The tacos were very tasty! They were fresh, crunchy and delicious! They have the soft taco option as well. The birria consomé broth, which acts as a kind of sauce, was mildly spicy and amped up the taco experience into fine cuisine. They give you this warm consomé in a cup for you to use on your food as you wish, even to simply dip your tacos into. They also included a little baggie of something I've never had before, incredibly sweet pieces of cooked onion that were so good! This is all served from a food truck that is quite large, colorful, and inviting. It was easy to find in North Hollywood, in front of the Target store on Victory Boulevard, very near the major cross street of Vineland Avenue, with its blazing shades of bright orange colors. They even have a little table set up under a small pavilion with chairs if you wish to eat your food right there.They have an array of yummy meals for you including taco, mulita, quesadilla, torta, and burrito choices. You can, of course, pick your desired kind of meat, be it beef, chicken, or even goat, and add sides of guacamole, etc. You can get beans and rice as well if you wish.The service is friendly and quick. The people are so very nice and radiate warmth and kindness. I immediately felt a sense of trust towards them. I especially loved what they had written on the side of their truck: #Thank you God, #Thank you Customers, #Thank you Team. It was apparent that they live by these words of lovingkindness in their manner and in the food they serve.

Great Food Truck with all kind of delicious food. I've been coming here for a little while now and it has never let me down.The service is quick and they always make you feel like they appreciate your business. It's located on Victory Blvd just passed Vineland, right in front of Target. It's the beautifully wrapped orange one. One of the best birria trucks in the east side of SFV. I come here once in a while and grab the tacos dorados with consome. The customer service is always top notch and always so kind. The tacos let me tell you, they are flavorful, tasty and just quite delicious. I loved the crunch on the tacos dorados and if you get them with cheese it is a game changer. Their guac is very tasty and goes well with their tacos.

My friend highly recommended this place for their birrieria tacos so we finally came here to grab lunch. We parked at the Target parking lot close to the truck and we came at a good time since there was no line. I got 3 Carne asada quesatacos and 1 birria res quesatacos, my friend said to also ask for the consome Carne as well which is the soup. The food didn't take long to come out and they will announce your number in Spanish. They have a PA system as well for people who won't hear their number. I was asked if I wanted red or green sauce in Spanish as well but when she didn't get a response from me so she asked again in English. I got the red sauce to eat with my taco. I thought the Carne quesatacos were okay but I didn't like the birria res. The red sauce was alright to me as well and has a kick to it. I plan on taking my wife here later just for her to try it.

I always drive by this place and I've been wanting to give it a try. I like that theirs plenty of street parking and parking in the lot. They even have a small dining area and it's very clean. The workers are very nice and friendly. You can also order for deliver or place a pickup order through the phone, which is what i did. The prices are pretty good , i ordered quesatacos (de rez) and consume, and a side of guac. The birria itself was good and i loved the crunch on the tacos. The fact that their tortillas are handmade is also a plus and their salsa verde is really good! My only complaint is that unfortunately my tacos and consume were bland. So was my side of guac. I added salt but i still felt like they didn't really taste like anything. The consume was probably my favorite thing out of everything. Don't know if i would come here again. As a Mexican who's eaten authentic Mexican food i think this place might be more of a miss than a hit. Definitely a 4 star place but not anything higher than that.

I used to come to this Truck a lot. The food is good and the people were friendly. However, I recently placed an order through Postmates/Ubereats for pick-up. When I arrived at the location the truck wasn't there. So I canceled the order (it was still in the "processing" stage) and went about finding something else to eat. It was annoying but no big deal. Today I look at my account and I see a charge for the order. I contact Postmates and tell them my story. They said the company had accepted my request and were preparing my food when I canceled. I was sitting in the Target parking lot when I canceled my order. The truck was not there. Where was the food being prepared? Where was I supposed to pick it up, the Target or the Popeyes? What a joke.They refused my refund. So I wasted gas, got no food and no refund. I deleted my Postmates account and I will never come to this truck again. Enjoy that $18.

Street parking vs parking in the parking lot for the neighboring businesses. Pricing is fair. Food is good but this is one of those situations where if you want to have the best experience you cannot skimp out on the consume. Staff is nice. Would likely go back if it was closer.

Usually very delicious! Unfortunately today the meat and broth was very very salty to the point that the birria ramen was inedible but the tacos were bearable.

I get a burrito here everytime I go to target. Tastes great, usually need toilet after but tastes great
