India's Tandoori Halal Restaurant

We ordered chicken tikka masala, basmati rice, chickpeas, and garlic naan. Everything was fresh, hot, and well-seasoned, with a perfect balance of spices. The samosas came out first, and we enjoyed dipping them in the different sauces on the table--especially the tamarind chutney.The restaurant, located on Hawthorne Boulevard, had convenient parking and wasn't too crowded. Our food took about 15 to 20 minutes to arrive, but the service was friendly and attentive. If you visit, I'd recommend trying the buffet to sample a variety of dishes!

Have ordered delivery from here a number of times it's always solid. The chicken is always well cooked which is my number one criteria for Indian food. The paneer however is generally a bit overdone. The curries are pretty good, the portion sizes are generally fair but not bountiful. Decent naan. Just generally a strong choice I haven't found a better place in South Bay still searching for the bests.

SOOOO yummy!!! There's a small lot with plenty of parking. The service was so sweet, very kind owners. Food was super fresh and so tasty. Would def come back and highly recommend! Ambiance is casual and lots of seating. I like the fish tank they have :)

It's very authentic. Delicious food and very good portions. Their garlic non bread was the best I've ever had. Definitely would stop by this mom and pop whenever I'm in the era.

Came to the tandoori Indian restaurant in the city of Hawthorne, came with a friend he had the chicken biryani & I had the vegetable vegan soup with rice !!!!It was delicious my friend said the chicken biryani was excellent all the food was nice and hot The place is very clean Excellent service everyone is very courteous and friendly I highly highly recommend this restaurant for non-vegans and vegansFYI !!!! it's close to the city of Lawndale stop by and visit you won't regret it

We were in the area and decided to try this before heading to a show. Such a great choice! They served a lot of food and by the end I was so full. I got the garlic naan and mango lassi and they did not disappointIt was pretty slow on a Friday around 5pm.

I'm hoping it was an off day for this restaurant. We ordered through ubereats and got the order in time. We always order the same thing at every Indian restaurant- a mild chicken tikka masala for the kid and a medium chicken tikka masala for us. 2-3 rice and some naan. (We like other stuff too but it's too much food since we have to get a mild one for the kid)The chicken was super dry and hard, it was quite a bit of work to chew it. The sauce tasted bland and didn't taste like the classic tikka masala. The naan tasted old and dry, like it was reheated. My hubby and I both agreed we wouldn't order from here again, although again, I hope it's just a bad night for the restaurant based on these other reviews.

I recently visited India's Tandoori Halal Restaurant and had a fantastic experience! I ordered the garlic naan and vegetable biryani, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. This place actually has great food. I have yet to visit the establishment in person. Through overpriced ubereats, i order the tandori chicken and the pizza. Super delicious! One of the best Indian restaurants i have ever tried
