The cold brew is strong. For those that like their hearts to race a little after drinking cold brew, try it. I avoid that feeling by adding milk and sweetener to my cold brews.The lattes are great. It's just good coffee.Only "bad" thing is that they only serve like 12 oz cups for hot items. Please correct me if I'm wrong! The coffee is so well balanced though, t's not a bad thing . that's probably the appropriate size for coffee, I'm just used to huge American portions. They have a big parking lot! You have to pay attention to the little alley looking entrance though, it's easy to miss. The place itself is so cool. They sell clothes and fancy sneakers, but they also have beautiful cars parked inside. Plenty of chairs, creatively arranged. They have tables too, and I would LOVE to go and work in there but they don't have electric outlets around.I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area.

I was excited to try a new coffee shop, but man was I sorely disappointed. Came in this morning and no one was in there. Strange for a weekend morning, but whatever. I quickly figured out why. No "hello" or "welcome" from the two ladies working there, just a cold stare. I could practically smell the disdain for me oozing off them.I asked if they had decaf espresso beans to make a decaf latte and the lady with the bedazzled tooth just about scoffed and said "no" as if it was an insulting question. I said that's strange and the lady said "specialty coffee shops don't carry decaf beans". Uh, what? I've been to probably 100 coffee shops in LA and ALL but one other one had decaf. It wouldn't even have bothered me but the overwhelming pretentiousness of the barista was so off putting. So I went down the street to Concierge Coffee.Anyway, I really hope they improve because within a mile, there's Maru, Boxx, Concierge, Groundwork, Etiquette, Eightfold, Verve, Blue Bottle, Go Get 'em Tiger, and probably 10 more coffee shops. Pretty fierce competition.

Introduction:- this place is hidden in the corner near the freeway. You would need to go through an alley to find this gem. - plenty of parking spots.Coffee:- they have unique latte flavors - very tropical and coco profile. We really enjoyed both their island latte options.- it only took 2-3 minutes to be served.- this place is a total vibe. Very hipster and bringing back some 70s-80s retro vibe.Overall:Great coffee and a great place to hang out with friends. Would come back to try out their seasonal coffee.

Good very good and delicious :) service is friendly. Seating is a vibe. Free wifi and parking in Arts District is huge plus.

Cars, Coffee, and Shop is a unique trio.Idyllic is located in the arts district, an ample-sized warehouse turned into a coffee shop and apparel store. The coffee shop offers a short list of drink items and pastries. The pastries are not listed, so just ask about them. I opted for an iced matcha latte, it was perfectly flavored for me, and not too sweet. It seems like they only have 1 size cup. Service was great, I received my drink quickly. Finding parking was easy, there's a large parking lot. Lounging space available, tables and chairs for a study or work session.

A very hip entry to the crowded cafe market of the Arts District. This place wins in its free parking in the back and hip warehouse decor. Sadly, the coffee is lacking. I got the Vietnamese Einspanner and was disappointed. The coffee drink part did not taste good. Robusta beans are unforgiving and don't have much flavor. The coffee did not pair well with the cream and made me yearn for Maru next door.They had good pastry selections from Bakers & Baristas. The chocolate chip cookie was gooey and the right type of crispy and flat. Maybe the other drinks are better, but it's hard to come back when I can rely on Maru, Stumptown, and plenty of the next door neighbors in the coffee game.

Caffeine and cars, what a combo!I decided to try their iced dirty matcha with pistachio milk, which was satisfying! It was my first time having pistachio milk, and I enjoyed the nut-forward flavor (lol). I usually get oat milk, but it is not available. The standard is no sweetener, and I got 25% sweet. It was perfect! The matcha's earthiness with the pistachio's nuttiness was a chef's kiss! The seating area is exclusively shared with a clothing shop. The cafe offers complimentary Wi-Fi access, with login details conveniently provided on each table. The relaxed ambiance is ideal for remote work!The staff is welcoming and hustling, combing out the kinks since they opened two weeks ago! I loved that their parking lot had plenty of spots.There was so much to see that I must ask about their pastries next time!

If you like americanos that are not too acidic and not watered down you would like it here. I would order the americano again! The interior here is very aesthetic and lots of seating to study or hangout. There is a parking lot with plenty of parking which is a perk especially for LA coffee shops. There was also a clothing shop and the workers were very friendly.Update: I came back and ordered the matcha mule and espresso mule which are their tonics. I don't rlly like ginger but I was pleasantly surprised. I liked the matcha mule but the espresso mule was just okay.

I want to update my review and give this place 5 stars! Although I hope to keep this place lowkey, I also want it to succeed. Looks like they were able to fix the WiFi and having the ability to park in the facility is a huge plus IMO. Finally got to try their Vietnamese coffee. Although a little pricey, you can taste the quality and it's a good spot to study so I think it's worth the price. The employees do a good job of making the spot tidy and clean up any trash they see immediately.

Tried the Vietnamese Einspanner and Vanilla latte. Really enjoyed both and private parking lot is a hugeeee plus for DTLA! There's a lot of seating and a great place to get work done or catch up with friends. 2 cool BMWs in there, very aesthetic and chill vibes! The drinks were very well balanced and i really wanna try their matcha but it was sold out today. Einspanner comes with a biscuit on top and it's a great addition to the coffee. They also updated their hours 9:30-4:30 daily and have 2 restrooms.
