We sat at the patio. The atmosphere was very cute either way lost if trees, lights, and plants. There are plenty of heaters for outdoor seating.Parking; there was plenty of street parking on a Saturday night.Service: our waitress came to our table 3 times, once to get our drink orders, a second time for the food orders, and another time for the bill and to get our dessert orders. The young men cleaning up the tables and plates were awesome. They were the ones who brought out desserts, food, and refilled our drinks.Food: My husband got the macaroni and cheese as an appetizer. He really enjoyed. The macaroni and cheese is actually a side but they won't let you order it as a substitute for fries when ordering a burger or sandwich. We both enjoyed our burgers. The burger we cooked to our preference and were juicy. I really like the combination of Swiss cheese and blue cheese on the Mike and Anne's burger.

Great place for brunch or lunch. They have a fabulous patio and an eclectic menu. Great cocktails too. I love the Nicois salad, the Cuban sandwich and lemon ricotta pancakes. The tuna melt is equally delicious. Dinner is more hit or miss depending on how busy they are. That being said, it's a great place to come and have a burger and a cocktail. But beware the weekends are very busy. Service is always good though so even if you're waiting, you can sip your cocktail and take the good vibes.

Not bad!Ambiance: very cute outdoor patio, very spacious and overlooking mission street. Nice brunch vibes.Food:Corned beef hash - 1.5/5 - I usually get corned beef hash everywhere and this one missed the mark. There was barely any corned beef. It was more like 85% potatoes, and the rest corned beef. Had to search for the meat. Also not very flavorful. I'd skip this for sure. $20 down the drain.Fried chicken sandwich - 4/5 - husband got it and he enjoyed it!Service - 4/5 - slow but they were pretty busy. Everyone was really nice, but nothing to write home about service wise.Pricing is expensive but expected for South Pasadena.I'd still come back and try other items!

We came here on a Tuesday morning as a family and enjoyed the ambiance. We were seated inside and the design felt very warm. Min was our server and was very kind and engaged with our children. Street parking was easily available on mission. We ordered Anne's breakfast with 2 buttermilk pancakes and scrambled eggs and bacon. Pancakes were delicious. Bacon was cooked perfectly. I shared that with my son. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito and those portions were large enough to take home some leftovers. He asked for the chorizo on the side. The breakfast potatoes were cooked in yummy grilled onions. It wasn't his favorite but I loved the onions.

Went here for the first time ever on a second date ^^ Due to it being dinner-time and in the month of January it was understandably on the colder side, so we opted for indoor seating. Atmosphere-wise it was warm and classy, all the servers were very friendly. My now-boyfriend went for his favorite: Linguini and clams, while I opted for the one of the daily specials at the time: Shepherd's pie, in addition to an apple crisp for dessert. Everything was delicious

Tried this place first time for an early Christmas breakfast party for work. There is a cute indoor section with a shared adorable patio with another business it looks like. Serves typical American breakfast and lunch menu items such as eggs, omelettes, pancakes, sandwiches, soups, salads. They're known for their lemon ricotta pancakes. Pros:-friendly and nice staff-cute indoor and outdoor decor-clean -food was decent but on the pricier side -variety of sweet and savory breakfast -restrooms are shared with another business -can accommodate large parties especially outdoors in the patioFarmers scramble - decent scrambled eggs with variety of veggies such as mushrooms, onions, zucchini, peppers, etc. wish there were more cheese but that's just me! Sour dough bread was perfectly toasted. Cons:-slightly pricy -no parking lot but there are nearly free residential parking for up to 3 hours

I met a few friends for brunch this morning and had a lovely time at Mike & Anne's. The service and food were fantastic. The food was fresh, seasoned well, and we all left pleased. I had Anne's Favorite with a side of potatoes, and a peach Bellini. I don't normally eat more than one pancake but these were so good that I ate them both before realizing they were gone. The eggs, bacon, and potatoes were also very tasty, and peach Bellini was refreshing without being too sweet. There was not one aspect of the meal that I did not enjoy and I'm already planning my next visit.

BRUNCH WAS GOOD=================My husband and I had brunch at Mike & Anne's restaurant on Saturday, September 28, 2024. We were out riding our bikes and initially had intended to go to a restaurant in San Marino, but decided to stop at Mike & Anne's instead. They didn't have a big bike rack outside, but a small one that was already taken. However, the host let us bring our bikes to the back of the patio along one railing. That worked perfectly because we could also see them from the patio. My husband ordered the fried chicken sandwich and he loved that. That was great because now he will want to go back again. I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes and those were good. I loved the berry compote. The patio is dog friendly which is nice. I think there were three or four dogs there.

Great place to grab brunch! Great service except it can be slow. Especially when it's super crowded on a Sunday. We sat outside, tons of umbrellas and little bit of sunshine peeking between. I can only attest to this outside experience so bear with me here:Tables and chairs are comfy but they can be a little wobbly. Coffee with free refills, apparently offering dark roast and medium roast! Brunch was a fantastic experience overall. The food was fresh and the process to check in and check out was smooth.

I came here for the first time recently for a work celebration and must say this is a great cafe. We sat indoors, but I loved the spacious patio. It's serene and feels hidden despite facing a somewhat busy street. The breakfast was delicious and seriously, the best French toast I ever had. My colleagues were fans of the lemon ricotta pancakes and we all enjoyed the smooth, rich cappuccino. Mike & Anne's scored major points in my book when I saw they had my absolute favorite champagne drink, the Kir Royale. When I saw the Kir Royale at the top of the champagne menu I had an instant nostalgic 90's flashback. Of course, I ordered one, and if I were not at "work" I would have enjoyed a couple more. Overall, I enjoyed the food and the vibes here and will return if I'm in the area.
