Legend’s Soul Food and Pasta

Legends Soul Food is known for their Fried Chicken! The chicken was so flavorful and juicy, get it with their hot honey sauce. My favorite sides were the collard greens and sweet potatoes. They have a small parking lot located in the front of the store. I recommend calling ahead of time to place an order since it's made to order and can get busy. I'd wanted to try this place so my son decided to treat me. The chicken is flavorful but not completely cooked. Yams were tender and sweet. Mac n cheese just okay. Sorry to say but I won't return.

Their staff are nice, and their food is good. However they're quite disorganized and we had to wait quite a while for our food because they forgot part of our order

I am immensely satisfied with the quality of the food, hands down the best fried chicken I've had, the ambiance is great along with playing some awesome music, TJ was very welcoming and provided me with the best service and the wait time was reasonable. I 100% highly recommend this to my friends and family.

all the hype about this place CAPP .... they so focus on networking getting the food spot out there that they can't deliver properly. unprofessional , small baby portions , place looks empty and boring , rip stools seats business looked dry when i walked in . they only had 2 meats and 2 sides available. no yams mac n cheese watery . catfish not cooked right just a lot going on yet nothing going on at all . i will never be returning . this place is a joke , no organization JUST ALL CAPP

Have wanted to try this place out for quite some time. Was in the area and decided to try. Went in at about 1:00pm and there was no one waiting. Ordered an eight piece, told 30 minute wait!Told cooked to order... ok, I'll wait .Took just as long as they said. Chicken was good and flavorful. However, 27.00 for just an eight piece is a bit steep. And would deter me from returning, along with a 30 minute wait time in a sketchy parking lot.

Saw a promo on FB that made it sound interesting, so we took off early to be first in line on Saturday. Not only did they not open at noon, as advertised - btw, what kind of soul food restaurant doesn't open until noon on the weekend?!? - but there is no seating in the place, and no food had been prepared. We were told it would take 20-25 minutes to prepare our order. We were still waiting more than an hour and 20 minutes later. When the two plates were finally prepared, one had two wrong pieces of chicken (though the order taker/cook had also written the order to begin with!) I noticed the owner refund another customer (who came in after us) because their order was also fouled up. When the owner, who arrived late, noticed two order fails he abruptly said the store was closing (at 1:30 p.m.), and shooed-away an incoming customer. I said I too wanted a refund, which the owner honored by coming out of his own pocket to pay me most of my money back, though $3 short. In other words, we never got to experience the chicken they promoted on FB because they're just not yet ready for prime time. When a restaurant doesn't open before noon on the weekend, something isn't right.

I should of read the reviews before eating here. Ordered 4 of the two pieces with two sides and 3 orders that we received had a drumstick and a wing. I couldn't believe how small the pieces of chicken that we got. Please save yourself some time and don't waste your money here!

Great food, great service and there og honey bun cake is so good . I'll tell you to try the fried chicken it's well seasoned and extra crispy , good vibes when you walk in the door with good music as well .
