Parking: street parking might be tough, but there's a valet for $12Atmosphere: very well decorated, and very much like the pictures. Service: terrificFood: we had a chocolate dessert and some drinks. No complaints.Overall, we had a nice summer afternoon at the ground level area. The pool is upstairs, but is very popular and might not always be available for public entry.

Eh.I wanted to like Marco Polo, but after two separate visits, I can safely say it's not for me. This place is just like its neighbor Erewhon--overpriced and overrated. Underneath the well-curated social media page and beautiful decor is just another mediocre hotel restaurant. The food was cooked well but seasoned badly--too salty and too oily. The space is very small, so it gets uncomfortably crowded. The servers were nice, but understaffed both times I visited, so I constantly had to ask for help, which is ridiculous considering the price point. The vibe gives off the four T's: trendy, tattoos, transplants, and tourist. It might be worth coming during happy hour, but I would much rather go to one of the more authentic Italian restaurants LA has to offer. I recommend Spina in Atwater Village and Cívico 2064 in Los Feliz.Pro-tip: If you insist on going to Marco Polo, skip the valet and park on the street away from Sunset Blvd.

Colleagues and I came for the DineLA lunch. We shared the linguine vongole (clams) (odd taste), Paccheri Alla Vodka (too al dente), cucumber and avocado salad (refreshing), baked clams were tiny and garlicky, fried chicken sandwich (eh) with fries, Marco Polo burger (eh) with fries and olive oil cake (delicious!). Listen carefully when your server asks you re the water, "Still (charge) or tap (no charge)?" not "Still or sparking?" There's a charge for the still water. Nice ambience and good service. Our DineLA visit last year was better because it included the bass. We were disappointed with this year's overall food and won't be back. There's no prominent signage to mark the entrance of the restaurant. Valet parking umbrella marks the entrance. Street parking available.

Received the best oatmilk iced latte while here. All the workers here are very attentive and in cheerful moods you can't help but to smile. Will definitely come back for another drink while not working.

Finally made it to this hidden gem and you will definitely not notice it when driving by. The brunch menu looks good too but for now made it out for lunch. The weather was great for sitting outdoors and the setting makes you feel like you are on vacation somewhere. My mom and I shared the:Wild Mushroom CrostoneItalian Chopped Salad Paccheri Alla VodkaThe crostone was loaded with mushrooms and bread was soft. The salad was loaded and the dressing has great acidity. The pasta was cooked al dente and i really enjoyed those bites of roasted garlic with the sauce. The limoncello spritz was also a nice refresher!Service was nice and attentive and they have a couple specials going on certain days. This place is a must try! Street parking is kind of a hassle , so unless you are lucky, i recommend just using their valet service right up front.

We recently visited Marco Polo Trattoria and it was a fun experience! The outdoor seating provides a lovely poolside vibe, perfect for enjoying a refreshing spritz. While only hotel guests have access to the pool area, the ambiance still makes you feel like you're on a mini-vacation. It's definitely a good idea to make reservations, as it can get busy. We were lucky enough to get a seat and enjoyed a couple of spritz. Marco Polo Trattoria is truly a hidden gem. If you're looking for a relaxing spot with great drinks and a chic atmosphere, this place is a must-visit!

What a fantastic hidden gem of a place. I had been wanting to try it for brunch and when a lunch opportunity came up, we tried it. The restaurant is part of a hotel, so you will need to valet park (street parking is really not an option in this area given it's so busy). We sat outside, as the patio is very cute and welcoming (although there's umbrellas and a large tree, when busy, about 50% of the tables would be in direct sun).We tried a couple of appetizers and pastas, all flavorful and good portions. My favorite had to be the olive oil cake, it's absolutely delicious, try it with some iced coffee.Something to note, this is a cashless restaurant, so make sure you have what you need for the valet in terms of exact change/tip. I would also recommend making reservations, as there's not that many tables and it does get busy.

My friends & I came for lunch on a Friday during DineLA & I hate to be that person but the only thing they really have going is aesthetic + price for how much they were offering. It was $25 for an appetizer, entree, and dessert but then again, we were SO disappointed. For appetizers each of us tried the clams, calzone, and mushroom toast - every single one of them was ridiculously SALTY. For entrees, we got the alla vodka & linguine with clams. The alla vodka again was salty but my friends said the linguine was just "alright", nothing to rave about. Besides the food, service was horrific. When we went, there were only 4 tables but for some reason everything took FOREVER to come out. A solid 25-30 minutes between every set of food & our drinks came about 20 minutes after our arrival which was just so questionable. We were becoming so impatient that we had to ask for our dessert AND check when our entrees came because we knew it would add additional time to our lunch (and we were right). We were there for almost 2 hours just waiting for food to come so just imagine how impatient we got. If I had to come back, I'd only come back for drinks & the ambiance, espresso martini & sogno di ananas ($17) were both good. Valet parking for $12 also available. There's genuinely other better places in LA - food AND aesthetic!!
