I ordered the miso ramen and I think they gave me the spicy one by accident. Or maybe the regular is spicy too? Regardless, I was not a fan of the broth. The toppings were good though and luckily were separated so I was able to stir fry the noodles. 3/5 maybe would try a different brothI got the rose green tea boba and it was very good. The boba was pretty solid (chewy lol) and the tea was also. Would get again. 4/5.

Unfortunately, isshin ramen fell short. You walked in, and ordered at a kiosk. Server bring it out to you. Simple. The whole restaurant was empty so ours orders came out pretty fast. I ordered the spicy miso and the ramen broth was watery, it got a kick, but was watery. I like the noodles itself but the chasu pork was not charred, but it was fatty. My husband ordered a shoyu, which was a little bit better than mine. For $15 a bowl, I expected better. If you just drive down a little more, slurpin ramen is 10x times better.

This place has become my go to spot for when I want to get ramen. It has been consistently delicious and the service is always solid. My go to order is the Tonkotsu ramen with extra noodles. The rich and creamy broth is always piping hot and has a subtle smoky flavor to it, the corn is sweet and crunchy as are the bamboo slices and the pork tonkotsu slices are tender and oh so tasty! Sometimes I'm tempted to get it for take out but I always remember how quickly they serve the ramen, that I always end up eating at the restaurant because I don't want to re heat the broth at home and and combine all the ingredients.

It's Thursday December 29, 2022 at like 10:40pm and we walk in after seeing a show in Hollywood. We are hungry and ramen sounds amazing, this place shows up on Yelp. The only way to order food is through the inside kiosk and we get two different ramens. The inside is nice and clean, it's simple decor and our food arrives so quickly! Within minutes of ordering, our food is delivered to the table, nice and piping hot. It's around $16 per bowl of ramen and the food was pretty awesome quality. Definitely recommend!
