This restaurant has been on my radar and I finally came to try it. I experienced an issue with the hostess who refused to sit my family in a booth that was available. I was really upset for the way the hostess was handling the situation so I asked for the manager . I spoke with Karmin the manager about my experience and was very apologetic. Honestly it is really rare to meet a manager who knows how to provide excellent service . She was insistent on making the dinner a pleasurable experience and offered two free appetizers. Trust me when I say I don't need the free appetizers but appreciated the gesture. Her approach really made my evening better. She constantly checked up on me and my family and for that I am grateful. The food for was amazing. The decor was really nice and the DJ was popping ! I want to start off my mentioning that they have a kids section in their menu! This is really important since kids are picky eaters. My daughter settled for the Mexican spaghetti . It was like a tomato cream base pasta dish which was delicious. They also had chicken tenders and a burger option for kids which is amazing. The steak burrito my husband ordered was so good. The steak was tender and he said it was the best he has had ! I had the chicken tinga taquitos. It was very good and flavorful. The drinks are an A+ and really pretty ! Honestly the place is great ! I will definitely be back ! Went with husband and friends and we all loved it. Ordered a mixed salad first and it was delicious. I had taquitos for dinner which I loved. Two of us had enchiladas and everyone enjoyed that. And one friends ordered birrias which he really enjoyed. I felt like they have the traditional Mexican food but also things you don't find elsewhere. There are a lot more unique dishes than your usual Mexican place and they were all amazing. Will definitely go back. They played their food really pretty too which just adds to the experience. Servers were great and attentive.

10/10 service, ambience, food! Went randomly on a date night cause we've been trying to come here but it's so busy and thriving! So we came on a weekday and it was perfect timing! Wasn't too busy and we got to meet the owner, Joanna was so kind and sat us down and briefed us on the menu and drinks! It's always the best experience when an owner gives it that personal touch and you get to meet them! The food was outstanding!!! The chile relleno was everything that people hyped it up to be. Sauce was on the bottom and it was flavorful and spicy, the steak was cooked perfect and even pre sliced and so tender and the chile was perfect! We also got the pulpo tacos and it was seasoned so well and just enough! We can't wait to come back and try out the brunch menu! Best Mexican food in the valley. Best customer service and just what our Westside of the valley needed!

I really, really wanted to love this place. Food was good, the vibe is young and hip. I was the oldest patron there by ten years, other than my spouse who's ten years older than me. It's okay, just an observation. Service was okay. Nothing wowed me, especially at the price. I've had better birria at taco trucks with a storefront, and better margs at many places. I know how expensive it is to have a restaurant, especially these days, so I know the need to charge a fair price. Just not for me.

We came on a Sunday for brunch and had a great experience. They had a DJ playing and the place was packed! I was happy to see good vegan options on the menu. I tried the Chilaquiles with Just egg, and black beans. It was really good! We also ordered the guacamole which tasted freshly made. It's definitely a fun restaurant if you have any kind of celebration. Will be back to try the vegan dinner options.

Went on a Sunday for lunch wasn't expecting a brunch menu but wasn't disappointed once we got our food. I was drawn in by their regular menu but they didn't serve any of these dishes when they serve brunch. But I guess it gives me another reason to go back to try other food. For the brunch, my favs were the churro French toast and the queso birria con huevos, Churro French toast had three full slices not too sweet but sweet enough and the queso birria was so delicious especially when you dip it on the consome. They have a full bar and had bottomless mimosas as well as flight. Loved the vibe. They had a DJ playing the jams. Not sure if this is just a Sunday thing but would definitely go back to listen to good music, watch games and of course eat and drink. Service was very attentive and prompt. We didn't have a reservation but there were able to move a table around so we didn't have to wait long. There was valet parking if you can't find street parking.

Tried this place on a whim after wanting chips and salsa. We came early in a Friday to avoid any crowds. C+ - Chips & Salsa. Just "ok". A little thick and dry IMO.B+ - Birria Pizza - very flavorful and wonderfully seasoned BUT, the cheese was so thick and chewy It drowned out the meat. I could barely chew it. B- Chicken enchiladas. Decent. A+ - Service was great, no issues.B- Parking. I didn't see a dedicated lot but they had valet. We found metered street parking around the corner.Overall, it was an ok experience.

You can always tell how good a Mexican restaurant is by their salsa. I'll say it time and time again! Their salsa was in fact, super tasty. Came here for a little date night on Sunday evening and it was pretty low-key. There was only one server at the time, so though service was a little on the slow side, but how delicious the food was made up for it.We ordered the Molcajete, which they say is big enough for two people, but we still even had leftovers. The dish included shrimp, steak, chicken, chorizo, cheese, nopales and green onions. The flavor was incredible! The steak was cooked so perfectly. The shrimp were big and juicy. Usually chicken at a restaurant can be boring, but the chicken in this Molcajete was so flavorful and delicious. The dish also came with black beans and their cilantro rice, along with your choice of tortillas. We were happy and full customers!Another thing I really like about this restaurant is the atmosphere. There are lots of interesting design elements inside. The one thing that really bummed me out were the three giant TVs. There was a dodger game going on and there were people watching it, but I could hear the sound of the game as well as the music of the restaurant all at once and it was a little overwhelming. I think the TVs totally take away from the chic aesthetic. Overall, I really enjoyed this new restaurant and I'm excited to tell my friends! I just wouldn't come back here on a game night if you're seeking more of a romantic vibe.

I'm so excited that they are open for lunch now! Today was the first day! It was so much easier to get a parking spot and get in the restaurant quicker, during lunch hours, which I enjoy so much more. I also love that they take customer feedback into consideration. Last time I was here, I had the hardest time choosing items on the menu because they all sounded amazing. Especially the ceviches. I said I would love if you had a ceviche trio on the menu so I could have a sampling of all of the ceviches every time I go. I can't get enough of. So because they listened, I had to go in and order it for sure. It was absolutely delicious! This is something I will order every time I go!! I have been wanting to take my dad here because I knew he would enjoy it. He was literally scooping out the leftover juice from the ceviches.... If that doesn't tell you!! I also wanted him to try the mocajete because he had never had one before. He really liked it, as did I! I knew that would be plenty of food for the two of us, however that brirra pizza is also amazing. So i ordered that as well. I think that was his favorite! So im really glad I ordered it even though I knew we would have way too much food. Oh and the margaritas are always delicious! I love their garnish game with the popsicles!! Especially with the California heat! I just wish they were a little bit bigger for the price. It was gone really fast. I love this place and can't wait to go again and sample some more of the menu!!
