Amazing customer service!! Completely recommend this place. .

They used to be okay.Now they are charging an extra fee just so they don't have to "raise their prices"?Give me a break! I will never eat here again.This was my go to because they are close by, but I'll go to JakkaPat Thai instead. Food is incredible and the customer service is so much better! I will happily give extra money to someone who deserves not because they demand it.

They have a reasonably priced Happy Hour, and they got decent food. Would def not say it's the best sushi in the area (though maybe it is cause it's NoHO), but the quality is pretty subpar. Service is fast but all they do is take your order and drop off your order. There really isn't much of a follow up or extra things that go above and beyond so for that, it might as well be order and take your number to your set (know what I mean)...Best thing here was the Yellow Tail Collar (Hamachi Kama) which is decently priced and overpriced at many Japanese restaurants.So I did order the Hot Cheetos roll out of curiosity and the rice to filling ratio is too high (too much rice), the sushi rice is COLD (should atleast be warm). I would not order anything raw here. It just seems a little dangerous.I wanted to get gyoza steamed (or even pan fried) but they said that would be an order from their chinese menu next door. Are they saying they make gyoza and chinese dumplings the same? They are different. Also fried gyoza isn't a thing. Gyoza SHOULD be pan fried.

Food was mid, there was only one other couple in the restaurant but it took 30 mins to serve me between rolls. Waitress was very nice though.

Interesting place, the front of the restaurant is a different restaurant that's Chinese food and the back is sushi. Sat at the bar and the sushi chefs aren't too friendly. Don't expect much interaction here. Service was ok, only one server working. The sushi sampler was the only really good thing I had. Spicy tuna roll was ok. The shrimp tempura udon was bad. Broth was too sweet and only had 2 tempura and noodles.

I was looking for something light for dinner and ordered udon with shrimp tempura. I also got an order of dynamite scallop . I ordered it for pickup and was told my food would be ready in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later I showed up and my food was there waiting for me . The staff inside were waiting for me and greeted me warmly . When I tasted the food I was surprised at how good it was , I was skeptical of the quality as the reviews are mixed . I'm so happy that I tried this restaurant . I'm going to check out happy hour , because it has some great deals . Long story short, don't be afraid to try new places based on reviews, they may surprise you.

This tiny gem is worth checking out! Small mom and pop store that is connected to Dragon Street if you want to mix and match foods. The food is solid and the staff is friendly and efficient. I think I prefer the Chinese side in terms of ambiance, but both are great.

So tasty! I love this place. Everything is fresh and delicious. Customer service is always super friendly. I visit this place at least 3 times a week. It's my go to after work treat for myself! I have my favorites off menu, but I am slowly working my way thru their delightful menu for sure! Highly recommend trying things from both sushi restaurant side and Chinese restaurant side. Yes!!! It's two places in one location and both are super goooooood!

Sushi was great and rolls were so big! We got food from the chinese menu too and it was great. The lady working was so sweet. Would definitely come back!!

Such a bummer to leave this review as this has been my go to sushi spot for the last seven years. Whenever I have friends and family come to visit from out of town this is the sushi spot I take them to. I spend a couple hundred bucks most months here. I will no longer be ordering or visiting.It started to go downhill when the sushi chef changed right before covid. Their customer service has tanked. Today I got yelled at over the phone by an employee and it really shook me up, which feels silly to admit. Whenever I order takeout, I call to make sure our extra sauces make it in the order before it leaves the restaurant. I hate doing this, but literally every time I haven't called, the sauces get left out so I don't chance it any more and I call every time I order. I'm sure it gets annoying because, as I've said, I used to order a lot. (But then maybe stop forgetting items from my orders? Then I wouldn't have to call). Tonight I called and the call dropped twice. So I used my partners phone to call to see if that would get through. We did get through, to be met with this employee yelling at us for calling 3 times during busy hours, even though the first two calls I didn't even hear a voice coming from the other end. Seems like such a dumb reason to leave, but also feels like such a stupid way to treat a loyal customer. This was the straw for us this evening. Hoping we get reached out to to resolve the matter, because I would love to return. But won't be treated that way.
