Kino Sushi & Ramen

My husband and I discovered this place about 3 years ago and needless to say we keep coming back. The ramen here is the best I've ever had. It is creamy and flavorful. We also get sushi, fried rice, and noodles. All 4 times the food has been consistent.Their food does not disappoint. We have also taken our family and they also loved it. We had a lady server remember the orders of 10 people without writing it down. We were impressed. The service varies because it can get busy since the food is delicious, but the server always remember to check up on us. They have modern music videos in the background on tvs and have red lanterns as lighting decor. Very nice place to visit when walking Hollywood Blvd.

It's a small off the street restaurant but once you're inside is so much cozier than it seems and what it makes even better is the service and the food. I had an Orange chicken entree that came with rice and enough for two. My husband's had 2 rolls with the 2nd being 50% off. Overall great experience - go in and check it out if you happen to be around Hollywood.

Actually, its really good! The bogo deal is great! The sushi is good! The ramen is really good! I'm a regular now lol

The sushi is amazing! I came to Hollywood to eat and found this beautiful spot right on the strip. The service is amazing and I came in right before closing and they serviced me. I will be back for their noodles which someone was eating! Thank you guys.

I visited Hollywood for a vacation and my goddaughter brought me to this restaurant on Hollywood Boulevard. We ordered orange chicken, chicken chow mein and miso soup. The food was so delicious and was enough to share. I tried to finish, but all I could. The waitress was extremely nice and we ate on the patio. I'm definitely going back when I visit again.

I was going to ask Hollywood BowlShow so I stopped here to grab sushi because last time I grabbed sushi at the Bowl, it was $24 for spicy tuna roll haha.Around 6pm on a Saturday was pretty empty, so after we sat down, a few guests started to arrive.We were served by a nice girl who took down our order and was very polite.Stuff we ordered were the sushi combo, spicy tuna, and salmon carpaccio. I recommend all except the sushi combo for $28, overpriced but we are on Hollywood Blvd so they got to pay the rent! I was surprised by the good sushi quality and was very content I stop by here.

I was in Hollywood for a show at the Chinese Theater and was looking for walkable vegan options for dinner before the show. We stumbled on Kino which has an exclusive vegetarian menu with a lot of vegan items or items that could be made vegan. It was happy hour so we grabbed a couple of $2.99 Asahi beers to start. We ordered agedashi tofu (no flakes), 2 avocado/cucumber rolls and a vegetable tempura roll. We had a clear view to the sushi chef who chopped all of the ingredients fresh. Everything tasted wonderfully and we were super impressed with the presentation of the veggie roll! Service was a little tough but there was only one server working the whole restaurant during happy hour on a busy tourist street. The server was nice but obviously stressed. Overall we were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed a full vegan meal with 2 rounds of beer for $55 - a fabulous value!

New management in the past year has really brought this place back to life!It's a total delight to come here again.

Stopped in during a random Hollywood trip and WOW. I am impressed and no longer hungry! The service is so beyond nice. The people working here really care about the people who come in! Almost everyone I saw eat here took the time to compliment the food or say goodbye to the older woman here. It was my first time but I can tell there's locals who frequent this spot! We ordered the Popcorn Lobster roll and Firecracker roll and WOW! Perfectly cooked lobster. Like PERFECTLY cooked. The breading was delicious too with the added sauces putting it over the top! The firecracker roll was FRESH, soft, delicious. 10/10 on both. It's a great escape from the rest of Hollywood Blvd with the calm energy, low but energetic music which means you can talk to your table/friends. Really pleasant place to be and it's going to be my go-to when I'm back in Hollywood!

Absolutely horrendous service that made me leave and not even want to try the food. I hate leaving bad reviews but the lady in charge is just super rude.
