Food was really good. Service ok. Great pizza - we ordered margharita & Sonny's favorite. Great pasta - we ordered the bolognese Great Chicken cutlets..... Great meal all round!

Let me start off by saying this review is mainly for the food itself--If I was to review the customer service, I'd probably give it a 2/5. The hostess yesterday night was honestly pretty rude for this being a customer-service based industry. We arrived a few minutes past our reservation time and with no attempt to even try to accommodate us or be kind about it, she gave our table away and had a rude attitude to match...While there were so many empty tables still in the dining room??? Like maybe I'd understand if the restaurant was packed but it wasn't, so maybe try to act like you don't actually hate your job so much? Because of that I would honestly recommend one of Jon & Vinny's other locations, you'll probably have a better overall experience. Now onto the food:*Gem lettuce: Allegedly one of the most popular appetizers, it literally is a bunch of lettuce leaves on a plate topped with some bread crumbs and a creamy Calabrian chili sauce. It wasn't bad, but this experimental take on a salad appetizer didn't quite hit and it didn't satisfy any type of craving. The sauce definitely had a subtle spice to it, but it was also kind of bland in a way? And the portion felt very small, like smaller than a side house salad small. *Cavatelli with fennel sausage and breadcrumbs: I want to like this every time I order it, I really do. I keep ordering it hoping it's just a fluke with the cooking of the day and that it'll be better the next time...but it's SO DAMN SALTY. Every time!!! The flavor of the sausage itself is nice and earthy and the dish has soooo much potential, but I find myself needing to chug water every time after I eat it, and that saltiness just overwhelms its yummy appeal:*Spicy Fusili: The one redeeming factor, the star of the show!! This was by far the best dish we had at Jon and Vinny's. The creamy vodka sauce combined with the spices really just complimented each other so well, and the pasta had a perfect balance of cheese without being overwhelming. This was the one entree that I caught myself wishing I had more of by the end of the night it. If you get anything, I'd recommend this dish!I will also caviat that both the pasta dishes felt quite small. I think you'd need to order a few things to feel like a complete meal/full.

Great location in the bougie Beverly Hills. What I tried: - Pepperoni pizza.- Chaparrito pizza (chorizo, asiago, tomato, cilantro, red onion, crema, oregano).- Spicy fusilli (pasta), vodka, basil, parmigiano reggiano.- House salad (little gem, red onion, sun gold tomato, grande aged provolone, pepperoncini, creamy italian). The spicy fusilli was OK. It was good but I felt for the price and the portion size you really have to order other things on the side to have a complete meal. Like a pizza with salad and pasta would be perfect for two or 3. The pasta portion is personal size. The salad can be shared with 3-4 people easily. The favorite of the group was the Chaparrito pizza. It sounds like a weird tasting combo for pizza but it has to be one of the best tasting pizza I've ever had. Thin foldable crust. Not greasy. Just delicious. TLDR: A little pricey, but it's in Beverly Hills. Get the Chaparrito pizza.

I have been wanting to come here for a while now and finally had a chance to have dinner with my mom and sister last month. We didn't have reservation but they were able to sit us.Unfortunately but the entrance door and every other minute that door opened and closed and the cold wind was hitting us and we were uncomfortable. But we stayed cause we had already ordered a salad and drinks. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. He helped us choose a few dishes. Everything tastes delicious. The gem lettuce salad was so good. The pastas were made with fresh pasta and delicious sauces. The pizza was ok, not great and not bad either. Overall we enjoyed our dinner then than freezing a little.

I dropped by for lunch with some friends, and this place had such a warm and welcoming vibe. The staff was super attentive, and even though it was nearly full, our food came out fast. We sampled the spicy fusilli, marinara braised meatballs, and chicken parmesan, and they were all fantastic. Make sure to save room for their tiramisu--it's a must-try! Totally recommend this spot!

4.5 to be exact! Great service, equally great food, and a smallish, intimate atmosphere. Not only can you reach out and touch your neighbor's food at the table next door, but you can salivate and ask them how it is! The garlic bread is oh so buttery and delish, pizzas are divine and the pasta, though the size of an "appetizer" is really tasty! Will def be back. We didn't save room for dessert cuz this jon and Vinny's is right next door to some of the best yogurt in the state! Go Greek....go get some after dinner.

We had reservations for dinner on a week night and were seated pretty quickly. Service was good overall. Ambiance is like a casual Italian spot. Everything was delicious, so not sure why this place has a 3 star rating.- Gem lettuce caesar (5/5): Okay this salad was bomb. Each piece of lettuce was perfectly crafted with every topping, so tasty.- Spicy fusilli pasta (4.5/5): The only thing about this pasta was the portion size was small. It was so delicious, perfectly creamy and tomatoy. - Brooklyn bomber (5/5): This pizza was a good size, super flavorful. Even the crust was good. - White lightnening (4.5/5): I love the ricotta, makes it super creamy and delicious.

Good food, good table service. Buuuuttttt, the hosts are always always terrible. Just terrible enough to make me think twice about coming here. Like is the food worth the headache of dealing with the hosts, especially if we are more than two people. And the place is not that cheap, so wondering if the management just doesn't care.

Best Jon & Vinny's location! Obsessed with everything I ever eat here. I always get gem lettuce salad and the LA woman, but this time we got the spaghetti limone instead of the spicy fusilli and I am beyond obsessed!! My new favorite pasta (anywhere) literally craving it the next day and I'm not the biggest pasta person. I finally tried their ice cream and loved it as well :) I will always try to save room for dessert moving forward. There are so many amazing items on the menu to choose from, it's difficult to choose from, you can't go wrong with anything, but I highly recommend getting a pizza! They honestly have some of the best pizza, top 3 pizza for me! Their crust is 10/10. Service was great, they had a manager take care of us at the end and make sure we were really happy with our meal, she was very kind! I prefer the ambiance and seating at this location, there is valet parking right out front or a parking garage right across the street. Their seating inside is much bigger and more comfortable/open, and I love their patio seating, very relaxed and comfortable compared to the other locations. This will definitely be my go to Jon & Vinny's location!

Great location, good service, and the pizza is delish. Restaurant is well organized and very clean.We ordered a variety of appetizers; it sounds simple, but hands down, the tuna bruschetta was the best I've ever had. All of the apps could have easily served as a main course - huge portions.Pizza crust was perfectly chewy and loaded with toppings. The corn agnolotti were plump and delicately flavored. Many families were enjoying the spaghetti. Looked delish, but hard to resist pizza!
