Had a great experience at Jemma! We were 15 minutes late for our reservation, but they were kind enough to still seat us, which I really appreciated. The service was great, and the atmosphere was perfect for a date nightFood-wise, we started with the crispy provolone, which was so good crispy on the outside, melty inside, and packed with flavor. My favorite dish was the spicy rigatoni, the spice level was just right, and the sauce was super creamy and rich. We also had the mandilli, which wasn't my favorite compared to the other dishes. For drinks, the basil margarita was a standout refreshing and perfectly balanced. A cool touch was the tableside sample drink cart, which comes around during dinner Thursday through Sunday. It's a fun way to try something new before committing to a full drink. One thing to note they do offer valet parking, but I didn't realize this and ended up parking in a structure down the street. Would have been good to know ahead of time!Overall, great food, great ambiance, and solid service. Definitely worth a visit!

Went here for the first time and for a nice and expensive restaurant, I was disappointed with the service and food. We were seated early while waiting for the rest of our party (offered to sit at bar) and no one came to check on us for 15 min. Throughout the meal I had to ask multiple times for water refills. The iced tea I had tasted funky. We got the crispy cheese-hardened pretty quickly and the sauce was spicy. My meatballs were cold and spaghetti's was pipping hot so it's almost like they forgot about the meatballs. The salad and crispy cheese appetizer sizes were huge but yet the pasta portions are small. We watched 2 side table tiramisu preparations as well as our own and all three were served differently.Just quite disappointed that we spent that much money on a meal with low quality.

This is the perfect spot to eat before seeing a play at the Pantages Theater! Right around the corner for an easy walk when you finish eating. My favorite's were the Emmy's cheese toast, spicy rigatoni, and the ospizza. The cucumber/raspberry mocktail was amazeballs. That spicy rigatoni though, freaking amazing It was pretty loud in there but the amazing service made up for it. They were great about pushing our reservations back when we hit traffic and they accommodated our rush to get The Pantages. Very impressed! They know when the shows start so they're helpful about getting you there on time.

My daughter and I came here for dinner, as we had a musical to watch at the Pantages Theatre and this restaurant is in walking distance of the venue. It's beautiful inside with lovely decor. Fun vending machine at the front filled with champagne bottles (miniature)It happened to be Dine LA week so we both ordered from that menu. We ordered the burrata appetizer item off the special "Wicked", menu and chose the cauliflower app and kale salad as our starters. We also got the spicy rigatoni, bolognese as our entrees and the cannoli and lemon cheesecake for our desserts. Everything was delicious. The kale salad is so flavorful and yummy, hard to believe it's kale. Service was impeccable.

Jemma is an amazing pasta spot for anyone looking to get their carb fix on. We had an excellent time dining here and loved the ambiance of the space too. Here are the items we had (in my opinion all five stars):Caesar SaladCalamariRadiatoreThe Frankie Pork Osso BuccoI would absolutely come here again as the prices were reasonable, the staff were great, and the food was delicious. A huge shoutout to them for also stepping up to help support firefighters and those displaced by the firefighters during the L.A. Wildfires.

I love this hospitality group. The service and food is always impeccable. While the restaurant was kind of empty because we went at an odd time, it was still a fun experience. We ordered the pesto pasta, chicken parm, kale salad, and cheese toast. BEST SALAD IN LA. I wish I had the recipe. The chicken is a good portion and I love the vodka sauce on top. I would skip the pesto pasta just cause it was difficult to eat but good pesto (cream based). Cheese toast was filling and really good homemade ranchWe were too full for dessert unfortunately but there was a good about of options. They also came around with free samples of their espresso martini, very delicious.

Everything here was fantastic and it's the perfect place to grab dinner before a show at the Pantages. We arrived early with 5:30 reservations and had plenty of ti e to be at the theater by 7pm. The pizzas were great, and the pastas perfectly cooked. We even got the table side tiramisu which was fun to watch them prepare with flames and all. Also don't sleep on the cannolis. They were some of the best I've ever had!!

We had an excellent dinner at Jemma and have found a new pre-show restaurant. We were seated quickly at our reservation time. Lots of booths in this open restaurant. Table lighting was adjustable, so you can read you menu, and then dim the lighting a bit during the rest of your evening. We enjoyed a caesar salad and the crispy provolone to start. The provolone was everyone's favorite - maybe of the whole night. The vodka sauce was amazing! We enjoyed a few pastas, pizzas, and the beef sandwich. Everything arrived hot and delicious! I wished we saved room for dessert as the cannolis looked amazing. We had the most minor of customer service issues at the start of our meal. Honestly, nothing I'd even mention in a review or think about again. At the end of our meal, someone came to our table and let us know they comped our two starters. It was totally unnecessary, but such a kind gesture. They clearly care about customer satisfaction and I was impressed! Our favorite Pantages parking lot is across the street from Jemma. It was so easy to park, walk across the cross-walk and the restaurant is right there. Jemma's website says that they offer a "Dinner and Show" parking package at the connecting hotel. It would have saved us $20, but we like what we know and overpaying for parking is my love language. But maybe next time I'd look into their parking deal.

I've been here for 2 group meals for work this year and have enjoyed my experience both times! Although it's in a high traffic tourist area, it's a nice option for those that work in the area. (& it seems to be one of the few nice restaurants in the area that is open for lunch!)The dinner I went to was family style and the lunch we all ordered off the lunch menu. Everything we had was good. I have never seen a table side tiramisu at any other place before! And they were very big on the presentation of the cocktails at the table which was fun. Definitely start with the cheesy toast and the crispy provolone for starters!

Came here with my husband after a show at the pantages. It was pretty busy and all tables were booked, but they were able to seat us right away at the bar. The staff behind the bar were very nice and attentive. We ordered the meatballs, spicy rigatoni, and orecchiette. The meatballs (not pictured) were so tender and flavorful. My husband really loved the orecchiette (he's not a huge pasta person) and ate the whole dish. My spicy rigatoni was incredible. We left so satisfied and excited to come back! Restaurant is small, but very cute. I definitely recommend making a reservation!
