This is a solid casual Korean BBQ spot. We came for a weekend lunch, and it wasn't too busy--only about three other tables, which made for a relaxed experience. We ordered the brisket and boneless short rib, both of which were better than average in quality--fresh, flavorful, and cooked beautifully. However, my boyfriend was disappointed by the lack of banchan. At most Korean restaurants, complimentary side dishes are part of the experience, but here, everything was a la carte, which took away from the usual KBBQ vibe. That said, the ambience feels new and clean, and it's still a great spot for a casual, no-fuss KBBQ meal. Worth a visit if you're in the area!

* valet parking $3 * amazing service * good quality meat* clean space* reservations We made reservations for a party of 8 and the tables were ready before we were ready. It's one of the few places that took reservations in Korea town for a party so big. We thoroughly enjoyed everything on the menu. We ordered - beef tongue - beef brisket- pork neck- pork belly- pork jowl - cold buckwheat noodles It was all so delicious. Our favorite two meat was the PORK NECK MEAT and PORK JOWL. They were greatly served with the spicy kimchi that was being grilled on the bottom with all the meat oil. One thing I didn't really like about their menu was that I don't think their menu was kid friendly at all. Most of the food were geared towards adults. For my child, he only ate the meat + rice + steamed egg. There wasn't anything else that he could eat since it was all spicy

went with friends that have been here before, but it was our first time!i believe this restaurant is fairly new, opened in 2024?parking: valet $3 - typical for many parking lots in ktownloved the interior design, it was retro & more of an old-school vibe. our friends told us the style of sliced pork belly was popular back in the day in korea! i loved the variety of side dishes that came with our order - lots of banchan, kimchi tofu stew, steamed egg etcservice: i also enjoyed that the servers will cook & season our pork belly for us - they were very attentive & made sure our meat didn't burn. they also were very responsive when we had additional requests which i appreciate.price: the price is a bit steep - we paid about $87 including tip for 2 people. BUT, we left with our bellies full & excellent service, so still worth a try at least. :)

New kbbq spot so we gave it a try. A very solid restaurant and I loved the interior.Talk about value..we got a combo I forget, but it came with all the vegetables and side items that you'd traditionally order separately! The meat was very good and my friend loved it as well. Solid choice!Service was good..but almost too attentive. I'd recommend go away for a bit so that the party can hold a conversation without the staff lingering over and flipping frequently. I love it! But please give some space, haha. All in all 5 star service. If you're thinking about this place give it a try! I recommend as I'd come back myself.

Lovely spot in Ktown with quality meats and veggies. Lots of complimentary veggies come with your order and your meal is fixed table side. This is a loud and lively place so low key conversation is not at home here but good eating at a reasonable price is.

Wait Time:Visited on a Sunday night, and the wait was less than 5 minutes. We were seated very quickly, which was a great start.Parking:There's very limited parking space, so be prepared to park on the street.Food:We ordered beef brisket, thin-sliced pork belly, and the veggie combo. The food came out quickly, and the meat was fresh and flavorful. They also served steamed egg and rice cake soup, which were nice additions.Customer Service:The staff assisted with cooking, which made our dining experience much more enjoyable. K team BBQ is a clean restaurant with chic tile tabletop. Overall, I had a great experience and enjoyed the food and service at K-team BBQ.

Parks, but Pork Centric. In a see of the new pork centric kbbq spots popping up around ktown Kteam from Parks stands out. Not only are you going to get the signature banchan you might know or love from Parks themselves you're getting some solid pork on top of that. Came in and grabbed one of the combos midweek and man this place is still poppin. The place was full around 8pm and we got a seat after a short 15 minute wait. The thin pork belly here was really nice, and as always the servers know what theyre doing when they cook for you. When you pair up the pork with the banchan and wrap them up in that ssam every bite is really enjoyable! We got the bokkeumbap at the end which was a little addition but honestly its worth it for sure. High quality meat, even better banchan, and servers that know how to grill up the meat just right, and we have a welcome addition to the neighborhood. If you've been thinking about checking this spot out definitely do!

When I heard a new Korean BBQ restaurant had opened, I was so excited to try it. I heard that it was opened by the same owner at Park's BBQ, just a couple blocks away, so my expectations were high. I could be wrong though. However, I was let down. The service was mediocre, and the food was very disappointing. For the price I paid, it really wasn't worth it at all. The whole concept of frozen pork belly in Korea is supposed to be relatively cheap, but it is more expensive than just regular thick pork belly. Some of the veggies that complement pork belly, like Minari, were all extra cost, like every single thing. Fried rice at the end wasn't impressive either. I just did not enjoy the food here at all. It was a one-time thing for me, surely. I have my go-to for pork belly, and it is not frozen pork belly where it is thinly sliced and cooked on aluminum foil, but I would rather have real thick pork belly if I am going to be overcharged for such a small portion for the price. It is quite funny because we were going to order more in the beginning, and the server assured us that it was too much food, so we listened and ordered less than we intended to. We should not have listened, because it was not enough, even for just one person. Trust me, I have a small appetite too.

Visiting LA on weekends are so hard... I have to pick and choose 2-3 restaurants to go to ... I wish I had unlimited funds and unlimited stomach space to visit at least 10 HAHAHA One of places on my "must try" was KTEAM BBQ; after hearing this establishment was created by the founders of Parks BBQ, I was borderline obsessed over it and kept checking their social media pages to look at photos HAHAHAThe casual and retro vibes inside draw you in instantly as you walk in. Some Korean-born or raised individuals might understand the retro vibes of this place... it weirdly reminds you of Korea, like you've been here when you were a kid. Some of you may know, because I repeatedly have announced it, I am not a fan of pork... but I had to try Kteam...so here is my opinion about it!Their most popular menu is the thinly frozen pork belly, I never thought I'd voluntarily order pork ever in my life but I did it and it wasn't bad. Because it was thinly sliced and there were many condiments, I didn't taste any "porkiness" and it was delicious actually! I thought I was brave but when the pork jowl came out... I had to take two steps back... it just looked so intimidating! My ... chicken ass couldn't do it... and let the others in my party enjoy it without me. I ordered the brisket for myself HAHAHA and of course it was excellent.I highly recommend you order the sides; pollack roe, water parsley and veggies. These seemingly "nothing-really-special" sides amplified the experience! The pollack roe was a gem with the fried rice we ordered at the end of the meal! Okay, this probably push my stomach's limits but their tteokbokki is FREAKISHLY delicious too-- yeah why order tteokbokki at a kbbq place? I don't know I just had to and I don't regret it one bit! I am very happy that I got to try Kteam while I was on a short trip to LA and I absolutely plan on being back.

Taking a friend out for duck but they sold out so we ended up here. I saw the prices but my brain... failed me lol. I'm used to ayce k bbq and I'm sorry it's just not worth it for this price. I can appreciate that it's a cultural experience and what goes along with that, it's not bad by any means, just a better value at ayce. I like the way they have the seats so you can store your things, since seating is tight. It was raining the day we went. I had my coat on the back of the chair but it was basically on the floor lol. We did brisket and thick pork belly. I guess the quality was supposed to be better? No way it was $80 worth of food tho. They kinda cook it for you. Nice platter it comes with. I was putting I believe it was sesame leaves with my rice wrap roll ups, I wanted to order more, $4! It's just principle at this point. W tip I spent $100 for two meats. I don't feel it was worth it when I could've gotten ayce for two for less. Again I take responsibility bc I looked at the menu before going. I read a write up in the Times. The place itself is cute. We ended up in a corner, but I appreciated that, no one was next to us. The seats are very cute, just low. I put my coat on the "back" of mine and it was basically on the floor lol. But the innovation behind the design was undeniably cool. Service was good, they overcharged my sparkling water but quickly fixed it. The food was good but no different from a less spendy ayce. If it's cultural and nostalgic I understand, otherwise I'd try something different, especially if it's your first k bbq experience.
