We went to Mother Wolf for our anniversary. It was tough to get the reservation as they only open 7 days in advance, but we got it for our date. On a Tuesday night, it was packed. The restaurant is beautiful and fancy. Our table was good, we had a booth seating but it was close to the waiter stand. So all night i would see the staff grabbing utensils and looking at the iPad. I decided not to request a different table because we loved our waiter, Charlie , so much. And yes, the food took a long time to come out but we were having a great time so it didn't matter. We came for the experience not just to eat. And they have valet parking. We ordered the citrus salad, the blossom appetizer, cacio & peppe pasta and rigatoni. All were excellent! We loved the whole experience and will be back with our friends.

I was so excited for my anniversary date here and left feeling a little underwhelmed. I was not a fan of having to make my entire order --they said it was "traditional" but it seemed like table turnover was prioritized. The service was friendly and consistent, and the food arrived very rapidly for our 530 reservation on a Tuesday. We chose not to have wine, having been forewarned of the prices. I did enjoy my lemon drops and the water was refilled frequently. Plates were promptly removed and to make room, partially finished dishes were moved to smaller plates. We ordered the squash blossom pizza, the sausage pizza, the octopus, the oxtail pasta, and the semifreddo. The squash blossom pizza was well received by my partner; although I felt it was too salty. Perhaps my fault though since that fish is cured in salt. The spicy sausage pizza was more my type but nothing wowed me. The oxtail pasta had a very homey feeling to it. I felt I could be at home serving this up to my kids. Not a bad thing but for $300 that's not what I was hoping for. The octopus was the most disappointing because the combination of flavors was just really underwhelming. It's one of my favorite dishes so I had high standards. The semifreddo was fantastic although I am bummed I didn't try the tiramisu. All in all, I wouldn't return, and for the price it wasn't worth it but everyone is different. The service was great, the kitchen was prompt, and Austin our server was wonderful.

THE best meal I've had in a very very long time. I live in SF, but come to LA often to visit my brother (and to visit all of the great restaurants!!), and I've been wanting to come to Mother Wolf for some time. I finally got the chance when a reservation opened up for last weekend. The restaurant is stunning! It's enormous, but very warm and cozy. I couldn't stop looking around at the beautiful decor. The service was great-- our server helped recommend some menu items that we could not miss, and he came by often to make sure we were loving everything. The drinks are 10/10. I had a vesper martini and an aperol spritz, and both were fabulous. What I really came here for: the food. It was everything I hoped it would be!! I would definitely describe myself as a pasta person, but the pizza surprised me and I'm shocked that it ended up being my favorite thing. The crust is just so thin and crispy-- it is literally perfect. Other standouts were the squash blossoms and the cacio e Pepe pasta. Probably the best cacio e Pepe I've ever had. One of my new favorite restaurants in LA!!

Came here for a birthday dinner with some girlfriends and had a wonderful time. The place itself is really beautiful. They put a lot of effort to make this place look vibey. We ordered a handful of pastas, pizza, and a green (of course). The standouts to me were the Fiori Di Zucca and the Polpette di Coda (the oxtail pasta), which surprisingly had a lot of meat in it. Our server was great as well. Now until 1/31, if you order cacio e pepe, the proceeds will be donated to the LAFD foundation, so go now :)

Was super excited to dine out at one of the toughest reservations to get in LA right now and I certainly left with a happy and full stomach. The restaurant itself is way bigger than I imagined and even on a Monday night, it was packed with people. Some favorites from the meal included:+ Squash blossoms+ Gamberi in salsa verde + Diavola pizza+ Arrosticini (lamb)Would love to go back again soon to try so many other items on the menu!

After having this place bookmarked for so long, I finally had the opportunity to dine at Mother Wolf The pasta was the star of the night! Both dishes we ordered were cooked perfectly al dente and packed with flavor. The oxtail ragu was rich and hearty, while the spaghetti all'arrabbiata had the perfect spicy kick to keep things exciting. We tried the mushroom pizza, which was just okay. The crust was thin and hard, and the pizza itself was overly salty and didn't quite live up to the hype. The appetizers were a highlight! The ricotta-stuffed squash blossoms were light, crispy, and bursting with flavor. The fennel persimmon salad was refreshing, with a perfect balance of sweet and tangy notes.Valet parking is available for $20. Reservations can be made online a week in advance (they do charge for last minute cancellations)

Ambiance was lovely not what you expect from the outside. We ordered a few items from the menu and shared. We were four girls and we got the pepperoni pizza, meat balls, shrimp appetizer and two pastas plenty of food for all of us to share. Our waitress was very friendly in the beginning but then as the night went on especially towards the end she was not as attentive. However, food was delicious highly recommend for a fun girls night out or a romantic dinner.

Fantastic dinner all around. I'll start by stating that we went with friends who have been there several times before so knew what to order and also knew some people that worked there. We were a group of 6 so we ordered family style and we were able to try a lot of just everything. My favs were definitely the:Squash blossoms- light, creamy and crunchy. Best I've ever hadPOLPETTE DI CODA - oxtail meatball this was so unique and surprisingly tasty fettuccine al burro - it's simple but so elegantly flavored with butter sauce with prosciutto Carbonara - if this is on any menu I always want to give it a try. Was not disappointed at all. It was creamy, not too salty and pasta was perfect. The restaurant is spacious so we didn't feel cramped and over crowded. The service was top notch. I can't wait to go back.

Fantastic restaurant with immaculate vibes. The pasta is stellar and I love that the workers speak in Italian! The spritz was perfection. The sauce that comes with the prawns might *hands down* be the best thing I've ever eaten.
