From the moment you step into Manuela, you are transported into an atmosphere of elegance and warmth. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between modern sophistication and cozy charm. The evening began with a selection of appetizers that were nothing short of delightful. The smoked albacore dip was perfectly balanced, offering a burst of flavors with every bite, while the cauliflower showcased the chef's skill in combining fresh ingredients with bold, creative twists. Each dish was plated beautifully, demonstrating the restaurant's attention to detail.Moving on to the entrées, the options were equally impressive. The pork chop was cooked to perfection--tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The ribs were equally outstanding, with layers of flavor that kept us savoring each bite. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. However, the true star of the evening was the dessert. The pavlova was a masterpiece--both visually stunning and incredibly delicious. The tanginess of the passion fruit paired with the sweet meringue was a beautiful combo. Every spoonful was an explosion of flavor, with just the right balance of sweetness and texture. The presentation was so exquisite it almost felt like a crime to dig in, but once we did, it was pure bliss. Whether you're a dessert enthusiast or not, this is a must-try that alone is worth the visit. Also, the sticky toffee pudding was absolutely spectacular. Compliments to the chef who created these incredible desserts! From start to finish, Manuela delivered an extraordinary dining experience. The impeccable service, stunning atmosphere, and outstanding food made for a night to remember. But it's the dessert that will linger in my mind and keep me coming back for more. If you're looking for a top-tier restaurant experience, this is the place to be. I felt like a princess. DEFINITELY taking my friends here next time!

Dined at this restaurant on Feb 8th for a Galantines Dinner. I don't know if it was because we were a group of 8 and gratuity was already included that we received poor service. 4 of us grabbed drinks at the bar while we waited for the rest of our group. I ordered the house martini which was a variation of a classic martini but with orange bitters. When I asked the bartender to please add olives he looked at me like I was asking for the most random combination. I understand that bartenders hate substitutions on prefix drinks but it wasn't like I was asking for the drink to be reinvented. My friend ended up ordering the same thing and he asked if she also wanted olives with the same conscientious tone. We closed our tab and then moved to our table. There our whole group was complete. We saw our waitress once at the beginning and then again once she dropped the bill. Everything took a long time in between. I drank most of my martini while waiting for our friends so I wanted to order another with my food. Didn't get to do that. One of our friends who met us at the table didn't get her drink order until the end with her food. On top of that I had to chase the waitress down to pay our bill because we didn't know when we would see her again. Now for the last part of condensing attitude they gave us... as a group of 8 I understand splitting the bill 8 ways is annoying so we dwindled it to an even split on 5 cards. The look I was given when I handed the cards to her followed by "oh wow that's a lot of cards". She expressed that they have a 4 card limit but she would do it for us, but "it will take me a long time to process" I replied "we have waited a long time for everything what's a bit more"I understand this place isn't super fine dining but for the price we were paying we expected better service. honestly the condescension really ruined a rare gathering of girlfriends who don't spend too much time together. We left feeling looked down upon and honestly just shitty. The food was fine, I'd like to judge it separately but the bad service is really overshadowing my judgement.

Our friend spoke highly of Manuela, especially the Cara Cara salad. It did not disappoint. For the size of the cream biscuits, I was able to get a lot of bites and flavor out of it so I enjoyed them immensely. The rest of my party loved the albacore dip. St Louis ribs were a treat. Nice bartender w the curly hair and all blue denim made our drinks (black manhattan n Sangria). Him, Angel, and the waitstaff were all top-notch. We'll be back!

This place has the honor of being some of the best food I have ever eaten. We tried a lot of different items but the standouts were the cornbread, the Louisiana shrimp aguachile, Double RR ranch ribeye (tender! Medium perfect!) but the crowning glory is the Big glory bay salmon with lemon beurre blanc. We soaked our bread in that sauce until it was gone! The salmon was super tender, pan fried with crispy skin. I'm from Seattle and the salmon here is so much better. Our server was attentive and the organic, greenery with lightscaping was an absolutely wonderful backdrop for our meal. They have heaters if it gets too cool. Special mention for the "stay gold pony boy" cocktail they serve, Highly recommend!

If you enjoy brunch, new American, prioritize lovely interior decor, friendly service, and is less price sensative (this place is $$$), then Manuela might be a 5/5 for you!For me, it was 3/5 if purely considering the food I tried. (I do think it might have been due to failure to order the best items. In retrospect, I didn't really order an entree?! No wonder I felt it was not worth...)Corn bread - great butter, plain bread. I see what they are trying to do by being not sweet, and this might pair really well when eating other items but preferably not by itself. (It was served by itself.)Hazelnut Salad - tastes like a fine salad.Cucumber Roe w/ toast - most preferred item among everything tried so far. I think it was delicious because all the ingredients were something I enjoyed. Roasted potatoes - very classic item that you can't go wrong cooking.

Brought here for a simple and sweet bday dinner with my partner. The server was so friendly and full of great food and drink suggestions! We had to have the biscuits and though there was a wait for them they were warm and delicious when they were served to us. I honestly came here for two dozen of the chargrilled/ barbecued oysters ! They're so seasoned and grilled to perfection. We also got good drinks. The yellow one was thee bestttt (I switched over to that one after my first drink) Very busy, few spots of street parking and there is valet offered as well. The space is very cool and had an exhibit of cool cars in the summer ! *can't remember bathroom situation , check was a tad expensive, and I dislike when there's low to no parking

Love this place. It's great indoor outdoor dining. The foliage has grown over time and now it feels like you're dining in a nice garden. Staff are super nice and attentive. Also easy on the eyes haha. We had brunch today and ordered the creamy biscuits (a must - they are buttery, light, flakey and delicious), the cara orange salad (also so good), ocean trout tartar -yummy, for mains we shared the hangar steak and salmon. The salmon isn't a huge portion so just fyi. Food was 10/10.

Prices are a little high from what the food is. Food is good but I think it's overpriced.Service is somewhat slow and inattentive, waiter took 10mins to take our order after we sat down, he didn't come back to offer more drinks after we finished our first round and we didn't see him again until he bring the check at the end. Ambiance is hipster, we really enjoyed it.

My husband and I went to Manuela for a late breakfast and absolutely enjoyed our experience. We ended up sitting by the bar and it had a great vibe. Sitting outside felt super comfortable thanks to the many heaters. All the food was incredible .Probably the best, most flaky biscuits we ever had.The bacon was glazed in honey and heavenly. The venison burger was cooked to perfection and super juicy. We really wanted to try the desserts but we were too full. Will come back for desserts next time.
