Wow! We were super impressed with the customer service and quality of the food here. We ordered take out on a weekday night and this was our first time trying this spot. It's a small little restaurant with limited seating. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful and even let us sample some dishes! Next time I come I want to order the jalepeño chicken since it tasted good. The food was made quickly and tasted fresh. The portions are very reasonable for the price. The orange chicken was crispy and tasted like fresh oranges. The vegetable chow mein was super good and the veggies were fresh and not soggy. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes!

When Traveling to California me and my friends were starving after a very long day. Tired feet and exhausted bodies we happen to stumble on a hidden gem. Imperial Chopsticks was a highlight of our trip. Amazing food and amazing owners! Although it was late and they were closing up they stayed open for us and some fellow residents near the hospital. I cannot tell you what we ordered as it was over a year ago but I do remember how delicious it was! If you're looking for a quick bite and very friendly service this is the place to go! Thank you for helping us so long ago owners! Hope to come back some time later :)

I wanted to try this place out because I heard it was pretty good and it got decent reviews. When I got there, their trays looked a little empty, which is fine, I noticed that they had listed on their glass display orange chicken. I asked if there was any more orange chicken because the tray was empty pand she said no, there's no more orange chicken. So I just ordered something else and ate as a dine in. The very next customer that came through the door asked if she could have some orange chicken and they made her some fresh orange chicken as I was eating my food. Not cool. The food was OK. I won't be back.

Bringing the 'chow' to chowmein.Remember the time when you really want to eat, that 'dining' or even the word 'eat' does not suffice? When you feel like you can literally chow through a whole camel? This is it.This is no place for a dinner date, it has a dine in area, but this is no place to dine. You come here to chow. The portion is so big, so greasy, and yet you won't stop and you'll chow like there's no tomorrow.Jalapeno chicken is spicy and rather sweet, great combo for savory chowmein. Eggplant and tofu is cooked just right that the eggplant is tender but not fiber-y (like most stir-fry egg plant out there). The tofu is fried and still has some semblance of crispy-ness, like, you'd get the image of how it was crispy before cooked in sauce like this. There's enough wok hei to go around, you can be brothers with the wok and call him 'hei, bro!'.The chowmein is, let me find a proper word, got it: rare dente. I suppose they cook it a bit shy from al dente for the sake of longevity. The chowmein can benefit a few more seconds in the fire. But in all fairness, you can still call them 'to the teeth' provided you have the teeth of the aforementioned camel. All in all, it was quite a satisfying (and budget friendly!) experience. Needless to say I regret saying I want to devour a camel. I am sorry for being hungry, my dear belly. This bestiality chowing is out of character for me. At least until tomorrow. When they said 'let's get some chinese' in the movie, this is it, this is the chinese they are talking about. This is the chinese you're looking for.

OG hole in the wall Chinese food. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles from one of the owners. Food was phenomenal and price was better than most places in the area. A fabulous small local business.
