Mr Furley's Bar - Glendale

We came here over the weekend and it was packed. Prime time is 930-10am starting. There was a long waitlist for pool but we put our names down and it went by quick while we were playing shuffle board. The pool tables are old and some of the balls go stuck in the pockets and we had a difficult time taking them out. Not sure if there's a way to avoid this. Overall it was a good time but too crowded. People everywhere, and getting in our way when we were trying to play.

We were on the hunt for a quick beer and burger and happily stumbled upon Mr. Furley! Really enjoyed our little bit of time there.We were running some errands in Glendale and I was super hungry, luckily for us, we were in a happening part of Glendale with tons of food options. Fun fact: I'm a Three's Company fan, so of course I was intrigued by name and headed on in. There's a little bit of a dress code to keep the riff raff out.This place is huuuuuuuuuge! I can totally see myself here to celebrate a wide range of celebrations here simply because of how spacious it is. There are multiple games (mainly pool) throughout and lots of people seemed to be enjoying themselves.I was obsessed with the idea of chomping down on a burger and the Charbroiled burger was super yummy. Very simple and alterations aren't allowed, but I devoured the entire thing. Delicious! We also got the Bavarian pretzels with mustard and melty cheese sauce to accompany.There was a giant beer menu and I opted for the Monk's Flemish sour, perfect addition to go with my burger.Cute little quick trip to Mr, Furley's! I totally enjoyed my time there and if I'm looking for a quick bite in the area, is happily visit again.

We've been to this location many times and on a variety of days, primarily Thursday, Friday and Saturday, all at night between 8pm and 1am. This place is pretty great, it's a very large venue, they have more pool tables than a pool hall, if you want to have a private party they have 2 private areas you can rent for a very reasonable price, they have many beers on tap and a good selection of appetizers you can also order if you're getting any cravings. The private room on the main floor is all the way in the back, beyond the pool tables available to the general population. It is clearly separated so no one will accidentally wonder into the area. In this room you'll have your own pool tables, shuffle board and dart board. You also get your own bathroom and bar with a bar tender which has access to the same things that the main bar has outside of the private room. In general I'd say this is a great venue to have get togethers, wether it's a casual night out with friends, an organized event or just going out with a bunch of friends for a birthday and meeting up here. The place is very large so you wouldn't really have to give them advanced notice even if you're having like 40-50 people meeting up there. Welllll... maybe if it's like a random Tuesday night or something... but I wouldn't really know about that.Their food is also so good, my favorites include the cheese logs and beef skewers but I haven't ever ordered anything I didn't like.The venue is facing brand blvd so it's usually happening on these nights, you'll see people coming and going to the variety of locations around the venue.The parking is not ideal. You have street parking where you'll have to pay at the meter but it's usually a challenge to find a spot. There is a parking structure one block over. And there is a parking lot right behind the venue, where you'd typically find an alley, this is the least ideal parking since there is no direct path to the other side of the block so you're walking all the way around. All parking costs money, but not going to break the bank.The service has been consistent with a typical bar, during the rush you may be waiting a few minutes but you won't get ignored.The ambiance has always been fun, there is positive energy in the air, people are there to have a good time, good drinks and good food.Overall, we've been coming to this spot for a while and definitely see ourselves coming in the future.

I haven't been here in years and it was pretty cool to come back and try. It's a nice vibe and I love how it's a bar and pool spot. Came on a Thursday night and it was pretty live and fun!! They played good music and a cool spot to try if you like pool and good bar vibe. It's pretty spacious inside with lots of seating. The service here was cool, they are attentive and at the bar they come to assist you quickly. The bar does not have cognac so that was a negative but they do have a lot of other options and spirits. They French fries I ordered were just okay nothing spectacular, but it will do Justice if your hungry and want a small bite. For my drink I ordered the The Mr. Furley's and it was decent. Overall, I'll come again to Mr. Furley's Bar. I enjoyed myself and the ambiance was good! If your in Glendale and looking for a fun night for pool and drinks, I feel this is the place to go! It's a lot of street parking in front and in the back of the restaurant on the streets with metered parking. -Marshay D.

Happy that their happy hour lasts until 8! It was my first time at Mr. Furley's and I loved how you can rent out a pool table for 7 dollars an hour. Their prices are also super fair. I wasn't expecting much for the food since it was relatively well priced and I don't have high expectation for bar food but it came out freshly made and tastes amazing. However I think their drinks are subpar. Definitely strong enough but they don't taste amazing.

Cool sports bar to watch a game and play some pool. Came in for drinks after work with a friend. They have a decent happy hour 5-9. Buy 2 drinks and get 1 free. And pool for $6/hr. It's a large space inside. Long tables for seating, a big bar area, and lots of pool tables. Plenty of TVs to watch a game. It's a bit dark inside but I liked it. It's a good space for groups. The food is pretty standard bar food. They got nachos , chicken wings, and a burger or two. Got the chicken strips and nachos. They were ok. Good for soaking up the booze. They got a decent selection of beers and cocktails are pretty good too. Overall a solid spot. Service was great. Friendly staff. Shout out to the cool bartender Evan. There's street meter parking but it fills up fast. You might have to walk a block or two.

Jack Tripper wouldn't eat here, neither would Janet , Chrissy or Terry .The play on the threes company name is so lame. And there isn't even a picture of Mr. Furley/Don Knotts in the whole place. But the drinks are like $14. It's a hipster bar that isn't hip. The bartenders are AHoles as well and the beers are all bottled. Beer drinkers might as well just get a six-pack from the liquor store. Save yourself some money and not go here. This place ain't no Regal Beagle .

This is a 5-star review for a private party rental of the lower VIP room.I just celebrated my birthday here, and we had SO MUCH FUN! I reserved the room about over a month ago via email. I sent in the deposit via Venmo, and that was that. Easiest reservation to make!Upon arriving, our two staff members -- Katie and Melissa -- were so helpful, kind, and ready to create a fun experience for my party. I was able to arrive about 15 minutes before my reservation time so I could put up some decorations and get the vibe going. Without hesitation, Katie was helping my set up too. I so appreciated that. Then my guests started arriving, and I had already asked Katie to set up the most popular dishes out on the bar, so my guests would have snacks. Again, with no hesitation, everything went smoothly. It was so great to have the games included in the rental. And with our private bartender staff plus our own bathrooms for guests, and lastly -- an aux cable to plug in our playlist -- it was just an awesome night all around. Perhaps my ONLY complaint would be that it got pretty warm in there. The room is meant for up to 75 guests, and I had about 25 at most, and it still got pretty hot. But if you stood in the right spot, you would feel some nice cool air. Despite this being a complaint, it didn't damper the mood, but it would have been great if it was just a tad bit cooler in there!At the end of our rental, a security guard let everyone know party was over, and we just moved the party to the general bar area. Smooth and great experience overall. I look forward to hosting more private parties here. Chill vibe, good drinks and food, and friendly staff -- what more could you ask for? :)

Went here to play shuffleboard and darts. I'll definitely be back again. Good drinks, Good food, great vibes!

Awful service. I've been here twice, and both times, my drink was thrown out right in front of me. The manager and staff don't care either.
