The hamburgers are crazy great!!I bought the tacos this morning, definitely made with pre cooked the day before meat, bad.When I shared this with the lady who took my order she blew it off every way she could.She should apply for a trash truck driver. About me: we have received best bbq in LA by Guy Fieri and California by zagat, best Chicken and Waffles by Guy Fieri in Alaska.The reason I will never go back and tell 200 thousand or more followers, is because of the lady taking the orders. But hey, they could give 0 fux.

The service was great. The lady up front was really nice. The nacho cheese fries weren't great because they were too hot and it made the sauce liquidy and the fries mushy. I really wish you could've added them on as a combo but eh it is what it is. Drinks were really small. Burgers were really big and pretty good.

I first tried out Hotbox Burgers a few months ago with my dad and it definitely left a mark on me lol. It's located near exposition park in a small parking lot which if you don't look close enough would probably be easy to miss.It's an up and coming family owned burger joint that originally started out as a food truck and the young cashiers who are usually attending the register are kind and accommodating. It could be considered a sort of "ghettoish" area to some but for others like me who don't come from the hills or Calabasas it isn't bad at all. Inside there's a few benches while you wait for your food but other than that it's take out only. They accept apple pay too btw.As for the food, the burger is scrumptious! It tastes sort of like an In-N-Out burger but better with a chunkier patty and bun. The bacon-cheese fries are to die for as well, the nacho cheese they use for the fries is mouth watering!All in all 10/10 and definitely worth the 30 minute drive from Long Beach. Support your local businesses, you won't be disappointed.

My rating "zero!!!!"Be aware of ordering for pick up. Our order arrived with the bag STAPLED, AND THE OUTER BAG WAS TIED UP! Plus the delivery person took a photo of the bag. However, we ordered 3 burgers and fries, and only 2 burgers two arrived. My daughter called to ask about the third burger and was told by the person who answered the phone that she had "BAGED IT HERSELF!" Then claimed,"the driver took it." We paid $44.52 plus $6 tip to the driver. There was no compensation, just attitude for our loss. We have been going there for years when they were a food truck. YOU HAVE NOW LOST OUR BUSINESS !!!!!
