We celebrated Galentine's at the incredible and lively Katsin, and it was an unforgettable experience from the moment we stepped in. The decor is absolutely captivating, with a vibrant energy that draws you in. The food? It's to die for--every bite is packed with flavor, making it hard not to indulge. The beef carpaccio was absolutely delicious--thinly sliced, perfectly tender, and bursting with flavor. The seasoning was spot on, with just the right balance of salt, pepper, and a hint of tang from the lemon. The delicate texture of the beef paired wonderfully with the drizzle of olive oil and the sprinkle of parmesan, making every bite melt in your mouth. It was an exquisite dish that left us wanting more!On the night we visited, a jazz band filled the space with music that had everyone up and dancing. To top it off, the staff even treated us to an amazing dance performance, adding an extra layer of fun to the whole evening. It was the perfect place for a night out with friends!

My partner and I celebrated Valentine's Day at Katsin in Glendale, and it was an enchanting experience from start to finish. The ambiance was intimate and romantic, setting the perfect mood for the evening.The menu offered a delightful array of Mediterranean fusion dishes. Each course was artfully presented and bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef's culinary expertise. The service was impeccable; the staff (Especially our server Greg) was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed to make our evening special.The live music and entertainment added a unique touch, creating a lively yet intimate setting that made our Valentine's Day truly memorable. We left Katsin with our hearts full and taste buds satisfied!! Thank you!!

I made reservations a week in advance of Valentine's Day. I got a call the day after I made reservations telling me to pay $35 entry fee per person, or the reservations will be cancelled. I ask, what do you get for the fee? Is it simply a cover charge? Yes. It just allows you entrance. FU. No thanks.And, that leaves me one day less to make alternate plans. Thanks, jerks.

I love the vibes here and the fun! we always have such a good time. the grilled vegetables are really goodthe truffle risotto is my favorite it is a pretty small portion thothe grilled branzino is okay, it's very soft and i wish they would change the green sauce on the flavor it's too strong the lamb chops are great really juicy and the white sauce is delicious the sea bass was better than the branzino but nothing crazy the bread basket was cold so maybe ask them to heat it up very yummy tomato salad and fries the steak was really good can have a better presentation thoavocado salad is delicious needs bigger bowl tho everything spills overall pretty good food drinks are great too service is fantastic

Decided to give katsin another shot and I'm very glad I did. Service (5/5): Staff was very welcoming and nice. Suggested some delicious dishes and I can tell he truly believed the dishes he recommended is excellent. Ambiance (5/5): Similar as last time, the decor is BEAUTIFUL. You can tell a lot of work went into the design and workman ship. Their intention is to bring a lively atmosphere with live music and dance performance. Food (5/5): Heirloom Tomatoes was sweet and packed with flavored. Paired with a nice earthy flavor from truffle oil and salty tanginess from feta cheese. Salmon Tar Tar was one of the best I've had. It sat on an amazing bed of Avocado Cream and dressed with tamarind sauce. A nice hack is if you take the complimentary chip that is given in the beginning and dip it into the tar tar :) . Octopus was cooked to perfection. Not even a slight bit chewy. Our server highly recommended this and it definitely did not disappoint. NY Steak cooked nice medium rare exactly as ordered. Lobster in Lobster mash was seasoned beautifully and cooked perfectly. Nicely firm and springy. Brownie with Gelato was an excellent finish for the night. They paired together PERFECTLY. Overall, it was a terrific experience and I would definitely come back. P.S. Fun fact, their original branch is in Armenia and this is their second location!

As soon as my husband and I walked in, we noticed the interior of the restaurant was so pretty. The ambiance is great for a date night or to chill with friends for a special occasion. Around 8pm there's a live singer singing classic pop music while servers perform a dance show. Our server was also really quick and attentive to our requests.Overall the food was really delicious, and the portions were good. We started with heirloom tomato salad and salmon caviar recommended to us by our server. It was honestly a hefty portion, for 2 people and almost got full before our entrees. The tomatoes were fresh and sweet and paired well with the cheese and tangy sauce. I would recommend getting the salmon tartare. It was a big portion and the salmon was seasoned really well with a type of ponzu sauce and there was a perfectly creamy avocado underneath. The free pita chips were a bit stale to my liking but were really good with the salmon tartare. When we ordered the lobster mash potatoes I wasn't expecting a whole lobster tail, but it was so soft and juicy. The steak was cooked well. My favorite entree was the octopus, it was soft and the sauce and sides paired well with it. Although I was stuffed, I devoured the chocolate cake cause it was delicious. Will be coming back with my parents hopefully soon :)

I don't even know where to begin with this review. My family and I spent our Thanksgiving dinner at Katsin. My husband is usually in charge of picking restaurants, and he usually does a great job at choosing where we go. Katsin was such a vibe, and the ambiance exceeded our expectations! The servers and performers had high, positive energy. Our server's name is Frobel and he is such a sweetheart, he had a very genuine and humble energy and approach to him. He was extremely attentive, helpful, and overall amazing! He made our experience comfortable, easy, and wonderful (wonderful is what my 8 year old son emphasized). We are so thankful for Frobel's help and for making our Thanksgiving experience at Katsin a phenomenal one. The food was delicious! We started with appetizers and had the Beef Tartare with Bone Marrow 9/10, Tuna Tartare 10/10, and the Katsin Appetizer Large Set to Share 8/10. The Katsin Appetizer is mostly dips. For the meals the kiddos had Mac and cheese, fries and my son had the Atlantic Salmon Fillet. My son rated the salmon a 10/10 lol! My husband and father in law both had the lamb chops 9/10 and the Moroccan Octopus 10/10. The rest of our family and I had different meals, but this review will never end if I name what the rest of us had. Overall food was delicious, good portion, and good quality! I do want to mention the $114 whisky my father in law had.... I'm sure it was top tier and tasty. Overall, we would highly recommend Katsin if you are out for a good time! This place would be great to celebrate a birthday or any special occasion. Get ready to dance, sing and enjoy the moment. What a beautiful restaurant! Cheers, and thank you again Frobel! I celebrated my birthday at Katsin in Glendale and it was amazing! The food was delicious, especially the steak, and the waiter was very attentive and friendly. The staff made the evening special with dancing and a great show. The atmosphere was cozy but modern - perfect for an unforgettable evening. Can't wait to go back!!

What a lovely experience! I've been to the Yerevan location about 2 years ago and this one is exactly the same! Service was wonderful and attentive. The singer was great and the performances were also really entertaining. I'm not a big fan of a lot of loud music at restaurants, but this place had a great balance. Venue was beautiful, amazing decor, you could tell the detail that went into this place. Food was great, some things were better than others, but we didn't have anything that was awful. I think for the location, the they are over charge, this is Glendale not Beverly Hills or Malibu lol. I definitely think they need to tone down their prices because for this rate I could go to so many other restaurants that are nicer, in better location, and less expensive.
