Ambiance was very settle it very much fitted the theme of the restaurant, Service was nice we had this male waiter and he was so nice to us.Not to mention the design and atmosphere this place gave off was absolutely nice there was even music that was low that fit the themeFood was sooo good but took quite a while which is understandable but it took like 10 minutes max, would totally come back here!

How have I not written a review for Miceli's yet? This is one of my favorite places in Hollywood to grab some lunch. It's a neat little old school Italian restaurant. They have traditional Italian food, and pizza. Another thing that's unique about michelli's is that their servers and some of their staff will occasionally sing in the dining room. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, and it's a nice little place to stop and check out and have a bite to eat. The pizza is pretty good, it's not the best pizza in the world, but it's certainly not bad. Like I said, very good pizza. They also have other entree Italian food dishes. I've had the manicotti on several occasions it's very good. I've never had anyone complain about the quality of the food that they got here. The tiramisu is also at especially good treat. The only downside to this location is that it's difficult to find parking, without having to pay a lot. But, if you're already in the area and are looking for a nice place with some good atmosphere to have a pizza, I can't recommend this place enough.

100% recommended. I came here with my family for our first time. We loved the food, the vibe, the live music and the fact that all the waiters and waitresses were singers. If you haven't been here, and you're thinking about trying this place out, do it!Side note: Our waitress, Avella, was awesome, props to her.

Last night my husband and I looked for an Italian restaurant near our hotel and found this gem. We loved the beautiful decor which was very cozy and inviting! Our server was so attentive and could even sing. The food was not that great! The antipasto salad lacked many of the ingredients listed in their own menu such as artichoke hearts, roasted pepper, eggplant or meats except for couple of pieces of very thin salami. The house aunty lasagna lacked flavor and in need of some Italian spices at the very least. The drinks were good! The red wine was delicious. We still enjoyed our time there but just wished the food was better.

We had a very nice time. We love trying old restaurants, my partner indulges me because I live in the past lol. My partner even joked about us "cheating" on the place across the street we've been too many times bc i love all things vintage and good food from restaurants still serving their meals from decades ago is my happy place and what a great place this is! We had a show to see at the Pantages and decided to finally try the infamous Miceli's and it did not disappoint. First, our waitress Kelly was fantastic. She was so nice and imagine our surprise when she took an interlude to sing with pianist. Kelly has the voice of a Disney princess, no exaggeration, her rendition of Que Sera Sera was beautiful. I love jazz and I recognized every song the pianist was playing and my partner joked that I was going to get sung to if I kept singing every word lol. Pianist was great! Point is, if you want a good meal and love a nice jazz piano, this is your place. The food was so good. My favorite was the fettuccine Alfredo and we didn't even eat that fresh!, we got it to go. I got the the lasagna for my meal and it was great just too cheesy for me (this is a very personal me thing as I know folks love cheese pulls and all things cheesy but i just cant lol all things stringy, cheese, banana strings etc make me gag ..you get the point) but the sauce and meat was delicious. My partner got the sausage sandwich which I had a bite of and it was delicious. The house salad was great as well. Unfortunately the pizza oven wasnt working while we were there so no pizza when we tried to order one, but this place was so lovely we didnt care! We both said welp, we'll just have to come back to try the pizza :) .. We will definitely be back

Great food, ambiance, service but the one who stole it all is the piano player. He was amazing and engaging. Family and kid friendly. The minestrone soup was delicious as was the Italian salad, lasagna and Hawaiian pizza. The drinks were just ok but everything else was fantastic. We've been coming here for years and it is always a good time.

Someone wrote a review that said Miceli's is closing. What?!? It is definitely NOT closing!!! It's been open since 1949 and I'm hoping it'll remain that way. If you haven't experienced it, I encourage you to check it out. The restaurant oozes with charm and ambiance, incredible singers doubling as wait staff, and italian comfort food. The attached picture tells it all! :) Let's keep this gem going for another 76 years!

The food is slightly better than Chef Boyardee, but not quite as good as Pizza Hut. I expected it to be low-grade tourist fare and was not disappointed. If you like to spend way too much money for food about as good as what you could get from a Stouffer's entrée at your supermarket, this is your place. Frank Sinatra is weeping.

No. No and no! The food needs more flavor. The piano player was pathetic. They need more life in this place. The only nice was hearing the waiter sinning.
