Neighborhood gem of a Mexican restaurant that specializes in...you probably guessed it: mariscos or seafood. This place is almost hidden - honestly, if I didn't just blindly follow the location listed and looked around, I may have just missed it if driving by. Came there during lunch with a good friend so not sure if service is different at different times, but it's more of a fast casual model where you order from the counter/ window and have a seat. The place was chill with a relaxed, beautiful outdoor seating area in the back. There is also seating inside, but we took advantage of the great weather. The food here is awesome and well presented. I really enjoyed everything we ordered. And my buddy and I wanted to try as much as possible so we just ordered a bunch and shared including: Los Tostilocos, Las Flautas Ahogadas, Mi Quesabirria Del Mar, and Tostada de camaron. The seafood was just so fresh and tasty. The texture was crisp where it needed to be crisp and there was a good amount of acidity.I really enjoyed the experience here and definitely a place I would love to revisit often.

This spot is so CUTE! And the food is objectively good, albeit a bit pricey. Upon arriving, it looks kind of hidden away, like in a hidden alleyway. They have both indoor and outdoors seating; we opted for outdoor seating because the weather was amazing and there was enough shade from the sun.My favorite item of the day was 100% the shrimp aguachiles. It was so refreshing and high quality, I could eat 2 plates of it by myself honestly. The baja yellowtail tostada was also good, however the slightly creamy sauce on top made the dish just not as refreshing as the aguachiles. It was still quite delicious and worth trying. Last item we ordered to share I can't remember the name of the dish to save my life - but it was like a fried tortilla rolled up taco. Really tasty as well, would def re-order!! For drinks, I got the strawberry basil lime agua fresca which was super super delicious. I am currently addicted to mocktails and it truly hit the spot.I want to come back!! It's a tad pricey, but you're paying for ambiance and the quality of food is def there.

Second time coming back and always as good. Sat inside and enjoyed the classic and delicious seafood dishes. LA churros, great service, and yummy fish with crema. If you're in Frogtown, this is the spot to stop by

Orders are placed at the side window, then you can pick your seating. I ordered the Quesabirria and Tostada Bonita. The tostada is crunchy with fresh yellowtail and the Quesabirria cheesy and juicy. Love coming for lunch and it's dog friendly too with the outdoor seating!

Loved Loreto so had to come try this spot out too. First off, right when you walk into the outside area, you're greeted by the bartender who will take your order and make your drinks before you sit down. she was amazing & gave us some recommendations. we ordered quite a bit of stuff cause we were hungry lol. The 3 main dishes that stood out was the fries, the aguachile and the shrimp roll (idk what this one was called but wow, add some lemon on top & have the most perfect bite!) easily one of the best aguachile I've had in awhile. the shrimp cheese quesadilla dish was our least favorite - just felt unfinished lol, the chips in the bag I didn't like but my friend did, and the tostada with the capers just needed some lime and it was yummy, without the extra lime tho I wasn't the biggest fan. all outdoor seating which was nice cause it was a beautiful day. would absolutely come back to try some new dishes & get the 3 dishes I LOVED!

Right when you get there, you place your order at the front window and they give you your drinks order then and there along with a number. From there, you can sit wherever you'd like in the backyard which is like an open space. The servers bring out your food. The food here is excellent. All of the dishes are the perfect proportion - not too much, not too little - just right. We tried the strawberry basil agua fresa, tostada de camarones, and chicken taquitos. As far as ambience...you're basically in your Tia's backyard under some trees! Will definitely come back.

I prefer Loreto's menu options but there were still some highlights I would order if I dined here again. I really enjoyed the aguachile negra and los tostilocos. RR's favorite was una costra por favor. Found parking in the neighborhood because didn't want to shell out $13 for valet. Beautiful outdoor space, felt like I was in Valle de Guadalupe.
