Jan Jan Hyeastan this place is so good it's delicious the food is immaculate and the immigrant workers are so pretty that when they bring my food I get even hungrier. I will for sure be back.

Atmosphere both inside and on the patio was superb. Food was fresh and surprisingly pretty well priced. I did have an issue with the fact that they charged an automatic 20% gratuity. Had I had an option, I wouldn't have tipped 20% due to an issue I had with a sea bass I ordered but it wasn't a deal breaker.

We were guests to a birthday party at Jaaaaan and had a good time. It's a good place to celebrate special occasions since you can reserve for large groups but not necessarily the whole venue. You basically reserve according to number of guests you will have. In our party it was set up for about 30 guests. The food is served family style. Appetizers and mezzes are on the table when you arrive. Then they bring the hot food items such as bbq, rice, fish etc .... Most of the mezzes and appetizers were delicious so was the fish with veggies. The bbq was not that good, specially the chicken. The service was attentive and friendly. The entertaining was nice. Mostly DJ but also an Armenian singer that was a great performer. Everyone was up and dancing..... I noticed there was hookah being served on the patio area so if you are into hookah and dinner this can be a nice spot for you. They serve alcohol as well. ....

Food was great. Lamb with veggies was what I pickedIt was ordered and delivered relatively quickly, appreciate the express service.I'd recommend for people to eat at the restaurant, take-out is always a notch below for me. It was not great value, but it was a well thought out menu. For the price, the quality could have been better. Or go to the restaurant for FRESH, OFF THE GRILL food with no service fees.Cant knock them for Yelp's high fees, but I would maybe knock half a star for forgetting utensils. Also no bread with the mutabal/babaganush? I had to use the lamb bones to scoop the side dish :)

Such a wonderful restaurant and my party had the best experience! We reserved for a birthday party two weeks in advance, and the manager who assisted us was so kind and helpful! The table was set beautifully and there were a wide array of items from cold to hot appetizers, salads, sauces, and bbq! Everything tasted amazing, especially the Thai beef salad and the pork ribs bbq. Our wait staff was excellent as well and they made sure that we were doing well at all times. The live entertainment and DJ was wonderful as well. We were dancing the night away with all the incredible music that was playing! Choosing this restaurant was the right decision! We will be back for future birthdays!

This place on a Friday night was hopping. Great Armenian singers and atmosphere. Great kebab too! These guys were throwing down like pros. Went for a grad party last week, and had a blast!

If you are looking for a place to celebrate this is it!! The staff is amazing, the owner is an amazing guy, the food is REALLY good, and the music is great. They have 2 singers that come to sing starting Thursday nights and it brought my party together so well. Definitely recommend this place. They also provided a nice open space for my balloons and decorations. I got the $60 /per person package menu and it was enough for 38 guests of ladies. I had a great time here for lunch yesterday! The food was amazing and so was the service! The general manager made me feel at home. Love that they started opening at 2pm. Shrimp & Mussels Scampi was a hit! Highly recommend this place!

After so many years working next to Jaaaaan restaurant, finally I went there for a wedding recently. I have to say they have the tastiest food and exceptional service! The head chef Vardan has mastered every single dish!!
