Fav k bbq in the valley! We came when they opened on Sunday and it was the best time to come and watch some football! Food came out super quickly and the flavors are always so good! Shout out to Jeremiah (hope i spelt that correctly) he was awesome! Anything we needed he helped us and brought everything out super promptly. Can't wait to come again for another Sunday football day!Bathrooms were clean and they also have an outdoor area which I love!

I've gone here a few times but it's been a while since I came back. Most recently I noticed it wasn't as good as the first time I had it. Some of the meat was nice and juicy like the beef bulgogi but other than that I noticed the quality went down. I did enjoy the kimchi rice though but I'm sure there's better out there. The service was good and we got seated fast on a Sunday afternoon as a group of 4. I wouldn't really come back if I'm craving Korean bbq except if I'm meeting with friends and all.

I've been to this spot before , probably 2 years and it was cool , or I was drunk lol I was here with a big group. Today I came with my husband and there were things that was just not settling well with me.First, we decided to sit outside as it was quicker, we were told 5-10 min, they took my name and cell down. 2 couple came in after us like 10 min and both were waiting with us but both were sitted before us. No, not together, 2 tables and yes , also outside. I had to walk in and stare at the front girl for her to remember and take us too.Ok ... that's that. But the most importantly idk what happened to meats?! Super small menu, even with premium you get all kind of other stuff but no good premium meats. The quality were terrible:(((Very limited choices for side dishes that came with meat.My husband wanted to leave in the middle after the guy who brings stuff gave him attitude when we could turn on the grill, which died not that long after lol It was not good experience, that I actually want to forget. The 2 start instead of 1 because of our waitress who truly deserves 5 stars! She was amazing, nice and thoughtful. It was sad to see that how she was working on all the tables , running back n forth . Still she was smiling and polite . Girl, find a different place! They overwork you :(((So to conclude, limited menu with not great quality meat and overwhelmed and understaffed waiters. Will not be back , sorry:(

MGD Korean Barbecue is a solid choice if you're looking for all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue in the Valley. The service is attentive and relatively quick, which makes the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. The meat quality is solid--definitely not the best we've ever had, but very good considering the price point. We opted for the supreme AYCE option, and it seemed like that might have contributed to the better quality cuts we experienced.Their side dishes are also worth mentioning, with a nice variety to complement the barbecue. While the cheese tonkatsu was something we'd probably skip next time, the calamari and churro rice cakes were definite highlights and worth ordering again.Overall, MGD is a great spot to satisfy a Korean barbecue craving without trekking all the way to K-Town. A little extra attention to cleanliness would definitely elevate the experience.

Flavor (1/5): I go to Socal for good food and this was in the most simple way to put it the worst KBBQ I've ever had. It's worse than your average GEN. The meat quality here was actually questionable and nothing on the menu tasted good. The marinade they use wasn't appetizing and even their appetizers disappointed. Like I've never seen corn cheese turn out like milk cheese before. The safest bet for any KBBQ is brisket and even their brisket wasn't enjoyable. Instagram Worthy (2/5): Pretty average KBBQ looking place. I wished their vent were closer to the actual grill so you don't smell like your food so much after dinner. If anything the restaurant felt more dated. Service (4/5): Server checked in on us a few times to help us order more food. They offered us to their churro rice cakes after we asked for the bill too. They were also very diligent on changing out the grill for us. Takeaways: Wouldn't eat here again. There's so much good food in Socal and this place is not one of them. Save your money and stomach space.

Honestly for our first time here to not be attended within 10 mins of sitting down is crazy to me. We were barely acknowledged. That being that the place was empty. I saw multiple male servers just walking around as well and no one came to us. So we were already thinking about getting up to leave. As soon as we were about to leave they finally came to bring the sides and take our order. I may say that I enjoyed the sides: fried calamari, gyoza, udon noodles, kimchi etc. the proteins were of good quality. But again, we weren't being checked up upon even after getting our food. The workers looked like they hated being there. Honestly I had high hopes for this place. :(

Food: 5/5Service: 3/5 (usually 5/5)Ambiance: 4/5Parking: 3/5This is my go-to spot for Korean BBQ. The meat quality is good, and the service is usually on point. However, during this visit, the service fell short perhaps because our server was nearing the end of his shift. I had to ask for basic items like napkins and dipping sauce, and they forgot my salad. Despite this, I still think it's a solid choice for Korean BBQ. Parking could be better, but overall, it's worth it.

Great service. Delicious seasoning on the meats. Enough sides on the menu to choose from. A little too loud for my taste but clean spaces and yummy food make up for it. Reasonable prices. Thank you MGD Korean BBQ! Great first time here!

The best Korean bbq in the valley! This place has high quality meats and a big variety of appetizers that you can choose from. This place is definitely worth the price of AYCE considering they have an extensive menu. The service here is always quick and the staff is friendly so I am always finding myself coming back here. They offer two different courses: supreme and standard. I would recommend getting the supreme as it has more meat option including lobster tail!! I have never been to a kbbq place that offers that so that was cool... and they also offer my favorite buldak ramen! My favorite meats were the prime brisket, prime beef belly, lobster tail, LA GALBI and jumulleok. Not only do they have a big menu for food but they also have lots of drink options. I would recommend getting the mgd party pouch which is basically an adult caprisun iykyk ;) I saw that they also have towers for beers and the soju cocktails which would be great if you are coming w friends. They have indoor and outdoor dining which I love so that I don't smell of meats LOL. The parking is kind of limited due to sharing with other businesses but I usually find a spot quick!
