okay. I'd come back to try more of the main dishes.

I've been coming here for years it's the BEST Indian food in the area! I love their tandoori chicken, lentils, cabbage, and chicken tiki marsala and especially love the fact they can make the food taste good without making the dishes too heavy with butter and cream. It's a must 1x per week and if I was in the area during the week I could eat here everyday!! The service is always impeccable and their faces are always smiling. It's also very easy to have privacy here when with family, we love the authentic ambiance. A+Long live New India's Oven!

Always a great meal here whether it be takeout or dine-in. Our favorites are Chicken Tikka Masala, Bengan Bhartha, Malai Kofta, Lamb Chops. We try a different dish each time we dine there and have never been disappointed. The hot sauce is also amazing but can get very hot! I can't remember when we started coming here but it's definitely been more than a decade. The owners are very friendly and are just good people.

Only person in the restaurant. The waiter stood in very audible distance farting out load while I was eating. Disgusting. It happened several times.
