Very happy there's a solid Korean place without having to go to Koreatown. Got the Galbitang and Chicken Teriyaki bowl and both were solid. The banchan was also a pleasant surprise!Parking was on the street, but there was plenty of parking in the neighborhood.Will definitely be back!

The kimchi rice was very nice and flavorful, the jigea was very nice and flavorful. The pork ribs was good but portion felt small, as did the kimchi rice portion. Service felt weird as we did not receive any plates or even banchans when we ate inside. I had to ask for plates and they never brought us any sides. Interior has minimal seating but does the job. Overall I would order again but for takeout. Not sure if they just forgot to give us sides or what? Strange because we were one of the only people eating there so either lazy service or they just didn't care.Came back for a third time now and the food has constantly been amazing/tasty.

I was so excited to see a Korean restaurant open near my house, and of course, I had to check it out!I ordered the kimchi jjigae, and wow--it instantly took me back to Korea. The flavors were absolutely incredible and comforting.The menu is impressive, offering so many options to choose from.The restaurant is cozy and charming, and the service was super attentive. I can't wait to return and try more dishes.Thank you, Jip Bap, for an amazing experience!

The food is terrific! The complementary sides were all restocked, free of charge, when we finished them. Prices are fair. A+

Waited 45 mins for my food and it was sitting there the whole time. The front desk/server girl wasnt very nice unfortunately. Since my food was just sitting there, it was cold when my son and I got home to eat. Waste of money and time unfortunately. Wont be back anytime soon

Jip Bap is an amazing spot for delicious Korean food! The kimchi jjigae, galbi, tonkatsu, and bibimbap were all incredibly tasty and full of flavor. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, and the dishware is so cute and charming. A great place to enjoy a cozy and satisfying meal!

This was the best dinner decision; to dine in tonight after happening to drive by and noticing the sign this morning! Cute decor (look at this adorable patio), friendly staff, and INCREDIBLE food from Jip Bap! We ordered the Kimbap & Tteokbokki combo: our bulgogi kimbap was massive and hit the spot, the tteokbokki was so bouncy & chewy! Next, the Kimchi Bokkeum Rice is like the ultimate comfort dish, so amazingly good (and may be my go to-to go order from now on), and the hotteok was nice, hot, and cinnamony (and not too sweet), perfect dessert for a cold night! As someone who's often been dining in Ktown up til recently, I'm so glad I don't have to go as far anymore when the craving for bomb Korean food hits! It's hands down the best I've had outside of Ktown!! Best believe I'll be making my way through this entire menu~ Thank you Jip Bap, I'm so happy you're here!!!

Popped in on a whim for a quick lunch. Most of the Korean food I've eaten has been in friends' houses growing up, where their moms would put out a spread of spicy, savory, sweet and salty banchan and a steaming pile of delicious meat, and then spoon a big bowl of rice for everyone and we'd go to town. My bibimbap at Jip Bap reminded me of those meals, turned into a slightly more formal restaurant experience. The food was delicious and all seemed homemade with love. Furthermore, although there was only one woman working the front of the house, she was friendly, relaxed, and attentive to all the patrons. She enhanced the meal with her friendly and courteous presence. Definitely a restaurant to which I will return and will recommend.
