4.4/5.0 The fish sandwich was executed perfectly. That fried fish was really nice.Unfortunately I just don't love fish sandwiches enough to want to pay $18 for it again. It's too small! But if you aren't that hungry and you care about the quality of the fish fry, then this is your spot.I might return and try something else.I also think this would be a lot better of an experience if there was a bathroom

I've had the Little Fish fish sandwich once before at a popup in Atwater Village a few years ago. But, I hadn't t visited their brick & mortar restaurant yet. Until today..Our family of three jumped in the car and headed to Echo Park. Ordered three fish sandos, some Topo Chico and a Mexican coke. Grabbed spot in the outdoor tables and enjoyed the nice day..This sandwich is the best fish sandwich I've ever had. It's like an idealized version of the filet o' fish. Nice soft bun, American cheese and Kewpie Mayo. If you like fish sandwiches this is a must try. Next time we will try the steak sandwich. There's also a little market with a bunch of great stuff. Sauces, bun and grandma's bread and more. I had to leave before I bought everything in sight. Go here and thank me later.

Almost missed the walk up window to place our order - I was gazing at the goodies in the deli shop I thought was the restaurant. Food was good.A bougie take on the fish filet - their fried fish sandwich was good. I did look for a little more sauce in the likes of a tangy tar tar sauce or maybe a lemony aioli, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.Their smoked fish terrine was really really good, however! The crispy nori potatoes were good. I love potatoes. I love anything potatoes specially when fried but these kinda had a little bit of that old oil flavor that it may have been fried in- still didn't stop me from having a few pieces. The aioli that the potatoes came with, was what I spread on my fried fish sandwich!Outdoor seating was very casual. I browsed around the Dada Market while waiting for our food and found some awesome goodies as well!

Came here for breakfast and coffee! We loved the shrimp sausage sandwich, excellently seasoned and spiced with a sauce that reminds me of Thai food. Bread was also fluffy and soaked up the sauce nicely. The ham and cheese sandwich was not quite to my taste but the serving was generous compared to the shrimp sandwich.Nori potatoes were crispy yet creamy and the mayo was perfect. I wish the seaweed flavor was stronger though!Cream top Americano had a great mouthfeel and the sour cream notes came through. Espresso was strong and delicious too.The cappuccino was ok, and the Elsinore latte was too sweet so I preferred the Americano with cream top. There were plenty of paid street parking spots at opening time on Friday morning!

I stumbled upon Little Fish after hearing Action Bronson rave about it on his YouTube channel, and I'm glad I did! It's a tiny spot, easy to miss if you're just driving by, but don't sleep on this place. The fish sandwich was fantastic. It's a decent size, with the batter perfectly fried and just the right ratio between the fish and the crisp coating. The fish itself is fresh and flavorful, and the batter isn't overly heavy it complements rather than overwhelms. One note: I do wish the cheese on the sandwich was a bit more elevated; it feels like it's missing a little something to take it to the next level. But even with that, it's a great sandwich, and while I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way for it, it's a must if I'm in the area. Now, the real star? The potatoes! They were cooked to absolute perfection crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned so well that I could have just had a plate of those alone. Honestly, I'd go back just for the potatoes.Little Fish might be small, but it's serving up some big flavors.

LITTLE FISH in Echo Park is attached to Dodo Market. The Fried Fish Sandwich is served beginning at 11am. We arrived at 10:45am and ordered from the breakfast menu, but we were able to pre-order the fish sandwich because we agreed to wait.OMG!! The Fish Congee and Crispy Nori Potatoes with garlic aioli sauce were equally EXCELLENT!!! I could easily enjoy the congee any time of day. It soothed my soul and brought a smile to my face. Scooping into the warm rice porridge and finding the striped bass was like panning for gold. It was just too good!!! We typically eat a Filipino dish at home called Arroz Caldo, which is a chicken rice porridge. The Fish Congee was a delight and I hope to try to replicate this in our household. Or, just come back!! After experiencing a 5/5 breakfast, the bar was set high for anything else. The Fried Fish Sandwich was delivered to our table and we sliced it in half to share. We initially loved it after the first bite; The pickles were my favorite. After a few more bites in, we realized the batter just held too much oil and sadly, made it unappetizing. We couldn't finish it.Place your order at the window and find a table outside. The seating is adjacent to the sidewalk, so it made our dining experience a bit colorful between the traffic and passersby. :-)

My review is strictly related coming by for a quick visit and specifically order their fish sandwich. The whole process was very easy. There is an outside seating area with the ordering window. I walked up where I was greeted by a friendly person and ordered the fish sandwich. Not long after I received it. I have to say this is a great fried fish sandwich. It doesn't look large, but it is a dense item. I was pretty satisfied just on the sandwich alone and I'm not a small person. The crisp on the sandwich was great and so was the sauce. The pickles added a little extra acidity. Just a great bite with fantastic flavors and textures all around. It is in a pretty hectic part of town so parking, depending on what time of day you're there could be a little scarce, but I was able to find parking on the street within a block.

Filet o fish but make it good. That's what they do here! I've never had the desire to try the McD's version of this, but when we saw Action Bronson try one - he made it sound like the best thing he's ever eaten so OFF WE WENT. Man is this a good fried fish, it was slightly oily but still really crisp and the fish wasn't try or anything. The bun and cheese were a great accompaniment - it was honestly the perfect sandwich. We also heard their cheesecake was good so we had to get a slice of that as well. It was so creamy and rich - if you like basque cheesecake you will love this!

Little Fish has great service, they're always so friendly when I go. They have a few gluten free items that are sides. The potatoes were yummy with a really creamy aioli. The salad was good but very sour. I love going on the weekends because the vibes are great and you can people watch on Sunset.

Definitely the best fish sandwich we have ever had! Well, worth the hype, everything they made was absolutely delicious! The potatoes are must as are the veggies or anything else on their menu. I love that they keep it simple so that they can do everything perfectly. They are so friendly and welcoming here and the food was ready quickly. Prices are high, but considering the quality and care they put into their food. It is well worth the splurge. Highly recommended!
