Mad Bulldog Hot Chicken

This place is so underrated! The quality of the food is so good, the chicken sandwiches are incredible, and their popcorn chicken is so flavorful! I love their cheese snowflake popcorn chicken sooo much, it's my favorite. I hope they change back their hours so that they're opened in the day and for more days in the week!

Very good fried chicken sandwich. Doesn't taste like old oil, and the seasoning hits the spot. The spice level can go high, so enjoy the heat. Their dessert is a hit too. We bought the meal to go and it was extremely well packaged, almost like receiving birthday gift. The guys there are nice and efficient. Easy parking lot to drop in and out. No valet needed.

I'm usually not a big chicken sandwich person, but Mad Bulldog does it right because I actually find myself craving this sandwich from time to time. I've been here multiple times and it's been consistently good. I always get a chicken sandwich (amazing - I usually get medium which I think is a good level of spice for me, and I'd say I can handle spice decently well) and fries (also bomb). I've also had the Korean sweet chili popcorn chicken once and remember it being really good as well.There isn't much seating inside, but it seems like most people do pick-up anyways. Service is just ordering at the counter and grabbing your food when it's ready, like other fast food spots. I do have to say their takeout boxes are really nice quality lolHighly highly recommend, even if you don't think you like chicken sandwiches!

I've still been going here consistently 3-4 times a month for the last couple years. this place has the best hot chicken sandwich i've ever had.

I ordered the 30 piece wings and chose buffalo, Korean chili, and soy garlic... actually had them delivered and they still arrived very tasty!... There's always a concern with getting fried chicken delivered since the steam tends to make them get soggy... but these were delish... and worth the after 5pm wait!

I called in my order, the gentleman was patient and nice. It was hot & ready as soon as we arrived. It was clean and welcoming place. The seasoning on the fries is ridiculous!!! Next time I will order more. We tried their lemon pepper & buffalo wings (wish i had remembered to snap a pic). Although the buffalo sauce was tasty, there was something weird about the consistency (more pasty). Overall, great prices for the amount given.

I ordered the sandwich (there's only one), original (i.e. no heat). Ordering process -- at a kiosk. Easy to use, but I wish there was more description of the items. Like, what is cheese snowflake? What's original vs. mild/med/hot? The distinction between the latter is on the printed menu hanging above the register, but it seems silly to have to reference it elsewhere and being at the register (where you don't pay because you pay at the kiosk) isn't great placement.Food is made to order, which means fresh and hot, but be prepared to wait. I was the only one there, and it took about 10 minutes. Not crazy long, it's not jimmy John's.Food -- + freshness, I had about 10 mins between receiving my food and eating it, and it was still hot (I appreciated the vents in the food container so the chicken didn't get soggy). It was topped with a warm sweet slaw and some pickles -- I wish there had been some more vinegar/acid to break up the fatty and sweet flavors. And some crunch would've been nice, maybe some fried onion!?If I had known original was without spice, I would've ordered at least mild. Maybe next time!

Ordered Popcorn chicken via DoorDash tonight. Expensive ($17 for nugs + fries) but overall what you'd expect. I got Soy Ginger flavor and the sauce was good, not salty or anything. Texture wasn't overly crispy but it was tastier than your standard nugs. Fries were meh. Big starchy fries with seasoning but could have done without. MB sauce sucks, has a fishy taste to it? Idk. Blue cheese and ranch were both good!

Their combos are really good and the seating my be small but it is such a vibe to eat there at night. Love their popcorn chicken and they are pretty standard when it comes to making the food.

We got the fries and Korean sweet chili popcorn chicken. Fries were seasoned and crispy and didn't taste like old oil :) You can taste the quality of the meat compared to a chain place. I should have taken a picture of it, but you can tell how much heart is put into the business by how cute and intentional the design is for takeout containers, from the portions of the containers to the design of the packaging. It's located in a strip mall with free parking and free neighborhood parking. We'll definitely be back to try more!
