A fairly new location of this Chinese BBQ skewer and drinking place. I really liked the old time Chinese decorations. The ambience is really relaxing and chill. The ordering process on iPad was hassle free and convenient. They grill skewers in the back so no smokes which is great. For drinks we had Sapporo on draft and non alcoholic beverage plum juice in shot glasses. For food we have tried beef, chicken wings, chicken skin, shrimp and potato skewers. The seasoning was perfect and very tasty. Not too salty or oily which i appreciated. The malatang hot pot was very comforting and delicious as well. We also liked the shaved ice as dessert. They have many veggie and seafood options which is a plus. The service was very friendly. A great place for comfort Chinese food! Best to make reservations on weekends or for large parties. They get very busy at peak hours!

Always a great spot for skewers! We make sure to come early, usually at 5 PM when they just open, to get a table without waiting. Ordering is super easy and fast with their iPad menu, which has pictures, prices, and quantity options--super convenient. The food never disappoints. The shrimp skewer is fresh and flavorful, the beef skewer is small but incredibly juicy, and the pork belly skewer has the perfect crisp-to-fat ratio. The enoki mushroom skewer is a must-try--so good. And of course, the 24-shot plum wine is smooth with just the right sweetness. On top of that, their interior design is really cool, featuring raw wood furniture, framed wooden windows, and a Chinese building-style rooftop inside. It adds to the experience and makes the place feel unique. Definitely worth coming back for every time!

I really like their skewers. You order a bunch of it because the skewers size are mini. Service is prompt and friendly, however you are able to do most of the things on your own at the table. You order through their tablet and napkins are hanged next to the table. Ambiance is lively, they have a karaoke area as well. There're usually a wait if you come during meal time.

Yooo not gonna lie, I came here for one thing only and that was their DURIAN PIZZA. It was low key DANK- salty and cheesy, but also had sweet, creamy durian. A chewy crust with a slight crunch. Get it! And also try their skewers while you're there :) Space looked really clean, plenty of seating, and service was nice! I called to place my order and it was ready when I came to pick up. I will def need to try their skewers and get some more durian pizza next time. Try it and lemme know what you think !

I've been wanting to try Little Skewer for a while, and I finally made it last night with my family. It didn't disappoint! We ordered a variety of skewers--pork belly, intestine, squid, beef, lamb and more--along with the cucumber salad. The flavors were amazing! Everything was perfectly seasoned, so there was no need to add anything on our own. I also appreciated how easy it was to place our order using the iPad system. The only item we weren't too fond of was the lamb--it just didn't hit the mark for us.Overall, it was a great experience with delicious food, and I'd definitely come back for those skewers!

This place is definitely a vibe. Came here on a Monday and it was decently crowded but we didn't have to wait too long to be seated.Their ordering system is through tablet which you can select all the items you want and they'll already start making it in the kitchen. Got a variety of skewers including beef, lamb, pork belly. This place is great if you're in a group since they give you like 20 skewers at a time. I do have to say though the skewers taste great when they're fresh off the grill, but after they've been sitting there a while and have cooled down, they kind of harden and don't taste too good anymore. One of the skewers even got stuck to the wood sticks and caused my friend to almost inhale a splinter! Loved the corn cheese, grilled enoki mushrooms, and clam vermicelli on the side. We also got one of those huge shot platters for grapefruit/yogurt flavor. Presentation is nice.Overall, was a fun experience with friends. Great way to get nice beer bites and drinks to get your night started.

What a fun little gem in an unassuming plaza that hosts a Mr.G pizzeria and an El Pollo Loco! My party and I arrived around 5:30, which is the perfect time to come for dinner before it starts to bustle around 6 PM. The interior is an absolute delight. It reminds me of Mountain House restaurant located in Rowland Heights, with all the wood decor and special hanging decorations (like tissues hidden in hanging sacks and fake meat and lanterns strewn from the ceiling). We ordered 20 lamb skewers, the cold noodle called Liang Phu (?), and then the golden hot pot. The skewers were quite small with the order 20 coming out to around $10. I recommend eating them when they come out right away instead of letting them wait on the grill on the table because the meat will get dry very quickly. The golden hot pot was filling and delicious with a solid quantity of meat, sausage, woodear mushroom, vermicelli noodles, veggies! The cold noodle dish was also delicious, reminding me almost of a cold sesame, peanut noodle but different and less oily. I really appreciated that I could pick non-spicy options for all of the menu items--I often see other similar restaurants provide spicy only, so this gives Little Skewer an advantage. Ordering is done through an iPad that's placed on the restaurant table, making it feel like a convenient pub and streamlined because it comes with pictures to showcase the dishes. Service was fast, and they're quick to identify if your table needs extra broth for the hot pot or anything else. Water is already served in a kettle upon being seated and napkins are from either the hanging sacks around the perimeter of the walls or tucked away in the little drawer in the restaurant table. After ordering, the wait was about 20 minutes before we got our food. The quality of the ingredients seemed pretty decent, my only qualm being how small the skewers were. Some menu items also fun to look at such as the durian pizza! Great to see that diamond bar's restaurant variety is in increasing, and hopefully continues to flourish in this direction.

I finally dined in! It felt like I was having street food I'm China. I love the decor. You order everything off the tablet. They make the order as they come in. So if you want appetizers first, put it in asap and then order the rest. I came on new years day since they were open for christmas day. I came for lunch and it wasn't as crowded as it normally is. People must have been staying up late for countdown the night before. But when I was leaving, the place started to get really crowded. The skewers were much better dine in! They are over done when you do take out. I tried the scallop today and that was pretty good as well! Definitely recommend.

One of my go-tos for skewers. Although I prefer to grill and cook it myself, this place cooks it for you in advance and places it on top of the grill to keep it warm. Still good since it stays warm and doesn't dry up! The food is always so good, but the skewers could add up since I'm always ordering with my eyes. The cucumber salad is so good and addicting, with the crunchy peanuts. I'm not a huge soup person, but it was very yummy and comforting too while eating the rest of the spicy and savory foods. Lamb, beef, cartilage- it's all good !

After a mostly uneventful Saturday evening, dinner plans sounded like the move for the night. My wife had Little Skewer bookmarked for awhile, so off we went. Plus, the idea of a super packed club or bar did NOT sound fun (how did you know I was over 30?).Well, Little Skewer certainly lives up to the name when it comes to the skewers because they are in fact quite little (in amount of meat). However, each order comes with 20 (some are less though) and this is one of the rare times where quantity does meet quality, at least in terms of flavors. In any case, heavily seasoned as Chinese skewers should be. Each skewer sprinkled generously with cumin, chili flakes, fennel, and just a hint of sweet in every bite. Very delicious. We also ordered a Golden Pot which is basically a small hot pot. It came with an assortment of items: Vermicelli, tofu skin, some imitation crab, a piece of hot dog, some type of fish ball, slices of pork (or beef), and garnished with green onions and cilantro. Very hearty pot of soup and fixings. And of course, we ordered a small bowl of rice to share. One does not simply eat hot pot without rice.Overall, it was a very pleasant meal! The skewers and soup were a great contrast to each other. The skewers are small though, so don't be afraid to order more because it sounds like a lot (it really isn't). Service was surprisingly very friendly too! The atmosphere was nice too. Lively with people singing karaoke (hired I think, not customers). We will definitely be back!
