It was the first recommendation on TikTok so my friend and I went since we wanted to eat shabu. We got the house broth and sukiyaki broth which were both great and flavorful(30per person). The food bar selection was a bit lacking and I wish there were more options. The sauce options paired well with the heavy meat.I would say the star of the show here is the meat quality for the affordable price point. The rib eye quality was truly spectacular and on part with high end shabu places like Miyaki Wagyu shabu. The rib eye was tender, beautifully marbled, and melt in your mouth quality. Their other meats like brisket and lamb were also tender and great options as well. The lamb was on the leaner side which I liked. Our server was super attentive and would make sure we were ready to order the next round. Overall a great shabu experience that honestly beats having shabu at home.

Our family of 8 recently visited for their eat-all-you-can shabu-shabu. We did have a good dinner overall, but with a glaring negative. First of all, the selection of meats was good, and we particularly liked the sides such as the oyster mushrooms, corn, fish cake, and scallops. One of the highlights was the sukiyaki broth option, which had a sweet flavor that I liked. Pro tip: add plenty of raw minced garlic to the broth for extra flavor. We also enjoyed the cooked/prepared sides, such as the kimchi, the fried chicken, and fried dumplings. The customer service was friendly, but the servers sometimes disappear, especially when the restaurant becomes packed. There is plenty of parking available as the restaurant is located in a complex. However, one huge downside was the cleanliness of the restroom, which left much to be desired. It was not clean and had an unpleasant odor, which was a real turn-off. This leads me to wondering how clean their kitchen is.Overall, Miss Shabu offers a satisfying shabu-shabu experience, but they should definitely improve their restroom hygiene.

I'd come here again and again. I love how overall affordable it is for an AYCE restaurant, and the meat quality is pretty great! There's also a solid selection of diverse ingredients and sauces to add to your different-flavored hot pot broths. And service is a plus :)

We had a few days off leading up to Christmas, so we wanted to try a new ayce shabu place. This time, husband wanted to venture into Buena Park to check out the $26.99 all you can eat option. The reels we saw on Instagram made it look like they had a variety of items in their bar, so we got hooked into that small preview. We arrived at opening, so the bar wasn't fully stocked with their hot items, but the veggies and seafood options were pretty full. I grabbed some fish cakes, crab, bok choy, Napa cabbage and some kimchi. For sauce, I mixed some ponzu, grated radish, sambal and some water (mul) kimchi. For soup stock, we got the option to select two, so we got the Bone and Beef broth. The soup flavor was pretty bland, but it gains more depth as you cook more stuff in the soup. Meats are endless, so our first round included Chuck Eye, Brisket, Beef Belly and Lamb. The lamb was sooo dry and a bit tough. Brisket and beef belly were a little too fatty, but the beef belly was more tender than the brisket. Our fave ended up being Chuck Eye as it had decent marbling, so we stuck with this option for the meal.Overall, it was just alright. The shabu feels a bit more geared toward the Korean palate and had a larger variety of seafood choices. We definitely enjoyed the fresh kimchi, but it just wasn't our vibe.

Affordable and a solid place to eat for its prices. You eat what you paid for! I saw this restaurant on IG and I want to check it out with girl if the hype is true. The ambiance was nicee and super clean. Well organized sides on the right front of the joint. The servers are on the spot and very accommodating. They were excited about their food.. I never seen that.. they actually enjoy their job and you can tell by the way they approached their customers :) Of course, like any kind of AYCE shabu there are essential bone broth, sukiyaki, miso based soup. The soup is pretty good and flavorful. Not too intense, but just enough for the meat's flavor to sink in. Their side dishes like the spicy bulgogi and regular bulgogi were a hit and I went for seconds. Overall, I would go here again :) PS: These servers need a raised.. they completely deserved it :)

This place was fabulous. Such a fun experience and the food was so yummy. We enjoyed trying all the different items you can cook in your pot. We especially liked the baby corn and the meats. My personal favorite was the ribeye. The service was top notch. Friendly and helpful and we never wanted for anything. We weren't rushed and got to spend as much time as we wanted at our table. There is also a wait list you can join so by the time we got there, they were pretty much ready for us already. Highly recommend for fun night out.

I love there shabu!! Its the best in OC!! My daughter loves here fyi she a picky eater!! We love the selection of the bar(salad&korean foods) seafood too. The meat is so tender literally melts in your mouth especially beef belly and pork belly you should definitely try it. You can also make porridge in the end it's so delicious!!! Their service was amazing and quick which I loved it. The interior is so chic and modern, clean. They have huge parking area. I totally would recommend to my family and friends. Great for any gatherings! Music is not loud so it's prefect for family with little one too. They have lunch and dinner menu different in price.

Great Shabu! For the price is it unlimited meat, topping, and self-serve food bar. There are a variety of broths (from seafood, bone, to beef broth), a lot of sides (from dumllings, to shrimp, to kimchi, to crab, etc.), and the atmosphere is quite nice. Hidden in a Korean plaza, although it is unassuming, it is worth the try. We were here on Christmas with the Family and it is something I would visit again.

This is my favorite spot for shabu. While it's not as large as Shabuya, the meat quality and service are far better. With the addition of a small area offering hot deli foods, my family continues to enjoy dining here.
