Been here a couple of time and I've had great experiences each time. The food is amazing. They have fresh fish for sashimi that you can get a la carte or in a set. But not only that, there's ramen, donburi, curry, and more. So there's a lot of option for whatever mood you and your friends are in. I had the ramen this time and it was delicious. It wasn't too salty and was served hot. The chicken cutlet was not dry and went really well with it. Also, the servers are always so nice and accommodating, getting us what we wanted (unless it's sold out). Besides the food, my favorite part is how the restaurant is decorated. There are cozy booths and the aesthetic is really nice. Great place for a relaxing dinner.

Been frequently coming here since last year when my sister recommended this place because of their reasonably priced & high quality sushi. I believe I've been here at least 6 times already in the past 9 months. The service here is always on point. The waiters are always attentive and friendly. My absolute favorite sushi item here is the Red Dragon roll because the combination of the garlic butter along with the tuna is just amazing. Highly recommend it if you love garlic!We will definitely keep coming back for more!

This was my third time dining at Kopan Ramen. I'm not sure why, but my first two visits didn't leave a strong impression. However, this time, I was pleasantly surprised!My dad ordered the pork cutlet ramen, which had a rich, flavorful broth and a perfectly crispy pork cutlet--it was absolutely delicious. I went for the Ginza sushi, and both the presentation and the freshness of the fish were excellent. What impressed me the most was the Stuffed Avocado. I had never thought of eating avocado this way, but the one they used was large, perfectly ripe, and topped with spicy tuna--an amazing combination!Not only does this restaurant offer a diverse menu, but they also put a lot of effort into their dishes. The interior design makes you feel like you're in a Japanese izakaya, creating a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your meal.The staff's warmth and friendliness were also something I truly appreciated. I'll definitely be inviting my friends to join me here soon!

Kopan Ramen and Sushi is so underrated, but I'm not complaining because I love not having to wait! Granted, the place has these blackout doors that make it look closed, but it's not, I promise. The food isn't overpriced, and there are so many options. I go here all the time with my friend Bebe, and we're obsessed every single time. Their garlic green beans are 100x better than the viral Din Tai Fung ones. They have so many sushi rolls, and I've probably tried almost all of them at this point--I have nothing bad to say. I've had their ramen a few times, and it's pretty good, but their sushi is where it's at. I usually get worried about the fish quality at places that do multiple things, but they've got it down. I'd take all my friends here, and honestly, I think I already have.

From the friendly service to the warm cozy ambience, I'm so happy the food matched the quality of the restaurant. We ordered two rolls of sushi (bogo 50% is so clutch!) and the black garlic ramen. The sushi rolls were incredible! The King Salmon was my favorite and by far the best out of everything we ordered. The ramen, though, was very mediocre at best. I was expecting a blast of flavor because of the black garlic component but it was mostly very basic and nothing too special--almost even bland. The chashu was also kind of dry. Other than the ramen, I'd come back for the rolls and the ambience!
