I've had Mamie on my list for a while now, especially with so many food bloggers raving about their Italian sandwiches. Let me just say, the hype is real! If you're planning to go, I highly recommend ordering online ahead of time unless you don't mind waiting, this place can get busy. I tried the Di Parma and Verona sandwiches, which are apparently the fan favorites. Both were fantastic, but if I had to pick just one, the Verona would be my choice. The sun-dried tomatoes paired perfectly with the prosciutto, and the bread was a standout. Speaking of which, this might be the best sandwich bread I've had! It's a Tuscan Schiacciata, which I hadn't tried before. It was light, easy to chew, with just the right amount of crispiness. As for the service, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, even though they were clearly busy. They made the whole experience feel really comfortable. Would I go again? Absolutely!

I finally checked out Mamie on a Sunday afternoon around 12. The line moved faster than expected, and the staff kept things running smoothly. The spot itself is a cute corner café in West Hollywood, and I lucked out with free Sunday street parking.I ordered the Di Parma Panini with no pistachios and truffle chips, totaling $37 with a tip. The sandwich was fresh and big enough to share but a little too salty for me. The burrata and truffle crème were amazing. The chips were good but not worth nearly $5.Would I go back? Probably not. I appreciate the quality and imported ingredients, but for the price, I'd rather sit down for sushi, steak, or upscale Italian. That said, if you don't mind spending $40 on a sandwich and chips, it's worth trying, the food is solid, outdoor patio is cute, and the service is great.

After following Mamie's instagram account for a year and moving back to SoCal, I knew it was time to give them a try.I placed an online order for pick up for the next day. We ordered 3 Di Parmas, a Verona, a Caprese and Viale Di Parma. The shop is small and on a corner. Parking is a little tight but we made it work by leveraging the Whole Foods lot across the street (most of our group went inside to change diapers and grab drinks while I went to pick up our order). Although there was a line out the door, I was able to go up to the counter and tell them I was picking up an order and then left.We drove the sandwiches back to Orange County and though I was worried they'd be soggy, they weren't and the bread was still crunchy despite it taking an hour to get home. The Di Parma is soooooo worth the money. Loved every bite of it! The others loved their sandwiches as well. We'll definitely be back again!

I couldn't resist trying the viral TikTok sandwich, and I'm so glad I did--WOW! These sandwiches were finger-licking good. I had the Capriccio Panini, and I think the pistachio crunch in the pesto really took it to the next level. It was delizioso! The only thing I'd say is that it was a bit light on salt, probably because of the burrata, but the sun-dried tomatoes paired with the pesto brought just the right amount of flavor. You can tell the ingredients and bread were incredibly fresh. I just wish they'd open a location in OC--I'd be there every weekend!Definitely worth checking out!

The sandwiches here are sooo freaking delicious! We have been here many times after we fell in love when we first tried it. The sandwich is so flavorful and focaccia is insane! We ordered the Caprese and I have also ordered the Fiorella one which has mushroom and pistachios in it. Its fantastic! Although they are on the pricier side, they are worth it.

If you know me, you know I'm big on sammies! But I just could not get with the hype of this place. Service was great - they were as quick and efficient as they could be considering the line was out the door and seating was hard to come by. They do have a variety of different sandwiches - but it's very Italian and hard to read if you're not into that sorta thing. You have to google/research everything on the menu so you can know exactly what you're getting. We ordered the 27$ Di Parma, in my opinion, it definitely wasn't worth that much. There's a lot going on with flavors but nothing at all at the same time. I was underwhelmed and was expecting more (or maybe something different) taste wise. Prosciutto was salty and chewy, and then you add the pistachios, it just wasn't it for me. I went home and tried to sauce it up with some jalapeños and added mayo - but now it's a completely different sammie. Also ordered the 21$ Rimini - again very pricey for a basic sandwich but this one was surprisingly appetizing. Spice lacked in the spicy roasted eggplant, but there was still a fresh flavor to it. Porchetta and truffled cream come through nicely. It's a good sandwich but for 21$ I can make 6 of them at home with adjusted ingredients. The one thing that I would come back for is the bread! Unbeatable, light, fluffy, crisp in all the right places. And it doesn't leave you feeling sluggish.

Did not realize I was walking into an influencers hornet nest when arriving at 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon. The shop was buzzing with people saying staple LA phrases like "Phone eats first," and "I adjusted my Ozempic dose this week so I can eat solids..." This is all while the staff is making fresh Italian sandos right in front of you. This spot is following in the Focaccia Italian sandwich craze that's moving through LA and Mamie has quite the variety of sandos and super fresh ingredients. I got the Cardinal, the Turkey option - solid 4.5 stars! You can add different toppings and spreads to adjust to your taste, but I chose to stick with the classic preparation. The focaccia was pillowy and soft with a salty finish, the ingredients were all extremely fresh and rich in flavor, though they were quite shy with the turkey portion.Prepare to wait if you haven't ordered ahead. The line moved quickly, but the wait for one sandwich was about 20 - 25 minutes. (I don't want to imagine how chaotic it is on the weekends) The customer service was great, everyone was very friendly and all smiles. There's a little bodega section with Italian imported treats and staple beverages, and though the inside seating was completely full they seemed to have tables open outside. Parking was easy on Santa Monica Blvd, always a plus. I'd come back, but definitely not on a weekend and would order ahead next time to avoid the wait.

This place has to be on your must try when in LA! It's close to everything in LA. The customer service was great the owner checked in on everyone. Of course the star of the show were the sandwiches. We got the di Parma truly the best sandwich!!!! We also got the cardinal panini and that was also amazing. Highly recommend everyone try it. Going to think about the bread all day

While the line may be long, this Italian sandwich is probably the best in Los Angeles. I went with the diva which is one of the few mortadella based sandwiches and it was absolutely delicious. Well balanced, not overly salted, and very fresh. The Di Parma, their more popular and most expensive sandwich was just okay in my opinion. I felt the truffle was unnecessary and the sandwich a bit too salty for my taste (to be expected with prosciutto), but my friend absolutely adored it. I did however like the burrata. It just melted in your mouth. To each his own. The staff is friendly, but expect a wait. You can order online and pick up your sandwich. This is probably the best way to skip the line. The interior is small, but there is outside seating available on the patio.

Smashed it here with excellent food, service, and ambiance. This is the best sandwich in WeHo and maybe LA. It was totally packed but we crushed two kinds. The Cardinal (turkey) and The Savoy (beef). Both were incredibly delicious. Anyone who wants a bomb turkey or beef this is the place. I don't eat pork so I have no comments. Amazing 5 star place! Thanks Mamie!
