La Boucherie was everything I hoped it would be! I was looking to treat myself to a nice pasta and cocktail one evening and decided to go to La Boucherie for dinner and a view. I enjoyed the Squid Ink Pasta with Scallops and their Botanist Gin Lavender Cocktail. The pasta was very rich, filling, and paired nicely with the tart cocktail. The scallops were perfectly cooked and came with the black squid ink noodles with a garlic aioli sauce. Beneath the noodles was a red marinara sauce that had a nice touch of acidity that complemented the creamy garlic sauce. The cocktail was delicious and there were so many other interesting combinations of cocktails I would love to try someday! If you're a fan of craft drinks, you'll really enjoy the selection here. The service was friendly, and personable which really added to the upscale yet relaxed vibe of the placeLooking forward to coming back to La Boucherie for another special occasion.

Have been here a few times over the years, and the service is always good. The wine list is excellent, and the food is solid--well-prepared and enjoyable. The biggest consideration here is the price. It's on the higher end, and while the service and food are good, I'm not sure they fully match the cost. That said, if you get a table by the window, the views are absolutely incredible, which adds to the overall experience. If you're looking for a special night out and don't mind the higher price point, it's a great place to enjoy a nice meal with a beautiful setting. Definitely a solid choice, depending on what you're looking for!

La Boucherie offers a dining experience elevated by its stunning views of the city and an impressive bar stocked with high-quality spirits. It's the perfect spot to bring out of town guest for a night out with an elegant experience. We started with a Caesar salad, which was crisp and fresh, and a side of creamy Mac n Cheese that was indulgent and comforting. For mains, we tried the steak--it was good, though not particularly memorable. The real standout was the scallops paired with squid ink pasta. The dish was flavorful, with perfectly cooked scallops and a delightful spicy kick in the pasta that gave it an unexpected twist. The service started strong but slowed down towards the end of the meal. It seemed like our server got a bit too busy, but overall, it didn't overshadow the delicious food and the ambiance.La Boucherie is a solid choice for the view, cocktails, and a delicious meal, even if a few small details could be polished. Would we go back? Maybe for a special occasion.

My friends and I made a reservation ahead of time for a Saturday night at 6 PM. I just have to say, from the moment we walked in, to the moment we stepped out of the restaurant, we were treated so nicely. A++ for service right off the bat! My friend ordered a glass of wine and they let you try a sip before pouring you a glass just in case you don't like it. As a non-wine drinker I thought that was so nice!Bread to Share (5/5): We opted for the garlic butter and cheese option and it was divine! So flavorful and the bread was super crispy.Ribeye (5/5): I loved the char on this ribeye and it has to be one of the best steaks I've had. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare and was so tender and flavorful.Seared Scallop Pasta (5/5): I promise you won't regret ordering this. The spicy tomato sauce paired perfectly with the squid ink pasta. The scallops were huge and each bite was perfection. My mouth is watering just thinking about it again.Olive Oil Whipped Yukon Potatoes (4/5): This dish didn't really stand out to me, but was still a good side to have along with our main dishes.I will 100% be back again in the future because my experience was so good and so was the food. Everything is on the pricier side but I think it's worth it for what you get. Perfect for a date night, birthday celebration, or just a night out with the girls like what I did.

Came here for date night with wife and wanted something romantic and classy and that's what we got coming here. Service was excellent and attentive to our wants. My steak was grilled perfectly the way I like it, medium rare. We had seating right at the window looking out to the city lights. I would recommend this place to friends and family as well as fellow Yelpers as I had a wonderful date night with a wonderful person, great food, and easy parking in structure connected to building. Pricey but worth it.

Great service and friendly staff. The ambiance and location of this place is pretty much the entire restaurant. And that's the issue I have. You pretty much pay for the location, seeing that it's situated on the 71st floor of one of the most iconic buildings in Los Angeles. You're likely to have a similar food and cocktail experience at any other steakhouse in downtown for a substantial discount over La Boucherie. I'm not one to normally complain about price, but this is an exception because it requires one.For example, I've ordered a 6oz Japanese Wagyu steak at one of my favorite steakhouses for $95 dollars (admittedly a couple of years ago). At La Boucherie, they would like you to fork over $32 per oz. It's fantastically more expensive than its counterparts.I was tempted to make this a 3-star review based on prices alone, but the execution was too good to do them dirty like that. So they only lose 1 star for pricing.

La Boucherie is definitely La Boujee. If you're looking for a place to take your significant other to celebrate a special occasion or impress a date, take them here!We went this weekend to celebrate our 8 year anniversary. All of the staff and our server, Henry, were wonderful! We each ordered filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly. We also ordered a couple of sides. The olive oil whipped mashed potatoes were creamy and the broccolini was good. We also ordered the black garlic roasted eggplant and that was delicious. We wanted more! I had to dock off one star because I couldn't justify the prices for the food. We knew this place was pricey or else we wouldn't even dine here but we couldn't help but compare it to other steakhouses we've been to. Most items on the menu didn't come with sides ie mashed potatoes or seasonal veggies. Those items are under "Sides" and if you want an au jus or sauce to go with your steak, that's gonna set you back $5. Anyhow, with that said, we did enjoy ourselves. Our server never rushed us. The service is amazing (and so is their chocolate soufflé!!) and the views up on the 71st floor is incredible!P.S.Parking (at the Intercontinental Hotel) is valet only. Be sure to get your ticket validated.

Absolute beauty of LA view! I love this spot for breakfastI'm a vegan but my mom is not We both were content with the food & serviceMy mom's 1st visit in USA& 60th birthday coming up soon. It was a fascinating place to visit. The mushroom toast looks simple but the taste is not. That's what I like. The server was nice and he remembered me when I came back on next day :) I probably go back there soon & new favorite place for special occasion
