I found this restaurant on tik tok originally and made a reservation for 4 on a different day. Unfortunately I had to cancel the reservation the day of. The employees were unable to refund my cancellation fee ($25/person), but they gave me a $100 gift card instead. I ended up coming back for a date night a week or 2 later as I still wanted to come here. I came on Super Bowl Sunday at around 5:40pm. We were the first party here. But it was pretty quiet the whole time we were there. We ordered the cocktails Dolphin in a bow tie, and directional clothing. I really liked my cocktail, my boyfriend liked his! However I will say it was stronger than I thought it was going to be. For food, we ordered crispy fried potatoes, the hanger steak, and the lumache. This was all so delicious. My boyfriend doesn't like Alfredo type sauces but he loved this. It was perfectly crispy and maintained its heat very well. The hanger steak was so good! The acidity of the sauce really came through and wasn't too sour. It was perfectly medium rare! We also really loved the lumache which is the spicy vodka. Overall, I'm so glad I came. This will definitely we a spot we return to for another date night. Loved my experience!!

We had a pleasant time celebrating " Galentine's " at Market - Venice as a group of eight women recently. Warm ambiance, beautiful decor and cozy vibe. Loved the aesthetics of the place. A few things I enjoyed a little less however were: - if you arrive early, you will not be seated until the whole party arrives. Additionally, they will only hold your reservation for a limited time so make sure to be on time. You will not be able to order a drink at the bar while waiting, only order/stay by the outdoor check-in area. - the food: the Pomodoro pasta I ordered was nothing spectacular (well, it is supposed to be simple), but it might have just been a wrong menu choice. I would have to come back for a second opinion on dinner main course items. A friend ordered the tiramisu for dessert and it tasted great. The Chablis bottle of white wine was also good, a safe choice. After dinner, the restaurant turned into a dancing bar with music. We ended up leaving to another place afterward but that was good to see.

Went for an early dinner Friday night. Delicious.Everything was tasty. Loved the squash blossoms and mussels. We also ordered the persimmons toast which was delicious but the bread scraped the top of my mouth which was a bummer. However, the taste was worth the pain. Service was on point. They refilled my water often, and stayed on top of cleaning the dishes from the table. We also ordered the olive oil cake for dessert, but I've had better. Was a little dry. My only complaint was that the tables are really really close to each other. As in unnecessarily close. They do get busy, but it's awkward to get in and out of your table while that close to someone else's table, and I'm not a large person. Will return, especially for the squash blossoms!

It's been a while since I've come to a restaurant where every dish ordered was a hit. It's also rare to have my whole party of 5 unanimously enjoy every dish. But we all left Market LA that night with pure satisfaction.Starting with the focaccia - the edges were perfectly crusted and perfectly buttered. Would order this over and over again!Stracciatella - was the perfect pair to the focacciaLumache Pasta - their house made pasta was to die for. Perfectly al dente like they would make it in Italy!Hangar steak - cooked to perfection and surprisingly one the best steak dishes I had in a while. Portion was enough to share with the whole party.Chicken piccata - presentation was immaculate. Tasted the way it looked. Just amazing We also ordered crispy fried potato and Caesar salad was so good it shouldn't even be a side. Great addition to our meal. Unfortunately the meal was so good I couldn't take pictures of everything. The only negative aspect of our dinner was the hostess. She wasn't very welcoming, but the servers and staff really made up for it. Overall I would definitely make the trek back here to enjoy their amazing food.

We had a fantastic experience here especially considering it was NYE! We tried almost everything on the menu and it was all delicious! Service was great and the ambiance could not have been better. Our only regret was not having enough room for dessert. Would definitely come back!

Underrated pasta spot, good for date night. We walked in on a Thursday at 5pm (opening time) and were the only diners in the restaurant for ~20 minutes. Strozzapreti pasta was incredible and packed with creamy, lemony, pesto bianco flavors. Lumache was a very solid choice of vodka pasta as well, but I preferred the strozzapreti. Crispy fried potatoes were just alright for the price - would skip this next time. Friendly service and I'd love to come again.

Such a cute place located near the beach in Venice. There is a parking lot located right next door ($20). They have indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor would be perfect for a warm day, however I sat inside and it was nice. The entire place is such a nice vibe. The setting was intimate with low lights and close tables. They have high top tables, regular tables, and low tables (booth) which gives a lounge vibe. The food was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed everything that we ordered except the chicken piccata (it comes breaded and I am not a fan of breaded chicken so that is a personal preference). Everyone else enjoyed the chicken piccata. Some of the delicious items were ordered: house focaccia, persimmon toast, squash blossom, bluefin tuna crudo, mizuna salad (slightly salty but it comes with anchovies so I can understand the saltiness), ricotta dumplings, 8oz hanger steak (amazing!), black COD, crispy potatoes (love the sauce on top), basque cheese cake and olive oil cake. Everything was amazing and shareable! Everything was amazing, from the food to the friendly staff and the lively atmosphere. Shout out to Danielle! She is so friendly with such a good positive vibe. She's makes the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place and I myself cannot wait to dine here again. Great place!

We loved our experience at Market. We came in on a Friday night without a reservation and they did their best to get us a great table outside. Service was incredible. Danielle was so friendly and just made our whole night, we enjoyed her so much. Food was really good. We loved the squash blossoms, spicy vodka sauce pasta and Caesar salad with the perfect amount of cheese. Try the white Negroni to drink- oh my gosh, it's good. Great outdoor seating area. Great spot in VB.

I typically do not enjoy eating around Venice Beach cause parking is atrocious and that's still true. Regardless, if you somehow find your way to Market then fine, enjoy yourself a nice meal. It's basic, it's LA, it's mildly overpriced. But at least everything looks pretty right? So first off the squash blossom, probably the most unique thing on the menu that tasted good. It's got a nice mix of crunch, cheese, and soft texture all around. The spicy vodka pasta was a nice carb filler. Flavor is good and it hardly has much of a kick to it. But alas, I digress. The salad I actually enjoyed more, it had a nice mix of pistachio and other sort of veggies to make it more than a regular house salad. Flavor was subtle but nice.Drinks are sweet and... well, that's about all I have to say about it. If you're coming on a weekend, try to make a reservation, otherwise hope they have space if you walk in.

Fantastic service, good food, but I wasn't a huge fan of the ambiance outside (not their fault, just lots of people walking by on the street when you're seated outside making noise, etc.). The drinks were really good and the apps/desserts were amazing. The mains were good, but not really at the same caliber in my opinion. Here's everything I tried:4/5 - House Focaccia: great while it's fresh, warm and fully, plus the butter spread that comes with it is very light with a hint of sea salt. It's a solid option for bread lovers.4.5/5 - Squash Blossoms: A bit of a small serving size with only four pieces since they're so light, but quite delicious and perfectly paired with a slice of lemon to squeeze over them.3.5/5 - Lumache pasta: with spicy vodka sauce and parmesan. This is the most popular pasta, but I didn't think it was all that special when there's so many amazing spicy vodka pastas in LA. I was pretty underwhelmed, but it wasn't a bad dish.3.5/5 - Strozzapreti pasta: pestio bianco, meyer lemon, and basil. A very unique pasta with a lemony white sauce that's very light. It's definitely one of the more unique pasta types as well, with long somewhat fluffy noodles, but not huge otherwise on the flavor side for me.5/5 - Basque Cheesecake: with vanilla & honey. Literally perfect, exactly as fluffy and light as bask cheesecake should be, very delicious and well paired with the vanilla and honey drizzle.4/5 - Campari Olive Oil Cake: with almond pieces and whipped mascarpone. This was a little disappointing next to the Basque cheesecake, but not a bad dessert for those that love simple cakes.5/5 - Directional Clothing: tequila, elderflower, and hibiscus based drink that is both tart and a little fruit forward, I would highly recommend getting this! Everyone seemed to like their drinks, but this was the big winner for sure.Food: 4/5Drinks: 5/5Service: 5/5Ambiance: 3/5Value: 3/5Overall: 4/5
