A really good place to get dinner! Very romantic, especially when they play live music. Noise level wasn't too bad but it did get crowded around peak dinner time. Food: everything was delicious! Escargot, baguette, grilled octopus, filet mignonThe oysters were also decentServer was very attentive and the bus people were on top of it!

Absolutely recommend this place! I'm not French , but I'm from Spain and I can promise you this is some of the best food you've had in LA. Real French food. The Cheff Nigel really puts is heart and soul in echa dish. You can tell the head Cheff is making sure everything is coming out perfect. I've ad the pleasure to speak to the manager Renique. Wish every restaurant ad such great staff.Little of Europe in LA ! Big W

I went to Le Petit Paris with my coworkers on a Friday night. We did have a reservation for 5 people. For parking, we parked in a nearby lot for $15.As soon as I walk in the restaurant, I could tell it would be an elegant restaurant, since there was a staff opening the doors. In the interior, it was dimly lit and felt like a romantic atmosphere. There was also live music that added onto the vibe. We got a calamari for our appetizer. The positive was that it was large pieces. However, I didn't necessary like that the breading was falling apart. I prefer calamari to be more crunchy, but this one was on the smaller side. For the main dish, I ordered the scallops with black truffle risotto. I really enjoyed this and felt there were decent amount of scallops. The staff cleared out the tables and frequently refilled our waters.

A beautiful venue located in a lobby of a historical building in downtown LA. The restaurant is very classy and has several seating options. We ordered few appetizers. Their Crispy calamari was fresh and soft. We also ordered their truffle brie and it was one my favorite. It was served on a fresh baked toast. The french onion soup also is a must to order in this restaurant. Their cheeseburgers were ok. I do think their main entrees are better than appetizers. The food came out a little slow but our server was nice and attentive. Will definitely come here again

Was in downtown for a show and craving for escargot and baguette, drove by this place so we decided to check it out. My kid ordered a dessert pizza and I got my espresso martini and escargot w/ baguette, they all hitted the spots and was great. It was not busy since it on a Sunday late afternoon and walking in from the street just takes you out of downtown LA and into French "setting stage like"of a hotel lobby. The vibe is chilling w/ French lounge music and our waitress was supper nice, fast and knowledgeable of the foods & drinks which I greatly appreciated.

Last minute Friday night reservation win. I am updating my previous review as I decided to come back here with my family and we had a wonderful experience in both food quality, service and ambiance. The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly as we brought our toddler to a rather fancy French restaurant. We ordered the homemade truffle brie which was delicious, the fig and nut bread was a wonderful companion with the soft cheese and shaved truffles. We ordered the warm baguette and butter to accompany the escargot (which was much better this time; I still prefer mine to be on the more garlicky side.)The Egg à la Coque & Caviar is a pleasant delight and truly does bring me back to Paris. The cognac flambeed truffle fresh pasta was a truly delightful in flavor with a show that our toddler definitely enjoyed. "Wow" at the giant cheese wheel it is presented and made in.Beef Bourguignon is an array of flavors that literally melt in your mouth. Highly recommend this entree. The steak frites was a 7/10 for me however the pepper sauce the sirloin is covered in is quite delicious.Beautiful venue, once more, that is not a shock. Definitely recommend for a group or an intimate outing.

Do not come here on Valentine's!! Or never! Worst service ever, the food was cold and awful, we never got a plate out of a 4 course meal, never got our desert either. Save yourself money and time! I wished I would have listen to the bad reviews but was hopeful and now just very disappointed!!

Classy and consistent, Le Petite Paris is one of my favorite French places in town. Great for a special occasion meal, pre-theater dinner, or cocktails at the bar.

5* interior 5* hostess 3* patio seating 2,5* waiter that we got that day4* foodI went to Le Petit Paris for Thanks Giving. Gor lucky and parked right on the street for free because it was holiday. The restaurant has valet parking. The entrance was very spectacular, person greets you at the door and opens it to you and you entering this amazing building (you can see the picture i addes with the Christmas tree). I would say interior seating looked way more attractive then outside on the patio. We reserved the table on the patio (you can see in the picture with tartars, the view you'll get to see is the bamboo wall).Hostess was such a nice young lady she was very patient and with bubly personality so the start was amazing. Because we came to celebrate Thanks Giving the menu was already pre-made but still with few more choices. My food choices:Salmon tartar- it was delicious and very lightTurkey dish - for me it was too much food and turkey was little bit too dry and too salty for my taste Apple tarte (apple pie) and was really good, lots of apple pie paste. The bigest minus was our waitress, we got real French lady, as an european myself i know we are not very "smiley" people but com'on it was holiday atleast she could squeeze one smile. But overal she was always rushing us to choose what we want to eat, and few times she just walked out in the middle of the conversation, thankfully me and my colleague did not let this ruin our holiday mood. She would be good bar tender but as a waitress she is horrible, you need to communicate with customer and thats not her strong part. Overall experience was very nice!
