I ordered lobster taco and mango Marmalade Mojito. And those were just so good and also fresh. Staffs are kind and very thoughtful as well.

I went to Marmalade Cafe for breakfast. I have been to the Marmalade Cafe before and have always been impressed at how friendly everyone is. Today was no different. We were seated and our waiter took or order right away. Food was delivered relatively quickly by different but friendly person. I had the eggs benedict and my partner had the Giilsons Scramble. Both of us commented on the generous portion size and both of us thought the food was very good. One of the things that I really like about the restaurant is the amount of windows and sunlight that it gets and you have the option of sitting inside or outside. This is definitely a good breakfast/brunch place. I should go back and try it for lunch or dinner!

Food standard. Today's spinach dip was not good as it lacked spinach and heat. Tasted too milky. The sweet potato fries was great as a side. I like the new colors and upholstery. It adds a brightness and lightness to the atmosphere. Just wish the menu was cleaner and laminated! The paper was old and dirty. Service impeccable! Jason was amazing and so attentive.

From start to finish, marmalade cafe was perfection. Having walked through the twinkling magical lights of The Grove, I arrived before my friend and without reservations. They allowed me to choose any table I wanted and to sit prior to my friend arriving. It was 6:30 on a weekday so not very crowded, although still enough people to feel festive. I chose a large booth towards the back where I could admire the freshness of the interior. It felt nice and warm with the soft but sufficient lighting while also airy due to the open space and cream painted walls. Service was professional and prompt. I couldn't decide between entered and my server helped me choose. I had the chicken piccata with angel hair pasta and a Caesar while my friend had the tuna salad. I think the chicken piccata was the best I've had although perhaps made better by being so hungry. The sauce was light but flavorful. The chicken thin and tender. Both of us finished every bite on our plates, despite being large servings. My friend had been several times in the past and said that while they specialize in fish, everyone shes gone with has loved their meal. I wish I lived in LA and would come more often to try other entrees!

Me and the husband were in a pinch and needed to find a restaurant for a quick bite before our movie. We've gone to this establishment before for lunch and were surprised it wasn't too busy considering it was dinner time on a Saturday night. The ambiance is really laid back so this restaurant is good for casual get togethers or quick bites. We ordered two blood orange marmalade margaritas and a pot roast to share. The blood orange margaritas were a little too sweet for our preference, so my husband ordered an extra shot to balance it out. The pot roast was fantastic. Very comforting and savory and I was delightfully surprised at how tender the pieces were. The yukon mash was very buttery and smooth and the veggies were cooked to perfection. Definitely one of their stronger dishes to order. Service here was quick and efficient, and we were out in less than an hour. Will definitely return again!

Marmalade Cafe has been a part of my dining life since the early 2000's. They have restaurants in LA and the Valley. I've never been disappointed in the food, atmosphere, service, or vibe. This pancake was delicious! It was more like a cake and took as long to make. Yes, expect a 20 minute wait as they make it to order! I would order it again but to share instead of my main.

We were looking for somewhere to eat while waiting for traffic to die down and found Marmalade. We sat outside. Nice ambiance, quick service. Sodas were a bit flat, but food was great! We got the BBQ burger and chicken tacos -- both were amazing! The bathrooms of this place were super fun down and dirty, and didn't fit the vibe of the rest of the place at all. They validate parking for the farmer's market lot, but not for the grove parking structure.

Had a terrible experience here. Both the service and food were a disaster. We can on a Sunday evening for a light and early dinner. We ordered the recommended French onion soup and shrimp and lobster pasta. The French onion soup was one of the worst I've ever tasted. It tasted like a bunch of bouillon and water. The pasta was very average, with tiny pieces of frozen lobster bits, not much flavor, and is one of the most expensive items on the menu. Now to the service. Our waiter took our order, and we never saw him again. He was hanging out at the front reception and bar, but not really doing anything. We tried to get his attention but he was in his own world, so I couldn't even get some Parmesan cheese to hopefully make the pasta taste a little better. In the end, we had to get the bill from another waiter. It was really disappointing, we would have been better off eating at Cheesecake Factory.

Went to grab a quick dinner with 2 other friends here last night and Steven was such a great server! Just very sweet. We had all had a fairly long day and went to the Grove to eat and Steven made our day :) And honestly the food was also so good, as usual (tried the butter cake for the first time and it was amazing)! Our experience yesterday was just worth writing about because the service was noticeably great and you can tell that's just how Steven is on a regular basis! Didn't feel forced, just a sweet nice person and we had a great time.
