The Rejuvenation broth at Hot Pot Hot Pot is great! Lots of herby flavor, without being too much. They also give you a few small sauce cups, but no sauce bar.I found this place to be a bit pricey, particularly because almost all the veggies/noodles/non-meats were priced at $4.95. In my opinion, the end pricing should better reflect the ingredient pricing. Service was very bad. We were seated, ordered, and brought the food. We never were spoken to again and had to call over two different staff members to get the bill, then pay for it. They do have large tables for groups. Overall, this is the best hot pot restaurant I have tried so far, but I didn't love it.

Intro: We were craving some nice hot pot on a cold day! This is my second time here after numerous years. Glad its still pretty good!Pros:- I really love their herbal forward broth selection. My girlfriend couldn't handle spicy food and there was plenty of variety selection that were not "Ma La".- Service was also great and attentive. They kept offering soup refills for us as we were chugging down the soup down our throats.Overall:Would recommend to bring you family down for hotpot because one pot can serve 4 people. Its huge.

Not bad.Half of soup offerings are herbal, so this is good if you like that. The "house" and "rejuvenate" soup base are herbal. We got both and I did like both, but wish I got one that wasn't. They also offer fruit slushes and juices. This place is paying for ingredients/not per person. It was my mom and I and we ordered 2 meats, 2 vegetables, quail egg, tofu, noodles, mushroom, scallop, and fish ball and the total came out to $80. We left very full. The quality of items were okay, you can tell a few things were canned.Service was fine since it wasn't too busy.If the ambiance is what you're going for, I think this place would be a decent choice for bigger parties because of to the space available and lack of wait time. You could probably save some money per person too since you pay per ingredient. They also allow you to take home leftovers.

All items are made to order (a la carte style). So its not AYCE but that's alright since the portion sizes are pretty large. I went here late at night so it wasn't too crowded. My favorite thing about Hot Pot Hot Pot is that they have a half and half bowl so you don't have to get the same broth as someone who has an aversion to spicy food.

This is not AYCE hot pot, but the portions are generous and the service great. It's good for when you don't want to feel pressure to eat too much. It's a cozy space with mostly families and friend groups dining.I appreciate the vegetarian broth options, free parking, and clean restrooms!

Haven't been back in few years and had forgotten how much i loved this spot. Great customer service and fresh ingredients. Meat is not precut and stored in plastic containers still taste great! Beef noodles is a must and idk why lettuce taste so good with spicy veggie brother and the rejuvenation broth is comforting. So happy I'm always to frequent my favorite hotpot place again! They open 5-11 and close Mondays.

I visited on a Thursday night and it was completely dead- I was the only patron. We ordered a ton of food for the table, which was good. However, because we were the only table, the waiters were a little *too* attentive. Every time we finished with a dish, within 30 seconds they had come by and cleared the table. We could see them standing at the edge of the room watching our every move, which was a bit nerve-wracking. They did not have a sauce bar, which is pretty uncommon for hot pot restaurants. They also served the meat in cheap, plastic take away containers. Not very aesthetically pleasing at all. And then the bill came- it was $90 not including tip, and it was not AYCE- it was al a carte. The price was outrageous as I had paid less for KBBQ AYCE a couple nights before.
