Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville

At the tail end of Coty Walk almost hidden away is Margaritavile.I was almost deterred based on the other reviews so let me just say that if you want a tasty burger and are willing to wait, this was a solid burger and fries combo.It's not on a fancy bistro bun so I was skeptical when it was set down, but the patty was cooked to order, was nicely seasoned, and most important, was filling. Also I was happy that it wasn't drowning in sauce. The flavors were balanced really well.The one downside is that I must have visited at a time when the kitchen was lightly staffed. The hostess was quick, I got a beverage quickly, but man the food took a while.Is this enough to pick a different spot? Nope. Good music that isn't too loud and fast beverages to keep thirst quenched till food arrives is enough to recommend it.

Service was great and I appreciated our friendly server and host. The ambiance was very chill. The food was rough. I ordered the fish tacos which I was assured were fresh. They completely lacked favor of any kind. They tasted frozen and far overcooked, bland is the best description for them. The Spanish rice was ok, but very toned down from normal flavors, the black beans were the hero of the show. They had spice and made well, but overall it was lacking as a meal.

Stopped by with my parents after visiting Universal Studios in the beginning of December.It was a little busy and there was a slight wait for a table so we decided to sit at the bar. It was the best choice because the bartender Will was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He makes you not want to leave! Very attentive, extremely personable, great humor, quick and efficient and we could see he was like that with everyone at the bar.For food, we ordered the lava shrimp, Buffalo wings and fish tacos (that also came with a side of beans and rice). Shrimp wasn't too spicy to me, but everything tasted really good. I was honestly shocked at how delicious the fish tacos were! We will definitely be back and I hope Will is working when we do

First time trying Margaritaville and made it in time for happy hour! At first, I ordered the mini quesadilla, but my s/o asked our server Devin if there was anything he recommended and really sold us on the chicken tacos with a side of pico- We ended up ordering it and absolutely loving it!! We also ordered fried pickles 5/5, as well as the watermelon marg 5/5 & tropical strawberry/mango margarita 4.5/5 (got us decently giggly). Devin noticed me taking pictures of our drinks and also provided umbrellas for them to make it prettier! He was so nice and charismatic throughout the interaction, we felt so happy after our little snack.Margaritaville has such a laid-back, tropical vibe, it really feels like a beach getaway hidden in Citywalk. The moment you walk in, you're surrounded by bright neon lights, beachy colors, and judging from previous reviews, amazing service! If my boyfriend and I end up going to Universal Studios again we will definitely be coming here to pregame!!

We chose this place because of happy hour! Inside was spacious, clean, and very musical. I wish a band was playing in person when we were there, but they had the tvs playing Jimmy Buffett, so that was nice. Our waitress was kind and helpful and patient with us. I appreciated her patience since we wanted to chill there for a while! Mine and my friend's margaritas were delicious! My burger wasn't the greatest, but I ate it all, I just wished my onion rings were crispier. The burrito bowls looked small, but my husband enjoyed his, and they brought more chips for the guys to finish their bowls because without a tortilla, it just didn't look filling.

This is a place for the whole family a little something for everyone even the picky eater.It's an inviting place and welcoming for your kids and friends.You can enjoy an adult beverage and the kids a soft beverage.I had the Cheese Burger in Paradise made to order. The 1st bite puts you in heaven at least for me and paired nicely with my flight of Margaritas.My daughter who is miss picky was able to get grilled chicken breast with fries. Jasmine was a delightful serve who very professional and knows how to make her guests feel comfortable.If you love fun, funky and great food this is the place for you.Cheers

Fun atmosphere with a large menu with many offerings. The restaurant has many large tables which makes it ideal to dine for larger parties. It is on the pricey side and in my opinion not worth it. I ordered the chili and sweet potato fries and my husband ordered a burger. Overall it was nothing special and bland.However I was truly disappointed in the margaritas. They offer many margarita options but the ones I tried were not fresh or appetizing. I ordered the elderflower margarita and my husband got the perfect margarita. Both were sour and not from the lime but from a rancid sort of taste. We could hardly finish them.

It is a typical tourist attraction restaurant with a huge menu, including lots of margarita options and a seasonal menu. For starters, we shared a ahi tuna nachos, it was a bit salty with lots of soy sauce. Dinners- The steak was delicious and perfectly prepared. The grilled chicken was juicy and tender, and the pasta was flavorful with fresh basil. Overall, a good dinner with friends at Universal Studio!

I came here after I spent most of the day at Universal Studios. It was a Tuesday around 4 pm. There was basically nobody there and I sat at the bar. It was happy hour and I got their perfect margarita from the menu but they used way too much mix and it was way too sour. The food was just so-so but I have never been to one before so I don't have much to go on. I got the jerk chicken wrap with fries. I must say I got their jalapeño tartar sauce and it was really good! Their jerk wrap was more beans and lettuce than chicken. The chicken I did get was actually spicy which was exactly what I was hoping for. The fries were ok but I didn't get much of them. The bartender was super attentive and nice. I probably won't come back but that's because I don't live close to one!

Not what it used to be to be. The execution of the menu falls short. You could tell they were understaffed, but the team remained calm and welcoming. Even seen the manager assisting the team on the floor.Food came out lukewarm. The burger was soggy, Caesar dressing had an over powering vinegar taste, the BBQ on the ribs was salty. I also received no coleslaw. The wings did come out dry and cold. The margaritas were horrible. The server did do a few quality checks. However, we did not want to overwhelm him or the kitchen by returning all of our food. I do however hope, the food quality is taken more seriously.
