Really fantastic pastries, great eggs, wonderful coffee...It also has a very friendly, pleasant atmosphere.Simply a great place to grab breakfast, or just a quick latte!

They make a lovely omelette. Quite fantastic actually. Problem is that the side of hash browns were cold. Not even lukewarm but cold. Had to send them back. In doing so the omelettte gets cold waiting...the server lady couldn't careless. Terrible attitude. Bad experience. This is why we shouldn't tip at the point of purchase. These yahoo got a hearty tip for terrible service.What does one do with a cold omelette? I guess out warm hash atop the omelette to warm it back up. Bad experience this time

We were there on a weekday, about 2 in the afternoon. There weren't a lot of people dining, not usually a good sign, but we decided it was our timing and to give it a shot. For the area, it is competitively priced. But, the value depends on whether you appreciate an ok meal at that price point. For what you get at this restaurant, you can find at a hundred other restaurants within a mile radius. Most definitely, if you skip this one and try someplace else, you will find better food, better ingredients, and better value. Service wasn't bad, but it didn't warrant an exceptional tip. We had to ask for several things, and didn't even get an apology when one of the meals was wrong. Felt more like a factory than a casual dining experience. I won't go into detail about everything that was tried, it really wasn't worth the words.I will say that iced tea isn't a difficult cuisine to master. You never, ever boil the water. They couldn't even get that right.

I love this place! We sat outside on the inner patio and it was perfect! Friendly waitstaff and such a great vibe... great eggs and omelettes and delicious English Muffins and bacon and cups of matcha!Highly recommended always always delicious

do not use their websites to place orders. they are scamming people with false deliveries --they never complete the delivery but still charge you.

It's not good not bad ! Service was nice the lady taking the order was so sweet very friendly and helpful ! The food was overall okay tbh the tuna itself was yummy but they added these sweet pickles ?? Idk. Needed lemon omg tuna shouldn't be sweet the store was cute very aesthetic a bit busy but it's a hot spot here . The price was absurd tbh but it's the area so I get it but damn overall okay experience but probably won't be back !

The food was incredible. Everyone was so helpful. And it's like a market vibe with small purchases as well as food. Ready made and prepped options. A bit pricey but hey.

Ayo!!! Back again in search of the best Kouign Amann in LA. This review is strictly just for the KA so i'm basically giving a 3 out 5 for this KA but I'm giving the rating a 5 for the entire restaurant because it's super cute deli. Food is delish and i'd come back in a heart beat to try these other items it's giving NY Bodega. Reason why i wasn't a fan was because this was Dry in the inside. Caramelization and crispy crunch from sugar was non existent so pastry team need to work on this recipe forsure!No complaints on service, very nice employees. Street parking can be difficult, Cards accepted and seating on inside and outside.

Fantastic food, love the space they created with the expansion. Highly recommend for both dine in and out.

I love walking to joan's for a morning treat! They are a grocery store / cafe with so many options. They have refrigerated to-go food, a hot food bar, and a sit down menu. They also have a drink menu and a bakery. Patio is so great and there is indoors seating as well! Servers are all so nice, and u can order anything from any counter so the lines go pretty quick. Inside looks like a gourmet grocery store, super clean and always cute seasonal decor!
