Salmon and burrata is not a combo I would have ever thought of but it surprisingly works very well!! This dish has a yuzu sauce I believe which makes this dish so refreshing! Really enjoyed it. The premium grab hand rolls were good. Pretty pricey as you get 4 prices for $48 but it was a nice treat for a splurge. The seaweed comes on the side so you get to assemble as you eat thus avoiding the seaweed getting soggy. I ordered delivery so I can't speak to the ambiance inside but my order was promptly delivered with care.

For appetizers, I highly recommend the Ebi Katsu Bao (fried shrimp) and the Soft Shell Crab Bao--both are absolute standouts! The shoyu ramen was incredible--its broth had a depth of flavor that was truly out of this world. I'm talking interstellar levels of deliciousness. I honestly can't wait to come back and have it again. The interior design is stunning. The tall ceilings give it a modern, open feel, reminiscent of an urban gem you'd stumble upon in NYC or Chicago. To be honest, it's probably one of the best atmospheres I've experienced at a ramen spot in LA.Oh, and parking? They've got you covered with one-hour validation in the building--a much-appreciated bonus!

New things we tried this time around:- Yuzu ramen: you can taste the yuzu but it wasn't overpowering. A good ramen, but the noodles were the star. It was perfectly al dente the first couple of bites. It did soften up by the end of the meal but that's expected.- The toro roll: this was good too, not quite as buttery as I expected the toro to be, but a solid roll.- We got the mentaiko mazemen and the shio ice cream again, which are must-dos if you come here. We also got a pint to go, and they package the balls on top separately FYI.

My friends and I love this place! We visited on a Saturday night for a reservation for 9 people. The staff was friendly and really accommodating with our party. The restaurant wasn't too busy, but it was hard to find. The turn into the parking garage (its apart of a hotel) is very small so be careful! You also need to pay for parking at the front desk, I think it was around $4 for 2 hours. It's in a good location to go walking and bar hopping though. We ordered the mentaiko mazemen and kaisen don. Both dishes were soooo good, the mazemen was warm and comforting and wasn't overwhelming with truffle. The kaisen don was very fresh and had a good selection of fish, especially for the price. We were also celebrating a birthday and they gave us a complimentary sesame mousse and yuzu ice cream. Both very fresh and unique. Overall we loved this spot for an elevated dining experience. It's very clean and minimalist, a good date night. I will be returning!

Iki Ramen's new spot, so spacious and bright,A modern vibe that feels just right.Parking's a breeze with valet to guide,We handed our key, no stress, no stride. The yuzu shio ramen brought a burst of delight,More flavorful here, like day turning night. The spicy tonkotsu was good, but a tad shy,Lacking the depth that we hoped to find by.Sushi here shines, especially the roll,The Iki special, a true crowd control.Service was stellar, no need to ask,For ginger or extras--just a pleasant task! The ambiance's sleek, the space feels chic,A far cry from Ktown, with room to speak. So next time you're hungry and in need of a bite,Iki Ramen's new digs are worth the night!

Coming from the original location I had high expectations for this new spot! My family and I ordered various flavors of the tonkotsu and ultimately I felt the garlic was the best. The interior is so aesthetically pleasing it's hard not to appreciate its simple art. The service was friendly and quick. Parking is limited to street but we came at lunch on a Friday with no issue so if you're going for a weekend meal then expect a small walk. The ramen was good but it didn't hit that spot I was hoping it would. All in all it was a good meal but for the price there are better options. We tried the yellowtail handrolls and while tasty they are quite small for the cheapest option ($10) it's worth a try if you're curious but if you're looking for top tier flavor then imo this falls short.

I've never written a review before because I never cared to promote a place, but Iki Ramen in Hollywood was just too good to be true--especially for a random spot I picked for Sunday brunch. The sushi melted in my mouth, the nigiri and sashimi were incredible, and the Miso Spicy Chicken Ramen had the perfect kick. The place itself was cute and minimalist, with big windows that let in beautiful sunlight, making the whole experience even better. The staff even treated us to their Shio Koji ice cream before we left. If you skip this place, you skip the best sushi experience!
