On the hunt for the best Chinese-Korean restaurants in Ktown LA. This spot is in the upper tier.Jjajangmyun is a Korean comfort that relies on a synergy of sauce, vegetables, meat, and noodles. Little China does all four extremely well with a balanced but rich flavor. The noodles are a little bit thicker than other places which is a plus to get as much sauce on them. What also stood out was the pork tangsooyuk. Fried to near perfect crispiness and the pork not overpowering. The sweet and sour dipping sauce is on the sour side, but that didn't take too much away from enjoying it.On a Friday night, a steady stream of to-go orders and a sprinkle of dining-in patrons kept the sole front of house worker busy. Not sure if she was the owner, but she was nice and attentive. The quiet interior also feels like you're in Korea for a second with its older Korean songs playing in the background. Worth checking out!

Amazing jjajangmyeon and jjampong. They close from 3-5pm for break. We did not know and got there by 4:30 but the owner was nice enough to take us in at 4:45. Right amount of veggie in jjampong and the broth is delicious. Will definitely be back.

Legit jajjangmyun, and nice & cozy atmosphere. They hv a new smaller size sweet & sour pork dish which is perfect for two people as a side.

This is place is amazing! They have the best 짬뽕 & 짜장면. Taste same as the best places in Korea. Also.. fried dumplings are awesome.. chewy and not too oily.

This is the first place in a long time that serves the Jja jiang myun I remember from my childhood. The super flavorful black bean sauce is packed with meat (instead of just a few bits) and the noodles are nice and chewy. The sweet & sour pork was totally solid, but I wish it was bit more salty and tangy. I can't wait to try the jjampong and the mapo tofu!

Believe the hype on the black bean noodle, its more-ish. Also liked the fried squid and mapo, but couldve done without the mixed seafood and vegetable dish.

Just happened to drive by this place and since I love Chinese food I stopped by to try it and really enjoyed the food and will definitely return. I find it difficult to find fresh and tasty Chinese.

Best ever black bean noodle for me in life.Jja jang myun is right pronunciation -- soft and chewy steamed like noodle with jja jang sauce.Perfect for lunch and after having chinese main dishes for appetizer as well. This restaurant is little cozy but good enough for family dine out. JjamBbong noodle and tang su yuk is good too.

Do not eat here! I repeat this place jips you! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! It's all about appearance and no substance! The dumplings have .0001% meat and 99.99999% glass noodles! It is not pork dumplings, it's noodle dumplings. The tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork) has literally 99.5% starch and .5% meat if even. They basically put a load of starch and very little water so that the batter is super thick. Then they put very dry ass pork into the batter and fry it. It may look thick, but it is all dough! The worst tangsuyuk I have ever had. The sauce was okay but eating fried non-crispy globs of dough is not what I paid for. The black bean noodles were decent, but considering the fail in the other dishes, I would never come back. Recommend the restaurant in Koreatown Galleria or Young King. Such a disapointment. This is not a way to do business by faking meat with loads of dough.

Came here with friends for lunch for the 1st time. Little did we know we were in for a treat! Food came out timely, flavorful & generous portions. You can tell the chef cares about the quality of the food. We left stuffed and happy. Will definitely come back again.
